As soon as they typed in the last number, all of the monitors in the room lit up. Security camera footage, security details, and stuff of the sort were visibly shown on the monitors.

A moment later, a robotic voice rang out in the room. "Welcome to the X-T-V main security control room - we do hope you enjoy your stay."
They moved, not paying attention to it, then walked over to the main computer, and turned it on.

USERNAME = [- - - - -]

PASSWORD= [- - - - -]

[CONFIRM] [CANCEL]

They quickly typed in what they did last time they've been there, and immediately bypassed the security. They were brought to the desktop, and opened the control panel. They went through the settings, and typed a few things, before hitting enter.

"Did it work?" They suddenly asked when they were finished, as if someone could hear them. "Are you able to gain access?"

"Yeah- I think it's working," A voice responded from the earbud. "Yep, it's working, I can access the monitors and controls remotely again."

"Alright, good," They replied. "From the camera views, do you see anyone in the path that could potentially be a threat?"

"Let me look... nope. The halls seem empty, I don't see anyone roaming around anywhere around the first basement to the lowest. There are still a lot of people in the ground floors even past midnight though. But besides that, there aren't any people around your area, so you should be good."

"Alright, thanks," They briefly said, before turning around. "I doubt they would leave the down areas completely unprotected though. I think they'd at least add one or two more security after what happened two days ago."

"True, they definitely realized someone had infiltrated the area last time, when he died and we leaked the contacts the assassin gave us and such. They'd be stupid to not up their security at least a bit, and this is the X-T-V we're talkin about. They probably added some traps and such, so be careful."

"Yeah, don't worry, I got this." They replied, walking back out, heading for the door. They reentered the password, and the door clicked open again. They briefly stopped, looking back at the security room, before walking out as the door shut behind them.

They straightened their hood up more, making sure none of their hair flew out, and that their face wasn't fully visible.

"Well, here I go. Be on the lookout for me, and make sure to alert me if someone comes close, alright, Ren?"

He silently looked over at all the monitors, double checking the area, and watched as his friend started walking in one direction in one of the corridors, away from the X-T-V control room. He sighed nervously, before replying into the small microphone.

"Yeah- alright."
