"Shit, there is so much of traffic today." This is all because of me. My boss Erick called me and said I had a party to attend and impress the boss by my skills. I can't believe that I am going to meet Ross, the billionaire. All I knew about him was that he was very dedicated to work and a gentlemen. I had seen his pictures on the cover page of many magazines.

Earlier this afternoon.
I was so happy to go to the party and stressed at the same time. I may seem confident from the outer side but whenever I go for shoots or shows, I become really very nervous. That is why to melt down my stress, I decided to take a shower and sleep after I switch-on the alarm in my mobile.

After 3 hours...
"Holy shit! Oh my god! Why does this happen with me." I cursed, quickly jolting up from my sleeping position. I had set the alarm at 7:30 while I had to wake up at 6:30. Useless alarm. Useless Sonika. One hour has passed. I am late. I am late. Within, a few minutes I quickly put on my dress. It reached till my knees and flowed freely. "Hell, I am going to have a bad impression on Ross."

Present
I ran through the crowd pushing past people. Yes, you can also say that I have lack of manners, but dude I'm lateeee and this is my chance to earn money.
One of the bodyguards lead me towards the room where the auditions were held.
"May I come in sir. I am really sorry for being late sir. Are the auditions still on? Please give me one chance."
I was so very nervous. It seems that Ross was talking with someone. Oh wait, I know him. He is Zachary. I have read alot about him too. And great. I just interupted their talk. Now he is going to be mad at me. Sonika stay strong. If you still impress them, you will be able to earn cash. That is what you want right? This is a golden chance for you. Think about your parents...

I saw Ross stiffening. His back straightened more and just when I thought that I am going to be thrown out.

(Eye contact)

.....

H-he looks so so...urghhh..I am not able to recall any words to define this man looking at me. His look was a little bit intimidating at the first but then when his eyes met mine. I shivered, I-I was so speechless. Good Sonika, now your mind is also fumbling for words. "Come-in" his voice made me come out of my trance. Mr Zachary gave me some lines. I closed my eyes and whispered some inspiring words to myself to make me calm. I went through the lines. Yes Sonika, give your best.

Seconds. Seconds passed and I had finished my audition but still Ross was looking at me intently while Zachary in the mean time had my picture in his hand. He passed it in front of Ross, "So how's she?".

Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
I could feel my heart pounding as each second kept passing by. Ross placed my picture in a file and handed it to Zachary. Zachary smirked at Ross and went out, he took his assistant with him. Leaving me alone with Ross. I saw him standing up from his chair and approaching me.

"So, this is the best you can perform?" He asked me while coming close to me. I didn't move. I was lost within the depths of his eyes. Sonika he is asking something to you. You can admire his beauty afterwards."There is more to come Sir. I will try my best. I promise you." I smiled internally to myself as the sudden boost of confidence came within me. When he didn't answer back for some minutes. I smiled breaking the eye contact.
"You are selected. Come at my office sharp at 9 tomorrow. We will discuss about our contract." Yes, yes I am selected. I am so excited. Finally I will be able to earn money and stop doing th-the shitty work. I hate doing it but I have to. Don't think about it Sonika, your parents are going to be proud of you when they come to know about you working with Ross.

"Okay Sir. I'll be there." I said smiling wholeheartedly. He stared at me and I stared back at him.
"What's your name?" He asked.
"Sonika" I replied.

I reached home at around 10pm. I quickly changed in my pajamas and lied on my bed. Before sleeping I recollected all the events which took place. The day passed well. Tomorrow is a big day. I am going to sign my first contract. Ever since I came to New York. I wanted to earn money. But nothing went as per I planned. Just when I thought that my life is going to have a turning point, it proved me wrong, Instead my life turned upside down. Sometimes life has different plans made for us already. I remember my childhood- I was the naughtiest one but at the same time I was good in studies. I didn't like studying but in India, 10th 12th and 15th grades hold a lot of importance. Did I mention that I am from India. When I was done graduating, I convinced my parents to let me go abroard and find a job. I always had a dream to go to New York. Things didn't go as per I planned. My life is pretty fucked up but I still kept hope....(yawn)...I think I should sleep now. I slid inside the blankets and after checking my alarm for the fifteenth time, I reached in my dream world.

