I had maths with Colleen. She sat next to me.

"What did Ari do to you?" She asked. I rolled my eyes.

"Why the fuck are you so worried? Just chill." I said. "Do you see any wounds or bruises?" I added.

"No." She said.

"Then don't worry." I said. She rolled her eyes. I looked at Ariana. I know she heard the conversation. She smiled softly at me. I smiled back.

After school I said goodbye to Gab and Colleen and walked home. I saw them get into Colleen's car and then drive away.

"Liza!" I heard someone call my name. I turned around and saw Ariana.

"Ariana, what are you doing? I thought you wanted to stay away from me." I said.

"I did, but I wanted you to teach me how to be like you. I wanna be less of a monster." She said. "Let's go. I'll drive." We got into her car.

"Okay, so I assume you'd want to go to your big house." I said. She lightly shook her head.

"Actually, my mom says that you're the reason that I cried yesterday so she kinda hates you. Let's go to your place." She said and drove to my house. We entered.

"Hi mom. This is Ariana." I said and my mom stood up. "You don't need to stand up."

"Do you need help?" Ariana asked my mom. I guess she must've seen her slight limp.

"No, I'm okay. I'm Tanya Koshy." She said. "You brought another new friend home, Liza. I'm proud that you're finally bringing so many people home." My mom said with wide smile.

"Actually, I-I'm not her friend." She said and I looked at her. She looked at me. "I'm actually her bully. Or I was. I hope she doesn't see me as her bully anymore." She said and my eyes widened. How will my mom react?

"Oh really, so you used to beat my little muffin up? Liza, why didn't you say anything?" She ran to me and hugged me. "You are a monster. Liza, did she force you to bring her in? Should I kick her out?"

"I would gladly go if you want." She said. I shook my head.

"Mom, she said that she WAS my bully. Now she wants to be good. Something like that. She wants to be more like me." I said. Ariana and I went into my room.
