I confess to having been curious about AprilJester's competitor in TFSSD, but the main reason I read this anthology and offered katiegoesmew a sticker was that she got massively unfair treatment in the annual debacle* known as The Shut Up And Write Awards. I didn't think I would have time to read through all of A Dove's Tale in time to offer her a sticker and a shout-out, so I picked one of her shorter works.

Which, for the record, is TOTALLY COOL. 

No, really. The main character is a snow witch. How cool is that? Brr! (The stories are also very well written).
