Arcticstar jumped on the Hightree, Frostkit following close behind. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Hightree for a Clan meeting!" Arcticstar yowled. As the Clan gathered under, Frostkit's eyes grew wide with excitement.
"It is time for Frostkit to become an apprentice, as she is now 6 moons old." she yowled. "From this day forward, until she has earned her warrior name, Frostkit shall be known as Frostpaw," her voice echoed. She turned to her former apprentice, Scarfrost. "Scarfrost, it is now your time for an apprentice. You will be mentor to Frostpaw." Scarfrost walked out of the crowd, and Frostpaw went up to him. " Scarfrost, the whole Clan knows your loyalty. Do your best to pass on these qualities on to Frostpaw." Frostpaw touched noses to her new mentor, Scarfrost.
