Cedric is charismatic and charming. He can be kind and loving when he wants to be, and he's occasionally funny or sarcastic. He is protective and caring of those he loves and cares about. He's brave and willing to risk his life for others. He has a true heart of gold. He's in Gryffindor house.

7th year students at Hogwarts, has no idea what he wants to do after his last year but is taking plenty of N.E.W.T.s classes.

Cedric has always liked girls, and he is known around Hogwarts for having dated lots of the girls in his year. He loves chocolate or anything with chocolate in it. He likes keeping up with the latest Muggle fashion trends, he finds it fascinating. He also really likes kids and working with them. His mom suggested that he should go into teaching at Hogwarts, but he'd only really like working with 1st years. He's decided that he can at least be a great dad one day. His favorite class is Defense Against the Dark Arts. He also lives for Quidditch, he's the Gryffindor team Seeker.

He doesn't like to be alone, he's definitely an extrovert. He's also the opposite of a morning person; don't disturb him before he's eaten his breakfast and had some pumpkin juice. He doesn't like cats, so if you own a cat, be forewarned. He also hates his biological father who was a halfblood.

He says he's fearless, but he fears failure and needles.

Cedric can get kind of cocky, and he's a bit of a ladies man. He doesn't want that to be his image, but it definitely comes across that way.

{ backstory }
He has just his mother. His father was never in the picture, ditched them just after he found out she was pregnant. His mother played professional quidditch as a Seeker for the Holyhead Harpies, and she had started as the seeker for Gryffindor when she was at Hogwarts. He never has had to struggle for money because of this, but he knows monetary struggles exist and is conscientious. Now, his mother is an assistant coach for the same team in her later years. He's related somehow to Cedric Diggory on his mother's side. He was named in honor of him.

SCENARIO IDEAS

{ scenario 1 }
You play Quidditch with Cedric, and you have since you joined the team in third year. In fact, you both decided to co-captain this year. You've been spending time together for a long time now, and you've gotten to know one another fairly well. You've started to take a liking to him, but you don't want to ruin the team bond by adding romance to the mix.

You've been up late in the Gryffindor common room each Sunday, deciding on times for practice and practice lesson plans for that week. It's a lot of work, especially on top of both of your N.E.W.T. classes. You've even taken to studying together for classes.

It's the beginning of October, usually when there's a Hogsmeade weekend coming up; in fact, there was one scheduled for this upcoming weekend. Cedric has been oddly quiet all evening that Sunday as you were planning the next practice. He was only speaking when you asked him a question. You started to get nervous, thinking he was mad at you. "Hey, Ced, are you okay?" you asked.

Cedric looked up at you and smiled weakly. "Uh, yeah," he said slowly. He paused, looking back down at the paper in front of him, then back up at you. "I was just wondering... would you like to go to Hogsmeade with me next weekend?"

{ scenario 2 }
You and Cedric have been friends since you both showed up at Hogwarts. You have been inseparable at times. Then, during your sixth year, something changed. He kissed you at New Years. You both knew that this had been inevitable, since you both had liked each other for a year. You decided to become a couple. Since then, you've both been very happy.

At the beginning of your seventh year, Professor McGonagall announced that the Tri-Wizard Tournament will be returning to Hogwarts again for the first time since, well, we all know what happened last time. Durmstrang and Beauxbatons were both invited again. Of course, the same age restrictions applied. You must be 17 to enter.

You told Cedric many times to not put his name in. You didn't want him to get hurt. He said that he wouldn't only because you begged him not to. You were a bit nervous because of his namesake, but it shouldn't matter, should it?

But somehow... some way... his name was chosen. He looked at you, totally shocked. You didn't buy it. You were pissed. You thought he had put his name in without telling you and thought it wouldn't matter, but he thought wrong. He took his piece of paper that had his name clearly written on it. But it wasn't his handwriting. He put it in his pocket to show to you later.

He went off into the side room as directed. They went over the rules and everything, but his mind was focused on you. It was nearly an hour before he got out of there and made his way back to Gryffindor tower. And you were there, waiting for him. He saw you and looked terrified.

What do you do?
