Smoke and Mirrors
You shouldn't be surprised that I've come up with another gruesome one shot, specifically another yandere one. So, beware. Blood, death scene, insanity and so on is involved. Oh, did I mention it's also technically a song shot too? The song used is Smoke and Mirrors by Jayn, have a listen to it before reading. Haha, enjoy.

A musty and metallic smell was the first thing Lloyd had picked up upon recovering from his sudden blackout. The next thing his clouded mind noticed was a painful stinging coming from his wrists and shoulders. He hissed softly, the pain coming from his body was starting to become more aware now. Forcing his heavy eyelids to open didn't help his situation at all, the only thing he got at first glance was murky darkness.
He closed his eyes again, squeezing them shut tightly before peeling them open one more time, his focus not as blinded as a few moments ago. Checking his new surroundings, Lloyd could hardly recognise where he was. Cement floor, towering walls and yellow dingy light bulbs hung across the roof of the building. He had never seen this place before in his life, so how did he get here? Why couldn't he remember.
His head snaps up at break a neck speed, the muffled yet pained pleads of a person startling him. He wasn't alone, and someone needed his help. He goes to move, but his arms a yanked harshly behind him, his body almost falling back with its sudden force.
"What?" He mutters, though his voice carries out through the large space like an annoying echo. He winces at the sound and twists his head around, eyes widening.
His arms were clasped by a thick rope, tightened tightly around his wrists that connected to the wall. His arms were crossed behind him in an odd angle, almost like he was getting handcuffed, yet this was more painful and irritating around his wrists.
"Oh, you're awake." A familar soft voice glides through his ears, instantly gaining his attention. His eyes strain against the disgusting colour of the lights, coming to meet a pair of hazel-green ones.
"Alyssa?" Lloyd feels his body relax once he notices it was a friend hidden against the shadows, a small laugh bubbling from his throat. "You playing some kind of game? What's it called?"
His grin slowly slips away at Alyssa's straight face, his head tilting to the side as he watches her move towards a large sheet covered outline of an item with wheels, pulling it till it was a few yards in front of him. "Alyssa?"
"This isn't a game, Lloyd." Her monotone voice sends sparks of dread down his spine, his arms aching in their position.
Alyssa moves so she was standing in front of the sheet covered object, and now Lloyd could tell the cries of help he heard earlier were coming from under the sheet.
"H--Hey, what's going on? What did you do--" Lloyd tenses his muscles up again at the females sudden grin, a wide toothy smile spread across her lips.
"Oh, Lloyd." She giggles, one hand held behind her back while the other reaches up to grip the sheet hiding whatever it was, whoever, was behind it.
"I never meant to call you out. I've always seen behind your smoke and mirrors." A soft purple hue drifts out of her mouth at her words, her eyes glinting dangerously.
"Oh, sweetheart, please don't yell at me, it really isn't hard to see, the truth that's rotting underneath."
She roughly grips the grey sheet between her fingers before yanking it harshly over the person, the fabric falling to the dusty floor. Lloyd felt his heart thump frantically in his chest, green eyes staring wide eyed.
Being held up by chains from the wrists was Harumi, her mouth covered by tape. She was dangling mid air, her face splotchy from dried tears and new tears. She stared back at Lloyd, her muffled screaming caught by the tap.
"Why weren't you honest from the start?" Alyssa's voice snaps him out of his daze, surprised eyes glancing back to the girl who looked down at him with a frown.
"You know, I've always thought she must have liked you." She rolls her eyes, turning her attention back to Harumi. She grins wickedly and raises a hand to cup her teary face, "She's just a temptress, don't you know? She'll say she loves you, even though,
She only wants to steal your soul." Her tender grip turns painful, nails digging into Harumi's pale cheeks, the frail girl crying out.
"I'll save you." The ravennette lets Harumi go, pushing away her face sharply. She then turns her attention to Lloyd, who felt anger start to creep up his veins.
"You said you'd always be my friend." Her frown slowly turns into a scowl, the hand behind her back shaking.
"That we'd get married when we both got older, I'd never heard those words before, You made me long for something more, But then she tried to steal your love." She growls out, sending Harumi a sharp glare before they both got to see what she had been hiding behind her back.
"What's with that look?" Alyssa raises the knife to her face, running a finger down the sharpened blade with a small laugh.
