Character deets:

Edward, 'Ed' (if you're a friend) or 'Eddie' (if you're Scarletta) is not a teen of many words. He's also just socially awkward . And socially anxious. And an all-round introvert. And you should probs not shout around this guy or he'll teleport by accident—

This kid really only wants to read. That's it.

But fate has it that he just had to read the wrong book out loud, and now he and some enderman are one.

Opening up a portal, letting in an enderman into your dimension, grabbing it by its hand before it can teleport and then falling through that very same portal was just definitely the perfect thing to happen to a 14-year-old orphan with a terrible dust allergy who's currently trying to survive school.

But shet happens, and so Ed will now have to live with the raw fact that he's going to teleport somewhere everytime he sneezes, blindfold himself to stop going feral at eye contact and unintentionally scream when he's splashed with water even though he's pretty sure he can swim.

And now he's under the custody of a duo of vampires. Which wouldn't be so bad if Scara didn't wack the back of his head everytime he blacked out and started mindlessly carrying books like they where blocks to make a librarian's nightmare of a fortress—

Not to mention he's part h u m a n— (let alone the way scara she reacted when he called her 'mom'—)

Regardless, he's alive, He's got a place to stay and has dysfunctional family to call his own. And as long as he has enough books, he's okay with living the rest of eternity as an glorified blank—
