Scarlett's Pov~

I woke to the sun shining into my eyes. I opened them slowly and then rubbed them. I sat up and seen that the room was empty. I seen the blankets I had given to the people that needed rooms last night was folded nicely and stacked in the corner next to the door. I got up and stretched before getting dressed. I thought about maybe opening a place to do laundry but knowing Amy she might have built someplace like it.

I placed my dirty clothes in my item box and then headed out of the room. I got down to the lobby and seen tabby gathering things from the other rooms and taking them to the back. I thought it over and left the building thinking I'll ask Mrs rabbit. I got out and started walking towards Mrs rabbits house/shop.

"Scarlett!!" I heard Mrs rabbit called to me while carrying a load of laundry.

"Good morning Mrs rabbits, may I ask where you're going?"

"Oh dear haven't you found the laundry mat yet?"

"No I've been busy with other things that my laundry is pilling up now. Do you mind if I follow you?"

"I don't mind sweetie. Come I'll show you to the laundry mat." Mrs rabbit said before walking ahead of me.

We walked for a bit before there was a building that had a lot of poles with cords on them in the yard. Mrs rabbit lead the way in and I seen inside this place had some kind of mechanic that helped with washing everything. Mrs rabbit explained how to use it to me and then let me try it with my clothes. She took the mechanic beside mine so I can ask questions.

~time skip, 3 hours~

I was outside hanging clothes on the line when I was told to put all my clothes on one section because there's a line for each mechanic. My clothes was smelling nice and almost dry. I went and sat down with the others that was doing laundry. They were talking about how Amy had begged them to take the people in from the desert kingdom that she brought. I nodded and then one of the young adult girls looked at me and then asked a question I didn't know.

"If she's bringing the people here what is going to happen to the kingdom?"

"I'm not sure but maybe their staying until the threat is taken care of. Just please be nice to the people that's staying." I said and then thought it over.

The older women sighed and stood up and headed back to the clothes. I followed them and checked mine. It was all the way dry and warm. I took each piece down and folded it and placed it into my item box. After the last piece of clothes I looked around and seen a lot of the women was having to carry the clothes back to their houses. I frowned and then coughed.

"If it's okay with all of you I can teach you item box skill so you don't have to carry everything by hand."

They looked around before setting their baskets down and coming over. I taught them item box skill and then showed them how to use it. They placed their clean clothes into their item boxes and then went home. I though it over and headed to the guild to talk to the Mayors. When I got there I seen that a lot of the desert kingdom people where tryin to get some jobs while they waiting to go home. Kate seen me and waved me over. I went to her line.

"Scarlett, here for the mayor's?"

"Yeah, are they in?"

"Well their doing rounds at the time so they'll be back later. Anyways I need to know are you and Revan dating yet?"

"Huh?? Why would we be dating?" I asked confused.

"Because you two are always together and wouldn't leave the others side. But now that he's been gone for a couple of months you must be missing him. So tell me how far have you too gone?"

"I don't know what you're talking about, how far we've gone was we said good night to each other and headed to our separate rooms in the inn." I said with a blank expression.

She frowned and complained a bit before laughing and saying we are slow at love. I started walking away while waving to Kate. I thought it over and wanted food. I remember Amy saying there was restaurants now to get food any time of the day.  I headed towards one and found the little quaint restaurant. I entered it and was welcomed with smiles.

"Oh welcome Scarlett, I'll be with you in a bit." She said.

I sat down at a table and waited 5 minutes before the girl walked over and took my order. I was trying this thing called a burger. She smiled and wrote it down and left to the kitchen. I liked that they set it up that there are people that takes the orders and someone else cooks.

About 20 minutes went by and I was starting to get hungry, I was about to call the girl back when she came to the table with a plate of meat on bread with what smelled like potatoes and a glass of water. She smiled and told me to enjoy and she will be back later to clean up. She left and I remembered Amy talking about burgers is to be eaten with the bread around them. I picked it up and tried it.

The meat was fully cooked and tasted amazing, the bread paired with it great while the water washed it down. I tried the potatoes next and it was salty but good. I woofed it down quickly and enjoyed it. I waved the girl over and she asked if there was anything else I wanted to try. I told her I was good but where do I pay? She smiled and lead me to the counter and told me it was 2 sliver coins. I payed and she asked me to come again. I waved her off and walked out.
