When Amy (Akane's bad end counterpart) and Akane are infected by a strange virus making them go insane and become more dangerous. Their friends argue who like her more only to realize that the virus can spread through contact. It slowly spreads only Madison and Miyuki aren't infected. Can they save their friends, or will they be infected?
