This is literally how I feel every fucking day.
I always feel like I want to cry and my chest is always tight. I HAVE to fiddle with like a necklace or bracelet and if I'm fiddling with something that means I'm probably trying to calm my panic attack and/or anxiety. Some days I just want to be alone and not talk to anyone but I actually have friends who care about me :I.