"Good morning. I am Sonika and I have to seal a contract with Mr.Ross."
I said to the pretty blonde standing infront of me. Her name is Maria. That is what she said to me.
"Hey! I assume you to be Sonika. Let me lead you towards his cabinet." I nodded and followed her lead. She knocked on the door and signatured me to go in. I walked on the wooden furniture. The office was very spaceous. Ross was siting in his seat and when his eyes met mine. His eyes checked me out casually. He motioned me to come and sit opposite to him. I quickly sat on my seat and greeted him "Good morning Sir." He is wearing a black suit and looking devilishly handsome in it. Some of his hair strands were tickling his forehead. "Good morning Sonika. So, here is your contract. I have read all your information and I also came to know that you are Indian. I hope you will do this job well and you can stop checking me out now. Sign the contract."
My eyes went wide as he catched me checking him out. But hey! This is not my fault, blame his mom for giving birth such a handsome man, or I can say praise his mom. I blushed hard and quickly went through the papers and signed on the required blanks. Finally! It's done.
"Now you are a part of the business. Your first shoot starts after three weeks. The company will give you a call." What???? After three weeks. Noways "But sir, I thought that I am going to start the contract in this week." I have to send my parents money. I don't have any source of income and I am completely out of money right now. How will I send them money? "Sonika, It is all written on the contract. Didn't you read it all?" I don't remember reading something like this. I quickly went through the papers and there it is written clearly. Good Sonika, you were so busy thinking about your boss while signing the contract that you didn't even read the contract properly. "O-Okay sir, I'll be there for the shoot." I quickly got up deciding what to do next. My legs trembled a little.
Just when I was about to open the door of the office. Someone pulled me backwards. I turned behind to find Ross insanely close to me. He pushed me against the office door and lifted my chin so that I can meet his gaze. "Is everything fine?"he asked as concern filled his eyes. "Umm..I don't think so." I said motioning towards our current position. His right hand was placed gently but firmly on my shoulder keeping me in place and his left hand was on my waist. His touch made me shiver.
He didn't move instead he came closer to me "Is everything fine?" he repeated. I nodded and tried pulling away from him but it was a little difficult for a bamboo like me to move a tree. "Everything is very fine. More than it could have been." I said peeking at him through my eye lashes. He pulled away from me and gave me some space to exit. I quickly took the chance and went out. Once I exited the company. I messaged Alex, within a few minutes he called me.

"Hello Alex, Sonika speaking."

"Yes Sonika, I got your message. I have one customer for you. He saw your photo and said that he will give whatever amount you demand for if you just hook up with him for a night. You are lucky, you found a businessman today."

"Oh. Text me his address."

"Sure. His name is-"

"I don't care Alex. All I want is money. Just text me the details."

"Okay sweetheart. Remember he wants to meet you at 10pm. Bye."

The call ended and I was ready. Ready to do whatever I was going to do. I am going to hook up with someone and in return I will get paid. That is what you are right? You sell yourself for money. No-no I don't like to do this but I have to. Tears flowed freely and without wasting time, I catched a taxi and headed towards my rented hotel. I had to pay the rent also. I hope I earn something big today.

Ross Edward's POV
There is something wrong about her. She acts weird at times. I mean today, the way her face turned from happy to uhh..maybe 'sad'. I don't know why, but I want to know more about her. Something is bothering her. I think I should- "Hey buddy, where are you lost?"

"I am sorry Alex. It is just that something is bothering me."
Alex- He is like my brother, my friend and my advisor at times. I trust him alot. I met him when I was in college. Well, he is the one who made me date two girls in my entire college life. He is the so called 'love-guru' of our group. He works in a travelling company. He has a small office situated opposite to the Hill's road. After completing half of my business work. I decided to clear my head. Yes, I was so engrossed thinking about Sonika. When she walked into my office with those hair flowing freely down till her breasts and oh my god- that dress hugged all her curves. She looked beautiful and hot.

And when her eyes checked me out. I felt myself smirking. Maybe, she feels the same attraction towards me. Maybe.
"Hey bro, you can tell me whatever you want. What is bothering you?" Oh I completely forgot about Alex's presence. "It's a girl." I said and then... he slapped me. Yes you, read it right.
"Holy shit. Ross wake up, are you dreaming. You are in loveeeee? You are Ross idiot...like...come on, you hate girls right?"

"Calm your tits Alex and I don't loveeeee her and I don't hate girls, I don't like to date them or you can say that I prefer being single. I was just 'thinking' about her." I said emphasizing the word thinking. And slap. This time I slapped him."This is for coming to your own conclusions and most importantly slapping me."

