THE TRIO WAS CURRENTLY AT MALIA'S HOUSE, watching the end credits for 10 Things I Hate About You. "That was good." Lucas stated as he ate some popcorn. "Yeah, especially Bianca and Cameron's relationship. They were so cute!" Malia gushed. "Kat and Patrick's is my favorite. It had enemies to lovers vibes but they were adorable. Can I tell you guys something?" The two friends nodded their heads, staring at the curly haired girl.

"Yesterday, in Rabbi Rebecca's class, I started to think that Andy is kind of cute. I got butterflies when he touched my hands and I even thought his smile was cute! What does that mean?" Malia placed a hand on her shoulder, "That means that you have a crush on him, Paze."

"A crush? I can't have one on him! He's with Lydia! It's wrong."

"It's not wrong, Paze. It's completely normal. I'm surprised you're realizing your feelings for him now." Lucas stated, causing Paisley to groan in frustration. "Ugh, why are boys so complicated?"

"I don't really know. I'm having the same problem with Mateo. I mean, I really like him but does he feel the same way? He's really sweet to others so I'm confused." Lucas stared at her in disbelief, "Lia, he definitely likes you too. I can tell."

"How?"

"He always lights up when you talk to him. I also notice the way that he looks at you and he doesn't stare at anyone like that. I mean, he's really nice but he likes you." Paisley gave him a teasing smile, "Since when were you so good at giving advice?"

"I guess watching romcoms today helped me." he joked, laughing. "But how are you feeling about Lydia?"

"Well, I still like her but I'm just hoping Andy treats her well. She's really pretty and sweet."

"Aw, it's so cute that you have a crush on her. I guess we're all having crush issues."

"You can say that again. Maybe we should watch another movie?"

"Of course, Paze! The fun isn't over yet! Who's up for Aquamarine?"

"Me! What about you, Lucas?" The boy playfully rolled his eyes, sitting on the couch. "Sure." As they watched the movie, Paisley couldn't help but feel conflicted. Yes, she has feelings for Andy but it's not like he had feelings for her too. He was happy with Lydia and even though she was happy for them, she couldn't help but feel a bit jealous about it. Maybe this was trying to teach her that sometimes it's too late to get what you really wanted.

But little did she know that it wasn't.
