Jaune sees darkness, as in that after he died, he got sent into some inky black void of existence, which made him sigh sadly

Jaune: well...I guess that this is the afterlife. Better get used to this.

Then suddenly, he heard two voices call to him

??? 1: (chuckles)

??? 2: sorry, but it's not going to last, Jaune.

Jaune was then startled at hearing the voices

Jaune: WHO SAID THAT!!??

He demanded, and then....

??? 1 & 2: we did.

They said as two orbs of energy appeared and flew towards jaune. One orb was made up of a golden light while the other was made up of a dark purple and black energy

Jaune: what are you?

He asked to both energy orbs as the golden light orb chuckled

??? 1: we will reveal our true forms to you in time, but we brought you to the void to offer you something that might interest you.

Jaune raised an eyebrow

Jaune: like what?

He asked as the dark orb flew close to jaune

??? 2: we know that Cardin killed you and you want revenge on him and your tormentors, so we decided to give you that chance in revenge.

Jaune widened his eyes in realizing what they're talking about

Jaune: you mean....you're gonna resurrect me?

He asked as the gold orb spoke

??? 1: quite similar, we're merely giving you a chance at being reincarnated as someone who has the strength to help get your revenge....and teach your tormentors a lesson to never forget in their lives.

Then dark purple orb spoke up

??? 2: so.... will you accept our offer?

And after some careful thinking, Jaune smirked and nodded, making both orbs evaporate, then his surroundings started to collapse and he sees that he's disappearing and he's not being erased, he's being reincarnated as his body finished vanishing

But what happened is that after jaune was reincarnated, Remnant's time slowed down and it will resume back to normal once Jaune will get his memories from his old life back when it's time

(ON CLUSTER PRIME, in Vexus' Throne room)

After Smytus was defeated again by XJ-9, or Jenny Wakeman, we see him getting yelled at by his ruler, Queen Vexus.... AGAIN!!!

Vexus: (yells angrily) THAT'S IT, WE'VE TRIED EVERYTHING!!! Krakus, You, my Cluster Drones, Nanobots, Microbots, even ACNEY!!!!!! AND NOT EVEN A SCRATCH ON XJ9 WHEN YOU CRUSHED HER, SMYTUS!!!!!

Smytus: I know, my queen. And it's not like we can just create a weapon like when Armageddroid did when he destroyed half of our armada years ago-

(RECORD SCRATCH)!!!!!!

Smytus had wide anime eyes because he just had an idea, which made him smirk widely

Smytus: wait, THAT'S IT!!!

Vexus raised her eyebrows while having her stern look

Vexus: what?

Smytus: what if we don't force her to join the cluster? What if......we created a weapon to destroy her once and for all.

Vexus widened her eyes in disbelief at what she heard smytus say

Smytus: hear me out, my queen. Everytime we show up and force her to join us and/or try to take over the earth, she always defeats us since she is the earth's protector. So if we get her out of the picture, we'll finally take over that wretched planet of mud and dirt.

Vexus cupped her chin, thinking about smytus' idea and then after she finished thinking about it, she smirked villainously

Vexus: I can't believe I'm saying this but Smytus... your idea is so much better than mine of getting XJ-9 to join us.

Smytus crossed his arms while having a smug smile

Smytus: and I regret nothing. And don't worry about the weapon design, I already thought of what kind of weapon should be made to destroy XJ-9.

Vexus: (chuckles) then get to it, Smytus.

Smytus bowed to her queen, then walked away and left the throne room. But soon after Smytus destroys XJ-9, he'll discover who he once was in a past life and get his memories back in the process.....memories of him being a human that goes by ''Jaune Arc''