"Ouchhh. I am sorry bro. I was just caught off-guard. So, who is this girl on your mind?"

"Oh. She is very beautiful and from India. She is now our company's model and I feel some kind of attraction towards her. Now don't ask me how why and other stuff. I just feel it." I explained thinking about the first time we met.

"Oh-kay. But then what is the problem here?"

"I don't know. Something about her is off. Her behaviour, I mean the way she acts. It makes me wanna know each and every activity of her's. I want to find out what's wrong with her."

"Fine. Then do it. Instead of sitting here and thinking, send your personal detectives and tell them to follow her."

"I thought about it Alex but what kind of right I have to interfere in her life."

"Are you on your periods. This is not you. You are Ross..the one who decides what to do and what not to. If it's bothering you then find it out. That is all what I said. But wait...I think you are right. She might think low of you. She might think you are interfering in her life. Bro you are absolutely right, like what kind of right you have. Bro just sit here and keep thinking about her. Maybe you can teach me how to make pancakes. That is just perfect and-"

"Okay-okay I got it. You don't need to go all sarcastic on me. Fine I am calling my detectives right now."

"That's like my good bro."

"Urghhh. I forgot my mobile in my car. I'll go and get it."

"Wait up, use mine."

"So what did they say?"

"They haven't find out anything yet. I hope Sonika is fine."

"Uhh. Wait up, you said she was beautiful?"

"Yes."

"A model?"

"Yes."

"An Indian?"

"Yes Alex."

"And her name is Sonika?"

"For the last time yes Alex. Now tell me what's the matter?"

"I think I know where she is."

"Wait up. How do you-"

"Hurry, we don't have time. It's 9:30."

We are on our way. Alex is driving and leading me somewhere. There are many questions in my mind. What is the connection between Alex and Sonika? And how does Alex know about her? How does he know where she is? Shhhhhh stay calm. "Alex you are going to tell me each and every detail."

"Yes bro, sure. But afterwards. I promise."

We took a halt in front of a mansion. If I am not wrong then this place belongs to-
"Hey let's go. It's 10pm, we have to hurry up before something bad happens." What. What does he mean by something bad happening. "What about the bodyguards?" They must be guarding the entrance for sure.
"Ross i'll take care of them. Follow me." Alex lead me towards the door and said "Fourth room on the left." Upon seeing Alex the bodyguards allowed us entrance. But Alex told me to go ahead. Why didn't the bodyguards stop him? This is not the time for all this Ross. Get going. I went inside took a left and my body stiffened with each step I took. Why is Sonika here? In his house? What is she doing here this late? The first room passed by followed by the second. I stopped walking when I heard some voices speaking.

"Hey don't worry Sonika. It will be alright. I'll be a little hard on you. But that's okay right."

Worry? Hard? Alright?
No Ross this is not what you are thinking. But what if.. I quickly took some big steps and now I was standing against the room.
"Sonika you have some good curves I must admit. The way you walk, smile. I mean when I saw your picture, I wanted to taste you. Each and every portion of your's. If all you want is money then become my sex partner. I will give you whatever amount you ask for. What say?" I felt anger rising within me. I can't take it anymore. I am going to hit him hard. Hospitalize him and he will never ever wake up, worst case scenario- he will be in coma.

Sonika Taylor's POV

I was sitting on the bed and he came near me. He started running his hands through my hair. I felt helpless. I wanted to run far away and never come back. Sex girl... yes that is what my image is right. At least that is what he said 'Become my sex partner.' I don't even know his name. This is all my fault. He took a step forward and took me into his lap. He came closer to me and just when he was about to kiss me. The door broke open.

"Ross?" What is he doing here?

"Sonika." He said coming towards me. He pulled me away from my
hook-up-guy and punched him so hard that I think he might not wake up and just when I was about to ask, what that punch was for, I was welcomed by a kiss. He kissed me. Ross kissed me. He kissed the life out of me. The kiss was something else. It wasn't just the pleasure, He was trying to convey something to me. Just when I thought that I should kiss back. He pulled away from me and lifted me in his arms bridal style. He glanced one last time towards the hook-up-guy and said..

"You moron. How dare you touch Sonika. Keep your dirty little hands to yourself Gabriel."

So guys, sorry for the late update. I have my weekly tests going on. But I will update whenever I am free. Don't worry it will be soon. This is the biggest chapter I have written so far.