"Harumi--!"
"Do you really think I'm out of line tonight?Stop calling her name!" She raises her wielded hand, pointing the knife towards Harumi who flinches back with a squeal.
"If you play my game, She may just make it out alive." She giggles, her eye twitching. She takes slow, deliberate steps towards Lloyd who tries his best to step back.
"I love you." She whispers out, a hand reaching out to touch his face. Lloyd instantly recoiled away from her touch, making her frown more permanent.
"I'm not asking much, just give me your heart, and put no one else above me, go on, say you love me!" She tries again, her voice raising.
She takes more urgent steps towards him, though he continued to back away from her, his own voice stuck in his throat.
"Take my hand in yours and tell me that I'll lways be the one," Alyssa holds her hand out for him, her frame shaking from pent up frustration and lust, her words becoming quicker.
"Without you, my life means nothing, so just say you love me tonight!" Her voice smoothes out, expecting him to utter three words that she had been dying to hear.
When Lloyd doesn't speak, she scowls and takes a threatening step back, the grip around the knife tightening, "And if you lie, this poor girl will have to die."
She glances over her shoulder at Harumi, the tied up girl looking away from her heated glare. Clenching her teeth, Alyssa lowers her head, shadows covering her eyes.
"I'm sorry that I lost my cool..." She starts again, and Lloyd almost feels like he could relax until she lifts her head to give him another smile that made his stomach queasy.
"As you can see here, I've been very busy..." She shrugs her shoulders, her grin only growing as she gestures to Harumi, "I found her number in your phone, asked her to meet me here alone, so we could talk, just one on one."
"What's with that look?" She furrows her eyebrows at Lloyds face of horror and disgust, his back now pressed up against the wall.
"Do you really think I'm taking this too far?" She tilts her head, a frustrated growl leaving her mouth, "All you have to do, is swear that you'll be true,
And I will let her go right now."
"Just don't LIE." Her words echo against Lloyds ears, his eyes watching as Alyssa moves towards Harumi, the knife raised to press against her throat though she kept her gaze firm on his own.
Lloyd feels sweat gather against his brow and down his neck, his knees shaking, almost breaking underneath him. He needed to say those few words with as much sincerity as he could, "I--I... I love you."
It went silent, the pair just staring back at each other, unwavering until Alyssa laughs out, her head being thrown back, hair falling into her eyes. Laughter turns into giggles, chuckles turn into insane giggles.
Shaking her head, she presses the knife against Harumi's throat, her smile turning sinister and with one tug of her wrists Harumi's screams turn into a bloody gurgle, crimson liquid spitting out from her fresh wound as Lloyd calls out her name with a choked cry.
"No, I won't fall for this again." Alyssa whispers, stepping through the building puddle of blood to come closer towards Lloyd.
"I'll always see behind your smoke and mirrors. I know you love me deep inside, your simply caught up in her lie, so I will cut you free myself." Lloyd didn't even notice how close she had gotten until he felt his arms become loose from their hold, falling to his side.
His knees finally give out, buckling under his own weight to come crashing down harshly against the floor, eyes staying connected to Harumi's now limp figure.
"I'm not asking much, just give me your heart, and put no one else above me, please, just say you love me!" Alyssa follows his lead, crouching down on her knees to crawl towards him, her bloodied hands coming up to cup his cheeks.
"Take my hands in yours and tell me that I'll Always be the one, without you, my life means nothing, so just say you love me!" Her hands fumble down his face, leaving nothing but bloodied hand prints. She reaches for his hands, holding them close to her chest and spreading the blood up his arms, her crazed eyes never leaving his tearful ones.
"C'mon, what's the problem? Quit your crying, be a man!" She scowls, letting go of his hands to again cup his face, her fingers wiping away his tears, "Surely, she couldn't mean THAT much, let me give you my love!"
She leans in closer, practically sitting in his lap by now. Her body flush against his, her cheek perched against his shoulder, nose against his neck.
"Take my soul, my heart and body, yes, I give it all to you, and if you still won't accept it, you're gonna regret it!" Fingers wrap around his neck, giving his airway a soft squeeze as if to prove her point.
She sighs softly against his cheek, her head lifting until her mouth was against his ear, "I hate to play these games, but you're driving me insane. Won't you tell me that you'll stay, now that she's not in the way?"
