As Bill and Ally near the school, they avoid the losers meet up spot, deciding to go through another entrance. It went unsaid that Ally didn't want to see Eddie.

It took a few minutes for them both to realize that they were a whole 30 minutes early. School wasn't even close to starting. So, Bill sat with Ally in her first period class, that was currently empty except for the teacher.

Mrs. Wilson didn't seem to mind their presence, saying how she "liked their motivation to be in class".

Bill felt guilty that he wouldn't be able to stay with her through out the day. They only have one class together. "S-Sorry I can't stay with
y-you..." he apologizes.

"It's okay, Bill. I really need to pick myself back up, and maybe just get over the whole Eddie thing..." Ally says with reassurance. It hurt to think about getting over Eddie, but it was clear he wanted nothing to do with her. Why else would he get her kicked off the cheer squad? Why else would he cheat on her? Why else would he promise love that he didn't have?

The girl makes the quick decision to start finishing her make up work, and sprawls the papers all over her desk.

Bill does his best to help. He's not very good at it though.

A yawn escapes Ally's lips as she answers the last few questions. She decides to put her head down in an attempt to rid her of tiredness. Her yawn is contagious, causing Bill to want to take a short nap as well.

Just until the first class starts. Then I'll leave.

He swears to himself.

So he moves his chair closer to her and cuddles into her warmth. The two fall into a blissful nap, and Mrs. Wilson awes at their cuteness.

But she's a little confused, weren't her and Kaspbrak dating?

The classroom is filled with the sound of the two teen's soft snores. They don't even hear when the bell rings. They stay cuddled into one another sleeping.

People file into the classroom, some gasping at the sight. Some not even caring. Stan walks in before any of the other losers, and he practically trips over himself at the sight. They were way too close.

Richie walks in next, laughing at Stan.

"What's wrong with you, Stan? You see some girls—" he stops mid-joke, staring equally shocked at the two cuddling. Mike shakes his head at the sight, he knew what was going on, and it isn't right. A depressed looking Eddie walks through next, not noticing the two and walking to his seat. The losers watch in horror, waiting for him to notice.

Slowly, he looks up, seeing the two asleep.

He wants to be mad, but he can't. She wasn't his. He cheated on her. Plus, it was probably just a platonic cuddle. Probably.

The others slowly sit in their seats, Richie shakes Bill awake. He flinches away from Ally, and Ally throws a tired grin to Richie. She really missed the idiot while she was gone. Richie gives a small smile. Slowly, Bill stands up.

"I-I'll see y-you later..." he waves with a reassuring smile. "See ya." Ally yawns, watching as Bill leaves the class.

"Okay kids, I know a lot of you missed class yesterday, so I'm giving you the period to finish make up work." Mrs. Wilson states before sitting back at her desk. The air is thick with tension amongst the losers. Stan shakes his leg rapidly, and Richie keeps adjusting his glasses. Mike doodles.

Everything in Eddie's heart wants to reach out and hug Ally. But he's frozen. His hands tremble at even the thought of coming into contact with her.

"A-Ally..." he finally whispers, much lighter than intended. He watches as the girl tenses up. Slowly she turns around, giving a fake smile.

"Yes?"

"Can I talk to you?"

"We are talking."

Eddie stares blankly at the girl, not finding humor in her short responses. She stares back at him, with a hurt expression.

"I didn't report you." He finally says, breaking their stare and looking down to his hands. "Evelyn did. She went through my stuff and reported you...a-and I would never do that to you."

Ally is stuck with realization. But she an annoyed look remains on her features.

"Oh. Okay." She says, turning back around to do her work.

"That's it?" Eddie mutters. This didn't feel like forgiveness. Not at all. She was supposed to say she forgave him, and she still loved him and that they should still be together. But she never says any of that. "That's all you have to say?"

Ally shrugs in response, not looking at him.

"What do you want from me? You want me to get on my knees and suck you off because you didn't report me, because your little girlfriend did?" She scoffs. Richie can't help but let out a loud snort. Eddie turns to him with a look of disapproval, to which Richie shrugs at.

"...no. I just want you to forgive me already. I really miss you. A lot. Please, just let me—" his eyes drift to her clothing.

Bill's sweater?

Things begin clicking in his mind, and he doesn't even bothering finishing his sentence. Thoughts swarm his mind.

Bill's sweater. Ally and Bill cuddling. Bill talking about her. His scent on her.

"Oh I see." He swallows down the lump in his throat. Ally turns to him a bit confusedly. "See what?"

"See that your with Bill now." He hums. A sad expression rests on his face. Ally feels a small pang of guilt carry through her. "I'm not." She states. "Me and Bill are good friends. That's it."

Eddie brightens up a bit. He would much rather Bill and Ally be close friends than dating.

"Good friends don't make out." Mike mumbles, exposing Ally's secret. She blushes and looks at Mike with a bit of betrayal, to which he shrugs in response. Eddie is still, hands clenched and shaking. He didn't want to believe what he was hearing, but the shade of red Ally just turned tells him what he needs to know.

"Oh...well. I need to give you something after school." He says with his eyes glued to his desk. "If you're not gonna be too busy with Bill."

Eddie can feel a lump of sadness rising in his throat.

Ally gives him a guilty look.

"I–I....yeah, okay. Where do you want to meet?" She gives in, reminding herself that he cheated. Eddie takes a few minutes to sort his thoughts.

"By the library?"

"O-Okay..."

Both the teens turn away from each other, sadness flooding their hearts. And it was only the beginning of the day.
