"I am hurt! You really haven't realized?" I say faking being offended.  I made it really hard for him to notice on purpose.  I want him to get the spotlight.

"I'm sorry?"

"No I purposely made it almost impossible for you to realize that you had help Love bug." He looks so confused at what I am saying and quite awkward at that.

"What???"

"It's getting late and I have prior engagements so if you want an explanation meet me next to the bridge at midnight." I say before kissing his cheek and backflipping away.  I just hear him confusedly chuckle before he webs himself away.

I flip into my window and change into my normal clothes.  I look in my fridge and see that I'm running low on groceries and will have to buy more this weekend.

I pull my shoes on and grab my umbrella before I head to the restaurant nearby.  On the way there I see a puddle and open my umbrella to shield myself, as I do a car drives over it and hits my umbrella.

"Thank goodness..." I mutter.  I can't get wet or I'll start showing my scales... though they look like an allergic reaction.  I shut my umbrella and continue on.

"Hello how may I help you?" The waitress says.

"I-I'll ha-have the sp-pr-spring berry salad-salad. With m-milk... uh c-ch-choco-late mil-k." I force out with a sheepish smile.  She looks at me disgusted.  I sing a bit under my breath and her whole attitude perks up and she looks at my happily.

"No problem miss! I'll bring it out soon!" She smiles and turns to the kitchen.

She brings my food with a bounce in her step. I mutter a bit more of a song and the spell breaks. She rolls her eyes at me and walks away.  I put one of my earbuds in and listen to some music as I eat in peace.
