Another two hours has passed. David sits next to Milton's left side with Buddy on his lap. David has orange skin,brown hair,grey blue eyes and light red nose. He is a Pop Rainbow troll like Milton. David is wearing baggy brown shorts and dark blue vest.

Joey and Michelle sit next his right side. They are all worried about the troll Milton brought to hospital. Then one of the doctors who took care of Smidge walk up slowly towards them. She has a clipboard in her hands. The doctor stops in front of them.

"Hi. I'm Dr Plum Plumsy. Which of you brought in the patient?", the Doctor says friendly.

" That's me...",Milton replies softly.

"Do any of you know the patient?", Dr Plum Plumsy asks.

The group of five looks up at Doctor. Milton tells the doctor the truth and so does Joey,Michelle and David. None of them knew the troll Milton brought to the Hospital. The doctor looks directly at Milton and nods her head understandingly. She brings her clipboard into her view and quickly checks her notes.

" The patient is lucky that you found her and brought here. Her injuries are more than just physical. She has an serious concussion, a seriously damaged voice box and one leg seems to be damaged but, the bones are luckily not broken. The rest of her body has some bad bruising and seems sensitive at the moment... I never seen such a case like this...",Dr Plum Plumsy says softly,sadly and seriously.

The news shocks the four sitting trolls,especially Milton! They knew that the stranger troll's condition was bad but, they didn't think it is that bad! Something seriously bad must had happened to her!

"But, that's not the only bad news...The patient is confirmed to be in a coma and we don't really know when she will wake up. ", Dr Plum Plumsy says sadly and seriously.

That news makes them more worried! This sounds even more serious! David is unsure how to respond to all this bad news. Joey and Michelle decide to express some of their concern.

" Is she okay now at least? ",Joey asks concerned softly.

" How long will it take for her to heal?",Michelle asks concerned softly.

The Doctor thinks for a moment. It is honestly hard for her to tell right now considering the level of damage. There is a possibility that not all of the patient will be back to normal... Cases like these are never easy. She let's out a sigh.

"Well, at the moment she is fine. Physically she will heal but, it will take a long time. Her voice box and her head will take longer. There is a possibility she will have no memory and could become mute when she wakes up... Her voice and memory could come back but, it will take a long time for both her memory and voice to come back too...", Dr Plum Plumsy says sadly and seriously.

That depressing news gives the trolls some hope but, not a lot. They feel sorry for the mysterious patient. Nobody should suffer such serious injuries. Joey,Michelle, Milton and David are quiet for a brief moment. The doctor decides to bring some sunshine to the dark situation.

" You all can visit her any day during visiting hours. If you want to you can see her right now. The patient is in Room D10. I'll show you the way...",Dr Plum Plumsy says positively.

Visiting the patient sounds like an good idea. Joey, Michelle and David would like to see what the patient looks. Milton just wants to see if the treatments are starting to work now. Out of everyone Milton is the most concerned.

Then the Doctor takes the four trolls and the tagging along dog to the sleeping troll in room D10. When they reach the Hospital room the Doctor opens the door revealing Smidge in her hospital bed still unconscious.

She has bandages wrapped around her forehead, arms and hidden parts of her body that covered by the hospital patient gown and blanket. The hospital gown is an faint blue and there is also a hospital patient bracelet around her right wrist. Her hair has been brushed nicely and would be standing tall if she was awake and sitting up.

Smidge is laying on her back not making a single sound or movement. There is a machine pumping water into her body as another keeping track of her heartbeat rate. Her body looks to be in a better state now.

" The Visiting Hours end in three hours so you can stay here for as long you need. Another doctor will come to check on her in an hour or so. ",Dr Plum explains honestly and professional.

" Thankyou doctor. ",Michelle says softly.

Milton had heard the doctor but, his eyes remained on patient in the bed. He feels relieved that she seems better. Milton walks slowly and quietly into the room taking a closer look at the troll he rescued. The steady beeping sound of the heart rate machine is only sound in the room. The doctor walks away from the rest of the support group. She has another patient to check on.

Milton reaches the left side of the hospital bed and puts his hands around the metal white bar. Michelle and Joey frown at the sight of Smidge. David walks slowly and quietly into the hospital room too while holding Buddy in his arms. Buddy whimpers sadly with ears down. David stops walking when he reaches the bed and stands next to his best troll friend. The orange troll just looks at Smidge and so does Buddy. Then David starts talking but, his eyes remained on Smidge's unconscious body.

" Wow... She is truly lucky that you saved her,Mil. I can't imagine how badly she must had looked when you and Buddy found her...",David says quietly and softly.

Milton frowns then sighs heavily remembering Smidge's state earlier. He never seen a troll so badly harmed. Then Buddy jumps out of David's arms onto the hospital bed as Milton's parents join them and reaches the other side of the bed.

"I never seen someone so badly hurt in my life...", Milton admits sadly and honestly.

Buddy sniffs Smidge's side slowly as he gets closer to her. The dog whimpers sadly and his ears lower again. His tail remains down. Then the small dog lays down next the teaspoon troll and nuzzles his head into her side gently.

Milton,David, Joey and Michelle notice the Jack Russle's actions and smiles at them. David doesn't say anything but, in that moment he feels like he has the best dog in the world. Joey,Michelle and Milton don't say anything either. Milton brings his hand to Buddy's head and gently pets it.
