Her miracle was her ability to remain invisible, metaphorically speaking.

𝐨𝐨𝐨. 𝑱ames potter was a lost cause, evident in his shameless infatuation with Lily Evans. If one were to ask Hogwarts, Potter escorted out a never-ending cycle of trouble and stupidity with his continuous pranks as if there was a broken record on repeat in his mind, filled with only white noises to descend him into causing catastrophe.

𝐨𝐨𝐨. 𝑻he Ravenclaw girl learned to steer clear of the Marauders. However, one unfortunate dinner gathering conjured by the Potter and Lantsov family has commenced a chain of events that ensued Lori into finding it impossible to abstain from the notorious prankster. Lori's life remained peaceful until the day James strutted into her dull story. He was the pale crescent moon that shone like a silvery claw in her unilluminated sky.

𝐨𝐨𝐨. 𝑶nly one dim-witted individual, one irresistible infatuation to blame for the distraction cloying her otherwise brilliant mind. Once James perceived he requires a girl's perspective in his journey to win the notorious Lily's heart — that Lori's assistance is the answer to his years of deflated struggles, the lovesick refused to leave her alone.

CARA'S NOTE ╱ well, would you look at that, how many times did I re-published this book? lost count. welcome to so long, lantsov! contains no spoilers for any other books in the fatal flaw series which are all loosely connected. so so so sorry about the face claims changes, I cannot look at jessie mei and ben barnes, and not think about alina and the darkling so all lori&sirius interactions were awkward to me, lol. sorry about the name changing as well! updates will be a little slow but I'm so excited for lori's story; an angry teenager writing an angry teenager, cherry on top is she's based on me, haha. enough rambling.

this is not a love triangle, so no accidentally leading someone on whilst being in love with another, no toxicity, that is not my james; furthermore, I also don't follow many popular headcanons e.g. no, james does not ask lily out ten times a day.

not a slow burn. purpose of james & lori's relationship is to explore their depth of maturity and give them both character development through their closure so this book is a load of fluff mostly, and is a short story. playlist is not completed yet! but the entirety of sour by olivia rodrigo is basically written for lori.
