After a light hearted movie, Steve insists on turning on 10 o'clock news.  And of course it shows the fight between me and Peter.

"You were super pissed." Nat laughs.

"Well I just watched my boyfriend making out with and boy.  And then he completely denies it." I mutter grumpily.

"Maybe he is telling the truth.  The he was forced into the kiss." Steve says being rational.

"I will kick you out of here.  Just smile and not until I'm not angry." I say patting his head.

"He probably deserves more than just a bit of water flying at him." Bucky suggests.

"I did slap him but that hardly helped.  I'm going to give him a nice punch next time. Like how Auntie Nat taught me." I say standing up and demonstrating to the air.

"That's my star." She laughs.

"Do you guys really have to leave soon?" I ask suddenly.

"Yeah we are wanted criminals." Steve says placing a hand on my knee.

"I have to return to Wakanda tomorrow..." Bucky says sadly.

"We'll still be in touch right?" I ask tears sparking in my eyes.

"Of course. You are our little protégé." Nat says hugging me again.

"Good.  I wouldn't survive if another person had to go into hiding and I couldn't talk to them."

"Well call as often as possible." Steve reassures.

"Good."

In the middle of the night, right before sleep consumes me, I hear a knock on the window.  I already know it's Peter so I wake Nat up to deal with it.

"What do you want Spider Kid?" She asks in her sassy way.

"I need to talk to (y/n)" peter says desperately.

"Can't you let her enjoy the last night with Bucky?  Because you ruined her day today." Nat says too calmly to be normal.

"I wanted to apologize.  I should have- never mind."

"Let her cool off.  She was literally steaming when we met up with her."

"Thank you ma'am.  I'll be leaving now." Peter says before the sound of the web shooters is heard.  I then feel the bed dip as Nat gets back in bed and lets me snuggle up against her.
