I walked behind the nurse, followed by the boy and the girl.

The nurse was tall and slim, sort of reminding me of Waluigi, put take off the mustache, outfit and voice and give him a small bust.

She had blonde hair, forced into a bun with bobby-pins.

She wore white heels and the normal nurse attire.

She led us to a door, with a doctor standing next to it.

I immediately threw questions at him.

"Is he okay? Is he awake? Can I see him?"

"It's alright miss Y/n, the surgery was successful. We thought that he should sleep a little bit, so we let you guys wait a little longer. He is awake now, and he is begging to see you," The Doctor explained.

I made a sigh of relief, "Thank God."

"And Thank you, Doctor," I shook his hand.

I opened the door to see Dice just on his phone, like he was at home.

I felt tears brimming in my eyes.

"Hey," I got his attention.

"Y/n!" He yelled.

He patted next to him on the hospital bed so I sat on the edge next to him.

"I'm so happy you're okay!" I let the tears go down my face while I tackle hugged him.

"Not even bullets can keep us apart," He wiped the tears from my cheeks.

"Corny, but true," I sniffled.

The Girl And Boy stood there.

"Well Blue, I think our work here is done," The girl nodded.

"I told you not to call me..whatever. But Yeah, it is."

"Wait! Before you guys go, I just want to thank you guys. And, what's your names?" I asked them.

"It was a pleasure helping y'all. You can call me Red and him Blue," Red started to remove her mask, revealing her brown eyes and a happy smile.

She had freckles along her cheeks and nose as well.

Blue took off his mask to reveal hazel eyes and rosy cheeks.

"Let's go, Wonderboy," Red took his hand.

"Whatever you say," Blue intertwined his fingers with hers, and they walked out.

"Bye!" Red waved.

"Goodbye!" Me and Dice waved.

Blue also waved and shut the door.

"They're totally dating," I snickered.

"No doubt about it," Dice started chuckling.

"So Sunshine.." Dice started.

"Did ya miss me?"

"You're such a dumbass! Of course I did!" I laughed.

"Are your parents and that bastard going to jail?"

"Yep. And my parents are getting even more time because apparently they were growing meth in our basement," I explained.

"Hm," Dice seemed not that surprised and I wasn't either.

I looked back at the bag I set on the floor.

"What are you looking at?" He asked me.

"Hang on," I told him.

I got up and took the pills out of the bag.

"What..are those?"

"My antidepressants."

"How come you never told me?"

"Because I never took them and I don't think I need them anymore."

I walked over to the garbage can and dropped the container into the can.

It felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders when I heard it fall to the bottom of the can.

"I'm honestly relieved that their gone. The decision was going to drive me crazy," I sighed to myself.

"What?"

"Nothing. Less about me, how are you feeling?" I asked him.

"I'm better, and look," He Said lifting up his shirt to reveal all the bandages wrapped around him "I'm all patched up! The Doctor said I might have a scar though."

"A victory scar," I smirked giving him finger guns.

"Do you want your necklace back?" I asked him.

"You know what? You can keep it," Dice smiled.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, So you can always have me with you."

For the rest of the time, we laid there, cuddling and sometimes talking.

"Babe?"

"Yeah?" I answered.

"Can I kiss you? Like right now, I feel like I need to for closure," He asked.

"Okay," I shrugged.

He leaned in on me and pressed his lips against mine.

I held it for as long as I could for him, but we eventually departed to breathe.

"Thanks."

"Anytime," I winked.

Just then I heard a knock on the door.

"I'll get it," I got up.

I opened it to see Judy with Ivory and Ms. White.

I forgot that I texted Ivory what happened from Red's phone.

"Judy! Ivory! Hilary!" I bounced up and down in excitement.

"Hey Y/n, we came as soon as we got the memo that he was out of surgery from your friend," Ivory pointed to Judy.

"Come in!" I smiled.

"I thought that after my shift I could come see how's everything holding up, but in the waiting room you weren't there. But I saw The Boy and the girl you were sitting with. And they told me you were with him. And then this young lady and her mother asked me where you were and I told them that I was going to see you guys too," Judy explained.

"Dice, this is Judy. She helped calm me down on her break, she's the secretary," I introduced her to him.

"Hi," Judy waved.

"Hello," Dice smiled.

Everyone eventually found a place to sit.

I sat on the edge of the bed next to Dice.

Ivory sat on the floor by my feet, as she said it was nice down there.

Hilary got two chairs from the hallway for her and Judy.

We all laughed, joked and told stories.

"So Ivory, How are you feeling?" Dice Asked her.

"I'm all better now! And I don't think Savannah is gonna bother me anymore after that! My mom got a restraining order put against her and her friends, so she won't be in any of my classes anymore!" Ivory punched the air in victory.

"That's good," I smiled.

