Snow And Blood Don't Mix... (Naruto Fan Fiction)
Blood
It was everywhere,
On the ground
On the walls
On me.
My mum and dad were lying down on the ground, covered in blood.
"Ma? Daddy? Get up..." I whispered.
No reply.
"This isn't funny Daddy, Mummy"
Still nothing.
"Ma I'm sorry that I was mean to you earlier, forgive me?"
I stared at their collapsed figures, limping towards them, dropping on the ground and shaking them. I saw a broken mirror on the wall and helplessly looked at it.
No
That couldn't be me,
I was covered in blood, head to toe, my eyes were glistening red in the darkness and fangs were slowly pearing out. My long sliver hair was covered in blood, staining it for eternity. I hugged myself and started shaking, I looked at my hands, covered in blood and gasped.
Did... Did I do this...?
"Mummy! Daddy! Wake up!" I shook them, just let me wake up from this horrible nightmare! "Mummy... Please..." I felt tears rolling down my cheeks, blurring up my eye sight.
I stood up, unsatisfied with my parents not waking up, still sniffling. I looked down on my parents one last time and then ran.
Ran so far,
As fast as I could.
Stealing glances at my surroundings, the buildings were ruined, collapsed. Bodies lying on the floor, left there to rot. The stench of blood on my was repulsive, intoxicating, like it wanted to kill me. I hate this smell, and always will. I finally ran out of the village, my old home, the village hidden in the snow. I must start a new life, I thought.
My 10 year old mind and body couldn't really do much then, but I knew I couldn't stay. Dawn was breaking and people started waking up and doing what they did, but when they saw me they gasped.
"Look, its that thing."
"Guess she finally cracked, look at all that blood!"
"That village hidden in the snow must be destroyed now."
"That repulsive thing isn't getting anywhere near me!"
Back then I didn't know what they were talking about, its just me, a 10 year old.
I walked the path towards a random village, paying no attention to the gossiping travelers, and finally ended up at the gate.
I saw 2 men sitting down by the gate, when they saw me they gasped, scooting away.
"Please, I haven't done anything wrong... What did I do to get everyone I had taken away from me...?" I started crying again, they looked at each other and stood up, the spiky haired one got out of his seat and smiled.
"Lets take you to the Hokage okay?" I nodded. "Izumo, lets go."
"Okay Kotetsu" He nodded to the guy, named Kotetsu.

"Look, we have to go now, but the Hokage will take care of you okay?" Izumo told me, I nodded sadly, I didn't want them to leave me. They were the first nice people that talked to me since.... since then.
I knocked at the door, watching Izumo and Kotetsu- san walking away. "Come in." I heard a gruff voice say. I walked into the room and looked at a old man with a white and red kage hat. His eyes widened and he stood up. "Get this child a towel and some tea, and a change of clothes while your at it! NOW!" He boomed at the many chunnin around him, they nodded and scattered away, reciving the things that old man hokage told them to get.
"Darling, whats your name?" He asked sweetly, I backed away but then stepped forward, knowing he won't hurt me.
"Yuki Kazami..." I muttered.
His eye widened again and muttered something to himself.
"Why are you covered in blood?"
"I... I don't know!" I burst into tears once again, crying my eyes out, a towel came to my face but I didn't see who gave it to me, when my eye sight became normal again I saw a silver haired man and mask next to me with the towel, giving me a closed eye smile.
"Thank you..." I bowed.
"Oh no princess! Don't bow to me!" He spluttered, how did he...?
"Yes Lady Yuki, we know who you are. Why are you not in your village?" Hokage asked me.
I gulped and explained everything, at least everything that I knew of. By time I was finished the Hokage was sad, felt sorry for me, I don't know why, no one ever did, they all hated me, resented me, except for my family and close maids, I never knew why. Then something clicked.
"The Ookami grows in a baby girls stomach..." I recited from one of my fathers books, even when I was 10 I was very intelligent, I was a princess after all.
"Is that baby girl me?" I asked the Hokage, he nodded sadly, and I shook my head. "Did... Did I kill everyone...?" I was frightened of myself now, I killed, dad, mum, friends, family, everyone in the village, they did nothing to me, but I killed them.
"Thats enough of this, send Lady Yuki to this address, do not make any flaws." He gave a scrap peice of paper to a guy with a weird monkey mask on, ANBU? I guess...

"This is your new home" the ANBU said to me and poofed out, I clutched the key in my hand and opened the door. It was fairly tidy and nice, although a bit small, but I could manage. I dropped the key onto the table and dashed to te bathroom, it was silver tiles and a normal sized bath, I stripped and turned on the bath tap. Jumping in I relaxed and let the warm water wash away all the blood and horrible memories.
But some things don't end or vanish.
The memories and pain was still there, although all the blood was gone I could still smell the stench on me, I washed myself numerous times but it stayed the same. 30 tries later the smell had faded away, and for this I was thankful. I got out of the bath and wrapped a towel from the cuboard around my small body,
"KNOCK KNOCK" I heard and went and opened the door, there stood the Hokage, "yes?" I asked, drying my hair with a smaller towel,
"I was just going to ask, what ninja rank are you?" he replied.
I smirked, "Jounin." I lied, I didn't want to go through the whole process of Genin, Chuunin (which I actually was) and then Jounin.
"What? Really?" I nodded, he smiled proudly and handed me a Konoha leaf village head band. "I wouldn't expect any less from the Princess Yuki of the Snow."
Did I forget to mention? I was a ninja genius?
Well yeah, I was a chuunin, but lost my headband while I was on the run away from the village. I took the head band and looked at it,
"You will be also teaching a class with one of our chunnin's, so here is the address." He gave me a peice of paper. "And this is the class."
He pointed at the class number on the paper, I nodded and waved goodbye when he left.
Isn't this just fun... (note the sarcasm)
