3rd Person's POV:

~she collapsed~

"Let's have a break", Minho basically begged Julia, sitting down onto the floor completely out of breath and sweaty.

Their clothes were sticking to their bodies and Julia thought that Minho was actually quite attractive, but she would never tell him that in a nice way.

"You actually look quite attractive, but you smell like shi-"

"Just shut up", Minho chuckled, drinking the rest of his water.
They both drank as much water as possible, having small breathing breaks in between every second gulp.

They've been working out for the past hour and didn't have a break ever since then.

The reason of that, was that both didn't ask.
Minho didn't ask because of his ego, he wanted Julia to ask first so he could feel a bit better and stronger.

And Julia didn't ask because she was scared that Minho would notice she needed a break since she felt weak.

The more energy Julia used, the more weak she felt. She was nearly at 100 hours without eating, only workouts and water.

And her body was slowly giving in....

"How about we continue wi-", Minho got cut off by the ringing of Julia phone.
While Minho looked at the phone annoyed, Julia was rather confused as she saw the caller's ID:

Lil sis <3

"Why is she calling me? It's half past four in Germany", Julia asked worried as she hesitantly excepted the call.

"Juli?", her sister asked and just by the shakiness in Bella's voice Julia could tell that she was crying.

"Bella, why are you still awake? Are you okay??", Julia asked, of course in German.

"Juli I-I did something horrible", Bella sobbed into the phone, not knowing how to tell her older sister about what she had just done.

"Breathe, okay? Try to calm down a bit and it's okay. You know that you can tell me everything, I won't be mad at you", Julia tried to comfort her sister, who was still sobbing like crazy.

"I-I.......I can't-"

"I won't push you to tell me anything, but it's going to feel way better if you let it go", Julia said in the most calming way possible.

"I-I cut myself", her sister finall gave in before breaking down again.

That's when Julia's world collapsed. She wasn't able to explain what she felt in that moment.

Everything happened at once.

Guilt was drowning her and her heart was aching like someone had stabbed him.

Minho was able to tell that Julia was hurt just by the look on her face and the tears in her eyes, that threatened to come out.

Even though he didn't understand a single word she was saying, he knew something bad did happen and he started to get worried.

"Juli please say something", Bella begged under her sobs.

"It's okay, Bella", Julia comforted the younger one, "I wish I could give you the biggest hug on earth right now..."

"But how am I supposed to hide that from mom and dad?", she cried out.

Julia sighed: "Where did you cut yourself?"

"O-On my arms", Bella stuttered.

"Then go to the storage room, open the last drawer and search for a black box on the bottom of it. There is everything you need. Make sure to wear long sleeves for a while as well", Julia said, not believing that this was really happening.

"Thank you, Juli", Bella sniffed.

"But please make sure to never do this again. If you feel the urge to do that, call me. No matter how late it is, please call me. And if I don't reply then please try to distract yourself", Julia's voice cracked, making Minho frown.

He was so close to pull her into a hug, but he didn't want to disturb in any way so he just stood there waiting for her to end the call.

"Please don't cry", Bella sniffed.

"I won't. Please go to bed after you cleaned the wounds, okay?"

"I will. Thank you, again. Good night", Bella said before she hung up.

Julia sighed heavily, looking at the groud and felt like crying, until she suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder.

As she looked up she saw Minho and realized that she was still at the gym with him.

"Is everything okay?", Minho asked worried.

"Yeah....I think I just need some fresh air. Can Chan maybe pick you up? I just want to go for a walk...", Julia smiled weakly.

"For sure, I'm gonna call him. See you later I guess. Be careful", Minho smiled, before walking to his backpack to get his phone.

While Minho called Chan, Julia basically ran out of the building to her car while tears were streaming down her face.

She drove to the first place that came into her mind, not caring about that Chan told her not to go there.

Julia just needed to walk through the forest no matter what the risks were. She wanted to cry and scream and the only place she could do that without getting any attention was the forest.

Luckily she arrived at the parking spot within 6 minutes and grabbed her phone before running deep into the forest.

But after 6 minutes of running, she had to slow down immediately, because her knees got weak and she fell onto her knees.

And in that moment all she could do was cry.

She cried and cried with the last energy that was left in her body, not caring about her aching knees that were also bleeding, or the ice cold wind.

All those negative emotions and thoughts, all those times she didn't allow herself to cry.... everything came up again.

It felt like she needed to throw up, but there was nothing in her stomach.

She felt pure pain.
Not only mentally but physically.

Tears were streaming down her face as she was sobbing like her life dependent on it.

Everything was aching, her stomach, her knees, her head, her muscles,...
Everything.

After good 10 minutes she noticed how she felt more and more tired and suddenly saw dark circles in front of her eyes.

Julia tried to stand up, grabbing onto the tree next to her to get up.
But it took her several tries before she actually got a good grip, because her sweaty hands slipped off the hard bark of the tree.

After she was on her feet she took tiny steps forward, but not even 17 steps later the black circles got bigger and bigger.

And then Julia collapsed with her world.

But before she lost consciousness, she heard a male voice yell her name from a far.

"JULIA!"

"Josh?", she whispered before everything went black....
