Shit

|A|N| Guess who's back.

|Story Starts|

"Y/N what the hell is going on!? He is not just nauseous!"

"Well I- just go get the meds from my bag!"

"They're yours!? How to you expect them to help him!?"

"Just get them!"

Eren stomped around to the other side of the horse and ripped open the bag. He pulled out every bottle, stuffing them under his arm. He stopped and read.

"Armin Arlert? I thought these were for Y/N?"

"Eren! Come on!"

Eren came running back around the horse, now more alarmed after finding out that what he thought were yours was actually for his friend. He handed you all of the bottles.

"Can you get the water in there too?"

You asked, now less panicked.

"Yeah."

Eren ran back and got you the water bottle, thankfully already filled to the top with some nice, cold water. He handed it down to you.

"Armin, let's get up and go sit over there."

You commanded, pointing over at a big tree. Of coarse, as expected, Armin did nothing but continue with his yelling and crying.

"Let's go, come, get up. You need to sit up."

"No!"

"Well you can't take your pills laying down!? Here, I'll help you."

You grabbed Armin's hands and pulled him up onto his feet. He leaned over on you, barely holding onto your shoulders.

"Oh no!"

Armin let go of your shoulders and fell down into his knees.

"Armin you need to hold yourself u-"

"I'm gonna hurl!"

He yelled, right before he threw up. Guess he really was nauseous.

"Oh Armin..."

You got down on your knees and pulled back his hair.

"Today just isn't your best day is it."

Armin coughed and began to fall forward.

"No, no, no!"

You yelled, thankfully catching him just in time.

"Don't fall into your own puddle of puke."

You chuckled. Armin didn't think any of it was funny. He just continued crying loudly.

"Sorry, do you think you're well enough to try getting up again?"

Armin nodded.

"Okay."

Once again, you pulled Armin back up onto his feet. All of his weight was on you, but you managed to lug him all the way over to the tree. Both of you sat down and he cuddled up to your chest. Eren brought the bottles and water back over to you.

"Thanks."

You sorted out the needed amount of meds and placed them on the palm of your hand. Slowly, Armin chugged them down one-by-one with some water, until they were all gone.

"Good job. You're already doing great. Just close your eyes and go to sleep."

"Sleep!?"

Eren yelled.

"There's no time for sleep! We're already behind in time! If we don't get there soon the cabins will be all booked!"

"Well Armin needs to relax."

You repelled back at him.

"He can relax on the horse!"

"No! That will make things worse!"

You sighed.

"Just half an hour, that's all?"

"Y/N-"

"Please? If not for me then for Armin?"

There was a long pause of silence.

"Half an hour. No more than that or I'll throw him over the back of my horse and bring him myself."

"Got it."

Honestly 30 minutes was not even close to enough time. But you figured it would be better than having no time at all. So that was it. Thankfully Armin had already passed out, being held firmly in your loving arms. I hope everything will end up being okay.

|Time Skip - 30 Minutes Later|

Each minute went painfully slow. Eren paced in front of you.

"One-Thousand Seven-Hundred and Ninety-Nine, One-Thousand Eight-Hundred. Done."

Eren has counted every minute, up to the final second. Time was up.

"Let's go."

"Can't we-"

"You made a promise."

God, Eren was such a dick. If only he knew what was really going on. But would that even change anything at all? I'd hope it would. Otherwise what kind of friend would he be?

"Okay."

You managed to hiss back.

"Well, what're you waiting for? Wake him up!"

Eren yelled.

"I am!"

"Hm?"

A little, questionable noise radiated from beside you. Armin had woken up by himself. Goddammit Eren.

"Hey Armin, we gotta get going now."

You told him calmly.

"O-Oh... yeah, I forgot."

"How do you feel?"

"Tired."

"No but how do you feel?"

"Oh... numb. I don't really feel anything right now."

"Well that's doable. Come, I'll help you up."

You got up and pulled Armin up too. Once you mounted your horse, you helped Armin get on. He snuggled up behind you and closed his eyes. Eren collected the bottles and tucked them back into your bag, then getting onto his own horse.

"Are we finally ready to go?"

He whined impatiently.

"Yes."

You replied.
