Living The Pixie Life

Okay, so I was looking through my second Journal, and there's a lot of mention from the early Hope Glitch days. And instead of giving context to the death order, I'm going to give you ✨fanfiction✨.

Also, this hasn't been edited-

Title of Entry: This Is A Fanfiction Now 12/27/20

So, I decided that I need to finish Chapter 2 of Hope Glitch because golf season is approaching and I'll have little time to write then. But, of course, I'm not in the right mood.

Instead of waiting around for a the sudden inspiration to pop up in my head, I'm going to just do a writing prompt with the Hope Glitch cast to get myself into the mood. If I end of doing this a lot I'll put them in the extras book when I don't update for a while. So, basically, this is a writing warm up.

Here's today's prompt.

Also, none of this writing warm up stuff is canon. It's just me practicing using the characters or something kinda along the lines of that.

Pix Point Of View~~~~

I never really knew how valuable life, until my own life ended.

Actually, my life hasn't ended yet. But, it will end fairly soon. I'm sure of it.

If you're wondering how my life is coming to an end, then I'll you a story. My story.

It all started earlier today. I was speaking with a few friends of mine as we upheld our duties as fairies by looking after the garden's of a kind red haired human.

"This is the life, girls," Hana held her arms behind her head as she stretched out her sparkling pink wings. "Looking after gardens and talking to animals. Life is simple and enjoyable for all fairy-kind."

"Do you ever think there's more to life than getting paid to put dust on flowers and telling people their pets have problems with them?" Suki questioned, thinking past the surface of reality. "Those two things get boring after doing them for years."

"Suki, Suki, Suki," The girl with brown hair shook her head in disappointment. "You always overcomplicate things, don't you?"

"I– What do you mean?" The fairy with bright red wings asked, not getting what the girl with a braid had meant.

"W-Well, you k-kinda overthink th-things a l-l-lot," I explained, stuttering as I always do.

Before Suki could respond to what I had said, Hana grabbed both Suki and I by the arms, pulling us in close to her. The girl then proceeded to point in the direction of what had caught her eye.

"It's just a human, Hana," The short red haired girl didn't find anything special with this human.

"That's not just any human, Suki," Hana's face turned red with admiration. "It's Nona. She's the human that hits things to make music for the other humans."

"Nona..." I muttered the name, thinking back to every other time I had seen this female human. "Sh-She's so pr-pretty..."

"I know, right?" Hana agreed with me, despite the fact that she clearing had a crush on Suki. "She's so perfect in every way. She should get her own kingdom! Nona Kingdom!"

"Y-Yeah, sh-she sh-should," I whole heartedly agreed with Hana. We both continued to admire Nona.

"This went from some random prompt to the Nona simp club," The short fairy sighed, returning to working on the garden. "I don't get why Nona gets all the love and attention, anyways. Just because I died first doesn't mean my character is any less cool."

"Hmm? What was that Suki?" Hana turned around to Suki.

"Oh nothing," She replied. "You two should really do your jobs before you get fired."

"Of course!..." I immediately went back to work after being remind that I would get fired otherwise.

* * *

After working in Soairse's garden we were called to work in a human named Amari's garden. No to be rude, but their garden was in serious need of attention.

Nope. I quit. This isn't helping and it's just turning into all the girls being gay for Nona. I'm going to go surf the Internet and pretend I never even tried to write this because now I'm even less motivated to work on Hope Glitch.

I wonder how long I can procrastinate the death order explanation by showing off all the early stuff?
