*Taehyung POV*

"What did she do?" I ask plainly as I look at the picture of her. I guess she is kinda pretty and her eyes are amazing. Such bright green color, I feel like I would like to wake up every morning to those eyes.

'Wait, what the fuck Taehyung! That is retarded.' I think to myself as I look back upto Namjoon.

"Well, she caught me, Hoseok and Yoongi at the library downloading those maps we needed. She saw our faces and heard our names, so we need to take her out. She is too big of a risk." Namjoon says calmly.

"Ok, Jimin let's go." I say as I quickly choose and grab a sniper case and head back out with Jimin following me.

"Taehyung this the first woman you have to kill, can you do it?" Jimin asks slowly as we drive to the location.

"What the fuck do I look like hyung? I don't care about people or life." I respond coldly.

"Ok, just remember she is a threat to our whole operation." He says back quietly and focuses on the road again.

We arrive at the area.

"So, she is in that orphanage?" I ask as I look at the old building.

"Yeah, She just went inside." Jimin says.

"I'm thinking that building." I say as I point to a double story realestate store across the street about two blocks down. "It has ladder access and I can take her out as soon as she steps out." I say while studying the area.

"Ok, that sounds good. Lets go there." Jimin says and hastily drives to the back of the building through a small alley. We get out and head to the roof of the building.

"This is perfect." I say as I pull the sniper case to the ledge of the building and open it. I brought the M2010 ESR today since I am doing a fairly close range take down. It is a smaller, less powerful sniper than the Cheytac but will work, since I didn't want to take my powerful one for this little job.

Jimin pulls out a laser target finder and starts scanning the area.

"Hyung, that's not necessary. It's only two blocks, I am skilled enough to take the shot without the measurements." I say as I pull out a small bipod and attach it to the barrel of the sniper.

"I know you are skilled but I am not risking anything." Jimin says while continuing to look through the equipment.

I place the gun on the ledge and go on one knee while looking through the scope at the orphanage.

"Ok...734 feet away. Set your distance Taehyung." Jimin says but I don't even register it.

I am completely struck with awe.

There in the crosshairs of my sniper is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my entire life, her long black hair framing her perfect body and green eyes that make my heart......beat faster?

What is she doing to me?

I see her holding balloons and giving them out to children, she smiles brightly at one of them and I nearly stop breathing. She has the most gorgeous smile and her whole face just lightens up so much.

I quickly pull away from the sniper and look down at the ground. I put my hand over my heart and feel it beating fastly.

This is the first time I have felt something like this in 15 years.

"Taehyung!! Talk to me!!" I hear Jimin almost yelling to me and I see him kneeling next to me with a worried look.

"What?" I ask still unsure of what's happening.

"I called you so many times, she is going to leave the building soon." Jimin says while putting his hand on my shoulder and look in my eyes.

I come back to reality.

"That's right. Sorry about that." I say quickly while I grab my sniper again and aim it over the door.

"Are you ok? Can you take the shot?" I hear Jimin ask me from next to me.

"Of course hyung, this is nothing." I say as I continue holding my aim.

What the hell happened to me?

"Ok, just make sure you kill her." Jimin says and resumes his post, looking at the orphanage through a small pair of binoculars. 

I look through the scope and see her walk out laughing and hugging a woman. The woman waves to her and goes back inside. Oh Yoonjeo turns to leave but suddenly stops and pulls her phone out. She puts the phone to her ear and starts talking someone while smiling widely.

This is my shot.

I put my aim over her heart and slow my breathing to steady the shot. I see her laugh and her eyes sparkle. How can she be so breathtaking?

"Taehyung, what are you waiting for? take the shot." I hear Jimin say quickly.

I put my finger on the trigger and apply pressure. My finger starts shaking and I can feel sweat running down my forehead.

I....I can't take the shot. Something isn't letting me pull the trigger.

"Taehyung kill her." Jimin says in a strict voice.

I try again to shoot. I try to put a bullet in her heart like I have done to so many people before but I can't.

Why can't I kill her!!! The pressure and struggle is too much and I push myself away from the sniper and sit on the roof while holding my head with my hands.

What is happening to me? I have never felt like this before.

"Taehyung are you ok?" Jimin is sitting next to me studying my face.

"I...I can't focus for some reason." I say quickly not wanting to admit that I couldn't kill my target.

"She has already gone home, so lets return to hq and see what Namjoon says." Jimin says quietly while helping me stand up. I nod my head and pack up the sniper.

The car ride is silent and I can feel that Jimin is very tense. We arrive back and walk in and see Namjoon sitting with Jin talking. He stands up as soon as we walk in.

"You didn't kill her." He states quickly.

"How did you know?" Jimin asks back.

"I saw from the security camera, Taehyung what the hell happened there?" Namjoon says in a louder tone and looks at me.

"I don't know hyung, I lost focus. I swear to you I will kill her next time." I say trying to convince myself with my own words.

"No, you have one more shot Taehyung to kill her, today. or else I am sending Yoongi to finish her." Namjoon says strongly and goes and sits back with Jin.

I look at Jin and he stares at me while raising an eyebrow.
I ignore him and walk out side, I stare up at the sky and take a deep breath in.

What exactly have you done to me...
