"M-Mr. Jeon, what are you doing here?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes by the stupid question. He could see Jin's happy face suddenly turning sour once his eyes locked with his boss Alpha.

"Is this how you treat your guest? I can sense that you aren't happy with my visit."

This made Jin to widen his eyes in horror. How could he forget that the alphas could smell the omega's scents?

Jin immediately shook his head by seeing Jungkook looking sad standing outside the door like a kicked puppy.

"I-I am sorry, Mr. Jeon. Please come inside." Jin moved aside making enough space for the alpha to get inside his apartment. Jin carefully closed his door before looking at the night sky.

He didn't know what time it was. But he was sure that with Jungkook being here, it would be almost past eight. He turned back to see Jungkook placing some bags on the kitchen table.

"I can see that you already ate. I thought we could eat dinner together since we didn't have lunch today." The Alpha boss turned back to see the omega locking eyes with his food bags.

Now Kim Seokjin felt bad by seeing Jungkook standing in the kitchen with disappointed eyes. He knew that the Alpha boss was concerned about him but he used this as a chance to visit him.

Jungkook on the other hand felt sad. The whole day, he was restless and couldn't stop his thoughts which consisted of the only omega Kim Seokjin. They always used to have lunch together but today with the absence of his assistant, Jungkook didn't feel hungry at all.

He couldn't eat alone without his omega assistant teasing him. He was waiting for the work to complete so that he could have a dinner with Jin. But the moment he smelt Taehyung's scent, his alpha growled lowly.

He was in no place to question the omega before him neither would Jin explain it to him. All Jungkook wanted was to have a dinner with the person who had recently given him sleepless nights.

But with all the left overs on the table, Jungkook felt like a slap on his face.

Jin didn't need him neither his alpha. He was an uninvited guest who was about to get embarrassed for coming here.

The omega's silence told him that he had stepped out of his boundary. His alpha was growling sadly and urging him to claim his omega. But with a heavy sigh, Jungkook picked up his food bags which he bought for them and turned around to see the omega standing in the same spot.

"I-I will leave, Seokjin. You need to rest for tomorrow." With that being said, Jungkook walked past the omega with a slump shoulders.

Kim Seokjin could sense the sour scent coming from his Alpha boss, and his omega wasn't happy about it. It was mewling lowly and trying to contact with it's alpha.

"W-Wait, Mr. Jeon."

Kim Seokjin didn't know what he was doing but he was not going to use his Alpha boss's love for granted. At least, the other had took some efforts to reach out for him, and still he didn't thank the person who had brought him back home safely.

Jungkook who was about to insert his shoes looked up with wide doe eyes. His alpha was jumping happily by hearing their omega wanting them to stay. Jin walked to Jungkook and carefully took the bags from his boss's hands.

The alpaca eyes made contact with the doe eyes. A soft smile played on Seokjin's plump lips and his crooked fingers softly tugged on Jungkook's sleeves signaling the alpha to come inside.

"I haven't eaten dinner yet, Mr. Jeon. Thank you and please come inside." Without waiting for the reply, Jin walked inside his kitchen to grab some plates and glasses. Jungkook couldn't help but display his beautiful bunny smile.

Quickly he removed his shoes and walked to the living room where the table was messy. Without thinking, he started to clean the empty snacks and wiped the table off the clean.

When Kim Seokjin returned, he was stunned by seeing his alpha boss cleaning his house table.

"Y-You didn't have to do that, Mr. Jeon." Jungkook simply shrugged his shoulders off and helped Jin to arrange the plates and glasses. He walked inside the kitchen to grab some water making his assistant shook.

Jungkook was walking and using his house like he had been living here for years. Jin couldn't believe that his Alpha boss would go to this extend to make sure that his workers were okay.

Jin's eyes widened when he saw the sweet and sour chicken box and he quickly grabbed it before spreading it all over the plate.

"I didn't know what you like. And also I am not quite sure about shops around your area. There was a street food stall while walking here, a grandma was running it. I saw the food items and it was looking delicious. I hope it tastes delicious too."

Jin could tell that Jungkook had bought him from the street side food and to be honest he so badly missed eating. He knew the grandma and he was a regular customer to that shop.

"I love that shop, Mr. Jeon. Thank you. I really miss eating food there." Jungkook couldn't help but chuckle by how cute Seokjin was eating. He bought two noodle cups and some fried chicken for side dish.

His alpha mewled happily by seeing their omega enjoying the food that he had bought. Soon the two people started to eat their dinner by sharing a small conversation. Jungkook found himself enjoying the view of his omega chewing with wide eyes.

He definitely missed this today. Jungkook wasn't here just to eat but rather he wanted to explain his reasons. He didn't want Seokjin to mistake him about Taehyung's engagement ceremony. After finishing their foods, Jungkook wiped his lips with tissue paper before clearing his throat.

Kim Seokjin who was busy in slurping the noodle soup, placed his cup on the table and looked at Jungkook with puppy eyes.

"I-I wanted to explain you about you know. T-The misunderstandings about, uh- Tae-uh" Jungkook was finding hard by thinking from where to start. He didn't plan how to convince the other that he was not a part of all these. But Seokjin seemed to understand what his Alpha boss was trying to say and he didn't like how the other stuttered.

"I understand what you want to speak about, Mr. Jeon." This made Jungkook to widen his doe eyes and look at the omega with hopeful eyes.

"Taehyung told me that you had warned him. I-I don't know if I should be angry at you or feel grateful to you. I could have lived in my imagination by fooling myself, Mr. Jeon.

But now Tae and I are good. So you don't have to worry about it. Let's not focus on my sad puppy love, Mr. Jeon. There's more in life."

Jungkook was jaw dropped by seeing the omega infront of him talking like a philosopher. But deep inside, the alpha was happy that Jin wasn't in love with Taehyung anymore. His omega was going to be his finally.
