"You can talk?!" They all yelled out in unison.

"Yes, I can talk." (Y/N) stated bluntly.

"W-what are you?" The male asked in front of me.

"Are you a L-Lycanwing?" The bigger male asked.

(Y/N) let out a growl "I already told you. I'm an abomination." She looked over at the larger male "And I have never heard of this Lycanwing before."

"Hey, I recognize you. I've seen you in my hut a couple of nights ago!" A familiar voice yelled out.

(Y/N) looked over at the male and he had a helmet on that she accidentally took.

She looked over at his face and (Y/N) couldn't help it, but her pupils dilate as she recognized the blue eyes.

She looked away and let out a soft growl "Yes, I didn't mean to intrude, but I was curious as to why I kept smelling dragons in your village even though I never seen one."

"Oh, we used to have dragons...but..." the auburn-haired male trailed off

"We sent them off to the Hidden World." The female with the blonde hair finished for him.

(Y/N) looked at them confused "Hidden World? Is that a weird meaning for killing them?" She asked as she squinted at them.

The auburn-haired male shook his head as he raised both his hands up and shook them too.

"No! No! We...we trained them and we used to live together. Just...not anymore." He sighed sadly.

(Y/N) nodded in understanding, "Ah, I see." She growled out. She sniffed the air and she smelled the familiar scent again and it came from the auburn-haired male. "By any chance, do you know a Night Fury?" she asked as she stared at the male.

The male gasped as he did an open mouth smile and nodded "Yes! How do you know Toothless?"

(Y/N) tilted her head to the side not sure if they were talking about the same one, but explained anyways, "He visited me a long time ago."

(Y/N) started to feel comfortable around these people, even after a bad start. They don't seem like bad people. Then again, this could all be a façade.

"Oh! We should introduce ourselves." The auburn-haired male said. "My name is Hiccup and I'm the Chief of New Berk."

"I'm Astrid." The blond female said as she gestures herself.

"My name is Ruffnut." A female said she had braids going down her shoulder and little tiny ones in her hair.

"I'm Tuffnut." A similar-looking person to the girl but had more of a masculine face and he was the male with the fake beard.

"I'm Fishlegs." He is a bigger male than the rest of the group and he has a braided mustache.

And last but not least "My name's Snotlout!" he said as he smiled. He was the male that (Y/N) has been interested in for days.

"Snotlout..." she muttered under her breath. Testing out the name.

"What's yours?" Hiccup asks getting (Y/N) attention

She looked at him "(Y/N)."

Hiccup smiled at her "How long have you been here on this island, (Y/N)?" He asked curiously.

"A few days...maybe a week." She muttered out.

"Well, you're more than welcome to stay here as long as you like!" Hiccup said with a smile.

She bared her teeth at him and let out a deep growl while his smile disappeared "Is this some sort of trick?" She sneered. The blonde girl stepped forward but the Chief placed a hand out and glanced at her.

He looked back at (Y/N) and furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head "No! Really, you're more than welcome. How about you spend the night at one of our huts?" He asked.

(Y/N) relaxed and thought about it. Suddenly, there was thundering in the distance. (Y/N) looked up and saw the moon getting covered by a dark cloud "It's going to storm pretty bad tonight and possibly tomorrow." Hiccup added

Sleeping in a hut is a nice thought for (Y/N). She hasn't slept in one for years.

(Y/N) looked over at everyone and nodded.

They seemed like good people but she felt like she had to keep her guard up.

"I'll go to Snotlout's" (Y/N) growled out.

"What?!" Snotlout exclaimed.

(Y/N) looked at him and it spooked him "I mean, great!" Snotlout said straining a smile.

As they walked out of the forest (Y/N) decided that it'll be easier to fly to his hut.

After cutting the rope that tied her wings, she slipped her hands under his arms and lifted him up. Snotlout was pretty heavy for (Y/N), but she still lifted him and flew him towards his hut.

Once (Y/N) landed gently in the wooden platform, Snotlout turned around with wide eyes "That was cool, not going to lie."

She just stared back and looked away.

They went inside the familiar hut and Snotlout closed the door behind him.

"Hmm. You know, you don't look too..uh..." He trailed off as he walks in.

"Scary? Ugly?" She asked her voice sounded a bit rough and harsh.

"Well, I don't think you look that scary and I don't think you're that...I mean, you're not ugly! I'm not into...uh...um...lizard...dragon people." He said as he gave an awkward smile, he quickly added, "But, I'm sure if you were human you wouldn't be ugly at all!"

(Y/N) felt kinda sad when he said he wasn't into lizard people. Since technically she was this weird lizard abomination.

She walked up to him hastily and it made Snotlout a bit scared.

"I-I'm sorry with whatever I said just...just--"

"Do you have a mirror?" (Y/N) asked interrupting him.

Without questioning her he just quickly nodded and carefully took a side step as (Y/N) eyes followed him. He walked around her and she turned her head and kept on staring.

Snotlout went to a nearby shelf and picked up a mirror.

Snotlout handed her the mirror and she carefully grabbed the handle with her clawed fingers and placed the mirror up to her face.

She stared at her reflection as she took a shaky deep breath.

"Abomination, go away. Abomination, hideaway."

Slowly all of her lizard and dragon-like features started to disappear. The mirror has gotten bigger in her hand and the surprised Viking man became taller than her.