Soon, a volunteer worker who was a teenage boy dropped by and asked if we would like any refreshments.

Hilary ordered a hot green tea, Ivory ordered a lemonade, Judy asked for a water, I asked for some coffee and Dice also asked for some tea.

We were all enjoying our beverages when I started crying again.

"N/n? What's wrong?" Ivory asked.

"I'm sorry, it's just that I feel like I'm in a family that loves me right now and it feels so, so good," I wiped my eye.

"Y/n, we are your family. Ivory, Hilary, Judy, even Red and Blue, and me. We all love you, Y/n. I love you," Dice told me, then kissed my cheek clearing it of tears.

"Group hug!" Ivory called.

Everyone circled me and gave me the best feeling I've ever felt.

Love from a family..

It was wonderful.

Just as we were hugging, Red and Blue walked back in, without their masks.

They just shrugged at each other and joined the hug.

Once we all separated, the teen came back and asked if we wanted some food and refills.

Red asked for a coffee while Blue asked for a monster energy drink, while everyone else ordered refills.

They both sat next to Ivory on the floor.

"Their so unhealthy!" She scolded him.

"But their so good!" He whined.

"Whatever, Wonderboy," Red made an exasperated sigh.

Soon after, they introduced themselves to the others and Dice and I explained how they helped us a couple times.

Soon, all of our food ordered arrived.

Ivory and Red split an Italian sub, Blue had a piece of steak, Judy had some ribs, Hilary had a chicken sandwich, Dice had a Panini, and I had *Favorite Food*.

We all decided that we'd have a big sleepover in the hospital for fun.

Luckily, Red brought a Nintendo switch so we weren't completely bored.

She brought Mario Kart, Mario party, Smash Bros. (Just imagine its out), and Minecraft story mode.

First we played Minecraft Story mode, because we all wanted to do votes on the decisions to make.

It was actually really funny on how we voted bad answers and made Jesse an asshole.

Then we played a round of Mario Party.

Ivory, Red, Blue, Dice and I wanted to play so Ivory got out 3 other Joy-cons she had on her.

Blue ended up being First Place, Ivory was Second, I was third, and Dice and Red were in the last places.

Ivory then challenged Blue and Red to
Mario Kart, and Red won.

Soon after, we pulled out the holy grail that Ivory owned, Smash Bros. Ultimate.

We taught Hilary and Judy how to play so we could all have a tournament.

In the first round, it consisted of all 7 of us including the teen we got to play with us, because we felt bad for him going in circles to get us drinks and clean up our plates.

The teen, who is named Brian, chose Link in the first round, while Dice chose Meta Knight, Blue chose Little Mac, I chose Ridley, Ivory chose Ness, Red chose Bayonetta, Judy chose Rosalina and Luma, and Hilary chose Lady Palutena.

The one who got kicked from the first round was Judy.

The next round, I chose Greninja, Dice chose Meta Knight again, Blue chose Little Mac again, Ivory switched to Toon Link, Red chose Sonic, Brian chose Ridley, and Hilary chose Kirby.

Ivory then got kicked from that round and was moping in the corner because the one who got rid of her last life was her own mom.

The next round I stuck with Greninja, Dice chose Samus this time, Hilary chose Zelda, Red chose Peach with the echo costume of Daisy on, Blue chose Bowser, and Brian stuck with Ridely.

Hilary was the next one out.

Round 4, I chose Bayonetta this time, Dice tried Corin, Red chose Lucina, Blue chose Diddy Kong, and Brian picked Bowser Junior.

Brian was the next one out when Blue did his final smash.

Round 5, I chose Bayonetta again, Dice chose Ike, Red chose Ness and Blue picked Diddy Kong again.

Red was out at the end of that round after a sudden death between her and Blue.

On Round 6, I chose Ryu, Dice chose Meta Knight, and Blue chose Little Mac.

Dice was able to knock out Blue with his final smash.

At the last round, I chose Sonic and Dice chose Meta Knight.

After my final smash of Super Sonic, Dice lost and the round ended.

I was crowned the winner with a high five from Red.

It was REALLY late after that so Judy went to the hallway and got us a bunch of pillows and blankets.

Brian soon left after.

Judy and Hilary slept in their chairs with their blankets on their laps.

Red and Blue sat on the floor together, sharing a blanket.

It was adorable because Red's Head fell on Blue's shoulder and Blue put his arm around her.

Ivory fell asleep on the other side of the bed on the floor curled up in a ball with her head on the pillow and her body in a cocoon of the blanket.

I laid next to Dice who held me close and let me cuddle into him.

Everything was warm.

Everything was peaceful.

I started crying at the feeling again, and Dice knew it.

He wiped my face with his hand and rubbed my back.

"You'll be with us, a family, for a while, so.."

He kissed me gently on the lips.

"Save your tears, Sunshine."
