Amy's Pov~

I was walking around town thinking of what else I could do to help the people. I heard a soft voice asking people passing by for help but everyone walked passed the person. I walked over and seen a small fox like person standing there with her tail between her legs about to cry. I walked over and stood behind her before sitting down and watched her before she looked up at me. I smiled softly and said in a quiet soft voice what was wrong.

"I need help my family has been imprisoned in the desert kingdom. Do you know of anyone that can help me save them?" She asked as loud as she could before she passed out.

I caught her and stood up and walked towards the sleepy cat inn. Everyone avoided me but when I got to the inn some of the children opened the doors for me and allowed me to walk in. Tabby called out to me and I threw some coins that landed on the desk for an extra person for a while. I walked up I my room and unlocked the door and went in and laid the fox down. I touched her forehead and seen she was running a fever. So I grabbed a rag and placed it in cool water and then placed it in her head.

After making sure she was going to be okay I went over to Scarlett's room and knocked and then talked.

"Scarlett I have a fox person in my room that needs help and is running a fever. Get Revan and come on over to my room." I said and then left the door to go back to my room.

When I got in I checked her again. I heard a knock and then the door open. Revan and Scarlett was holding two trays of food each. I pulled out the table from the wall and some chairs out of the closet for everyone to sit at the table. Revan sat across from Scarlett and I sat at the end of the table to watch our new friend. While on the bedside table they sat her tray. Revan looked at her and then frowned before talking to Scarlett bout something. I was half paying attention to them and half paying attention to her. When she started to move I turned my full attention to her and she sat up and looked around.

"There's some food beside you on the table please help yourself. I'm Amy, this is Scarlett and this is Revan." I said softly.

Revan and Scarlett watched her before she grabbed the food and ate it down like she hasn't eaten in days. I got up and got her some water before she grabbed it and drank deeply before looking at us when everything was gone off the tray and out of he cup.

"Thank you so much. I'm Azalea Fox, I'm a fennec fox. I'm from the desert kingdom because my family wanted me to find help because the king is in slaving people of all races for his evil plans. Please will you help me?!"

Scarlett thought about it before looking to Revan and whisper to him about something. I got up and sat beside the bed and rubbed her head. She looked at me before starting to cry. I sat beside her on the bed and held her close as she cried her heart out. I was kind of in mother mood at the moment and I could see Revan and Scarlett looking at me funny before Scarlett had a loving look on her face.

"Azalea was it?" Scarlett came over and asked when she calmed down.

"Yes."

"As Amy said I'm Scarlett. I'm helping the world and want to help but I need to know as much as you can tell me."

"My family was the entertainment for the late king and then when he died his son took over and it became worse for everyone. The king laughed at those that served him and his family before him. He tried to have his way with me but I kind of kneed him and ran for my life. My family bought me time and told me to run and get help from the rural guard Rev he took the  last king down and my family believed he would help us again if we went for him but I don't know what he looks like or his real name. Please! Will you help me find the rural guard Rev?" She begged.

I looked at Revan and then Scarlett before Revan came over and patted her shoulder. When she looked at him he gave her a soft smile and then said she found him and he's proud of her for seeking help. She started crying tears of happiness while thanking him for not being somewhere she couldn't reach him. I got up and sat her on the bed so Revan and her can talk and went over to Scarlett.

"If Revan says to go save the people then you stay here Scarlett and I'll go with him to save the kingdom with Revan. I'm trusting Azalea with you I'll give you the money to keep paying the room for her let her use it as much as she wants and I'll give you money for anything else she will need while I'm gone." I said with a serious face.

Scarlett looked worried but then stopped and patted my shoulder and nodded. "Yeah Amy I'll keep her safe as long as you save the people she cares for. You know what if you save the desert kingdom I'll give you something new as thanks."

"I'll hold you to that promise. Now Revan is going to get supplies and I'll get my travel stuff while getting her settled in the town and get what she's going to need for the time were away."

"Of course now she needs a bath. Let's go get her a bath at the bathhouse." Scarlett said looking over my shoulder at her.

I looked over my shoulder and seen she was watching us with Revan.

"Bathhouse?" She asked.

"It's a building I made that allows us to rinse off the grime of the day and then soak away the sore muscle in hot spring water." I explained.

She looked at Revan and then back and got out of bed and walked over to me. She stood up to the top of my belly below my chest. She looked up at me and grabbed my hand. I smiled softly and took her hand and then we all went out.

I took Azalea to a store for bath supplies and clothes for the next week or two. We got everything she needed and Scarlett taught her item box skill and showed her how to use it. It was starting to become late and we headed to the bathhouse and went our separate ways from Revan and cleaned her up and then showed her how to soak in the hot springs.

When we got all clean and warmed up for the cool evening we meet up with Revan and walked back to the inn. She was looking her pockets over for money at the front desk but I patted her head and picked her up and carried her to my room for the night.

She was about to curl up on the floor but I picked her up again and placed her in the bed and covered her up and then patted her belly softly. She was about to say something when a yawn came from her and she started to drift off to sleep. I started humming a tune before she fully fell asleep. I made sure she was having a peaceful sleep before getting up and going to the desk and writing in my journal then I pulled out of my item box and empty one and wrote her name on it and then placed it on the desk.

I got my stuff ready to leave and then sat beside the bed on the floor and waited for night to be over. I felt a hand grab my ear and turned slowly and seen she was reaching for someone to help her. I softly pulled my ear out of her hand and laid down beside her and hugged her and then I laid my tail on her to give her warmth and comfortable feeling of safety.

She slept peacefully and I just held her close as she slept. I watched her for a bit before I noticed the sun was about to come up and I slowly got out of bed without her and covered her up. I looked at my tail and took a knife and trimmed off my long fur from my tail and made a new tail that can lay on her while she slept. As soon as I laid it on her she hugged it and nuzzled into it. I smiled and went out the room after grabbing my cloak. I walked out and seen Revan about to knock on my door. I shushed him and closed the door so not to wake her.

"She's sleeping that's good. Did you sleep?" He asked.

"I don't sleep. Anyways let's get going I left coins on the desk for her to use for everyday for about a month. Now let's go." I said throwing my cloak on and walking down the stairs to the doors.

Revan lead the way to the desert kingdom and I followed him before the sun was rising.
