Day 7

December 18th

My phone rings and I groan, rubbing my eyes tiredly and take it, it's way too early for this it's saturday, why won't anyone let me-? Wait a second "hello?" I ask answering, I try my best to hide the exhaustion in my voice but it's too obvious to say that I managed to do it... just perfect.

"I need to talk to you, can you come to-"

"What? It's 9am, I am in bed, I'm not going to get up because you ask me to, Levi" I say angrily.

"It's important, come to the comissary as soon as possible" he says.

"But-" he doesn't say anything, but his silence makes me shut up anyway "I'll be there in an hour" I give in, "can I go with a couple of friends?"

"No, just you. It's very important that you come on your own" he insists, I nod even though he can't see me "see you in an hour" I hang up and get out of bed, heading to the kitchen.

"Morning Eren, what are you doing up this early?" Mikasa says teasingly, I roll my eyes "but seriously, how come you're up at 9am? You never wake up before 10:30"

"Levi wants to see me, it's probably because of Reiner, I don't know" I respond taking a glass and pouring some milk into it, I drink it and walk back to my room to get dressed, I can't help but wonder what is it that Levi wants from me, I walk to the front door and see Armin and Mikasa in the livingroom watching something on TV "I'll be back soon hopefully, you guys can stay if you want" they shout a 'goodbye' before I shut the door, I walk to the comissary and hate Levi for making me go that far away from home in the cold.

I arrive to the comissary half an hour later and walk in, a man walks to me, "hello, what can I help you with?" I look around for a couple of seconds, I can't see Levi anywhere, where is he?

"Um... I'm here to speak to captain Levi...?" That came out more as a question than an answer but I don't really mind, he smiles and he walks to an office, he knocks on the door and opens.

"Captain, this boy wants to see you" Levi looks up and I walk inside, he nods to the man and he leaves, closing the door behind him.

I stand there and Levi walks to me "I need to ask you two things, one; I need to speak to anyone who knows about your relationship with Reiner" I nod "two; when is your birthday?"

"Huh?"

"When are you turning eighteen?" He asks.

"In two days... why?" I tilt my head to the side, he turns.

"Dammit" he mutters "talk to whoever you think can be a witness and meet me on the 21st in the café on your way to school"

"At 7?" He nods, I groan "that's so early! And I have to finish preparing everything for the Christmas ball at school" he rolls his eyes and walks to me, glancing at the closed blinds and door "why did you ask about my birthd-" I'm cut by...

Wait. What?!

Captain Levi Ackerman is kissing me? What is happening? Why am I not pulling back? Why am I melting into the kiss? Why do I not want him to stop? What the fuck is going on? I close my eyes and two seconds later, he pulls back.

"Shit" he steps back and I tilt my head to the side, "Eren... you have to leave, now" I frown "meet me at the café in three days, but don't contact me until then"

"But-"

"Get out."
