Somewhere in the forest, Milton stops the car under a large mushroom. He gets out the car then let's a Jack Russle out with a black leash. It is Buddy. Buddy happily jumps out car with his tail waging. He loves exploring on his walks in the forest. After Milton locks the car the walk begins.

They slowly walk in a random direction. Milton looks at his surroundings as he watches Buddy walk in front of him. Buddy seems to be a happy dog as he sniffs the ground curious while he walks. Milton smiles at Buddy's actions happily.

Then suddenly the dog stops in his tracks! Buddy's tail stops waging as he picks up a worrying scent! Milton stops in his own tracks confused. A frown appears on his face. Buddy starts moving again slowly but, more uneasy. The dog sniffs ground in different directions trying to figure out where it is and leading. Milton just watches Buddy react and it makes him wonder what is wrong.

Suddenly Buddy finds the trail of the strange and worrying scent and barks loudly at it's direction! The bark wasn't a happy one! Milton's eyes widen as his heart fills with worry! Something definitely must be wrong! Dogs don't react like this for no reason! Buddy let's out a few more uneasy and loud barks before taking off! Milton runs behind Buddy worried and following him!

Soon Buddy leads Milton to the river where Smidge's unconscious body lays. Buddy runs over to her very fast recognizing her scent! The dog sniffs her and tries to see if she is alive. He can tell Smidge is still alive but, based off her scent she is a little close to being barely alive! Buddy barks louder than before by Smidge's side! Milton steps out into the clearing and sees Buddy and Smidge's body on the ground next to the river!

Milton's heart is racing! He runs over to Buddy and the mysterious troll to him. He gets on his knees next to Smidge and immediately notices how badly injured she looks and that she is unconscious! Afraid that the mysterious woman might be dead or dying he tries to find her pulse! He puts two fingers on her neck and counts her heartbeat rate. He feels relieved that she is still alive but,grows more worried at how her heart seems to be beating slowly than normal!

"She needs to go to the hospital!",Milton exclaims very worried.

Milton takes off his jacket quickly then wraps it around the badly wounded woman's body gently as he picks her up. Buddy barks uneasy worried about the strange troll. Smidge doesn't react at all to being touched or picked up! Then Milton gets up with Smidge in his arms and starts running back to the car with Buddy running along side him! Milton can hear his heart pound as he worries about the unconscious troll in his arms.

" Don't worry, Miss. I got you!",Milton says worried,softly and scared.

Milton doesn't realize that the unconscious troll probably can't hear him. He is too focused on getting the stranger to the hospital. It is a case of life or death! An hour later,Milton reaches the hospital in the car. He runs into the hospital fast and worried with Buddy still by his side! Then Milton runs over to the front desk and the female Reggaeton troll's,sitting behind it, eyes widen in shock as she gasps!

" I found her like this by the river in the forest. Her pulse has been slowing down! You have to help her! Please!", Milton says panicked softly.

The female troll immediately grabs the speaker announcer (AN: Idk what it's really called) and turn it on. She talks into panicked alerting the doctors, nurses and paramedics! This is an emergency!

" Emergency! We have a Code 64! ",the female troll says panicked.

Very soon a few doctors running to the front desk with a paramedic bed come! Milton gently hands over the unconscious troll to one of the doctors. The doctor puts Smidge onto the bed then both doctors run into the hall taking her away. Milton quietly watches them leave worried. He hopes that whoever he found will be okay.

Hours passes and Milton and Buddy are still at the hospital. It is now night time. Milton sits on a chair patiently and quietly with Buddy at his feet. The adult troll looks at the watch and his eyes widen as he realizes what time it is. He quickly gets out his phone and calls his parents knowing that they will be the most worried. As quickly Milton called his mother answers the call.

" Milton! Where are you? Are you okay?", Michelle says worried on the phone.

Milton let's out a small sad sigh before answering. This is a difficult situation. He never thought he would find an unconscious and badly harmed troll in the forest today! His heart feels a little heavy.

" Sorry Mom. I know it's late but, I can't come home yet. I'm at the hospital...", Milton explains softly and unhappily.

"What? Are you okay? What happened? Joey,Milton's at the hospital!", Michelle says worried louder than she normally talks on the phone.

" No Mom and Dad. I'm fine. I'm not a patient here. I found this unconscious badly wounded troll by the river in the forest and took her here. They are still treating her...",Milton explains softly.

"Oh thank goodness... Wait! Unconscious and badly wounded? What happened to her?", Joey says relieved at first then worried on the phone.

" I don't know, dad... She was just like that when Buddy and me found her...",Milton says sadly and softly.

" Oh,that's horrible... ",Michelle comments on the phone.

" Maybe we should come over to the hospital for support. How long have the doctors been treating the troll you found?",Joey says on the phone.

" Thanks for the thought,dad. It has been four hours now. ",Milton says honestly.

Then Milton gets another call request. He quickly ends the call with his parents after saying their " Good Bye"s . The call is from David. He had forgotten to call him just like his parents because, he was so worried about the unconscious teaspoon troll's state. Milton quickly answers the call.

"Milton,I'm home and Buddy isn't here. What's going on? Your worrying me...", David says worried on the phone.

Milton let's out a sigh before answering his friend. He is still worried about the troll from the forest. She was so badly beaten up that it scared him. What happened to her? Did someone do to her? Who would do such a horrible thing to someone? Milton didn't have any of the answers but, he hopes she will be fine.

Milton starts to explain the situation to David after apologizing on the phone. David listens quietly to Milton shocked just like Milton's parents. Buddy looks up at Milton confused wondering if he is talking to his David.
