-your POV-

I was on my way to Riverdale for a meeting with some people sun would destroy the ring of power. I had personally heard this from my old friend Gandalf and could not refuse to save the world with any friends. I eventually came to Riverdale and transformed into a human being. When I walked in through the gates, many of the guards looked at me. I looked back but didn't care much about them. "Who are you?" a voice said in front of me. I looked up and saw Lord Elrond. I had heard quite a bit about this elf lord but had never seen him before. He was pretty good at putting it that way. But I could see that he was older than me, so I didn't bother him so much.
"My name is y/n. Gandalf asked me to come here." He nodded and told me to follow him. I did it. We arrived at a dome full of different people. Elves, men, and dwarves. I wouldn't say I liked the sight of dwarves since my father had taken the dwarf king's kingdom, so yes. One of the elves got me a little on a different track. He was friendlier than the elves I'd seen here, and he had white hair, presumably from Mirkwood. "There you are," a familiar voice said, and I smiled.
"Hi, Gandalf. I told him I was coming, and I'll stick to my word."
"This is young Frodo. He's the ring bearer.' Gandalf said, and I saw a little Hobbit behind his back. He was timid; I could see it. So I bent down to the hand level and raised my hand.
" Hi, my name is y/n. I'm going to be on this journey." he nodded and took my hand. He was charming when his skin was burning red. I chuckled and ruffled his hair.
"Oh, Gandalf, I'd like to sing to these people if you don't mind?" Gandalf nodded, and I walked up to Lord Elrond.
« um, sir? Can I sing a little before we start this meeting?" I said. Lord Elrond nodded, and I walked up on a small rock.

When you finished singing, people started clapping. You bowed and went back to your chair. Lord Elrond began a meeting.
"Friends from near and far. We are gathered here today to discuss the new threat that has been in hiding from us for many years now. We have to destroy the ring before Sauron can use it again. Bring the ring forth, Frodo." Lord Elrond said as Frodo stood up and walked up to a small marble lawn. He carefully put the ring on top and went back to his seat. Tension filled the people who were around. I rolled my eyes at the power of the ring. I was not too fond of the crew being near me. My father was Smaug, yes, but I didn't have the same gold need as him. I thought Gold was lovely to watch, but no more than that. A young man stood up and tried to walk closer to the ring but stopped when he heard my words.
"Move closer to that ring, and it will be thy death," I said cold. He looked at me but didn't say anything. A dwarf suddenly said
"Shall we put it in the hands of a woman then?"
"It's not up to you to decide, Master Dwarf," I answered, as cold as I'd spoken to that man before. The dwarf lit up with anger. I just ignored him and looked up at the ring.
"She's right, Master Gimli. The ring chooses its carrier. So if it chooses her, it will be." Lord Elrond was going to continue, but I interrupted him.
"I don't want to touch a death trap. He who wears his ring will be blacked out in his mind and cannot be separated from it." I said. My voice was dark and severe. I looked over at Frodo, looking down into his lap. I tried to talk to him in my mind.
"Why don't you try, honey?" I said kindly and smiled at him in his mind.
"Do you think I can do it?" He said, unsure.
"I mean, you got it here, right?" I replied.
"But you said it's a death trap. Can you die from it?" I laughed a little bit at his question.
"Yes, darling, but you have friends by your side, and I can help you and control its powers as long as I can," I said. I was about to say something, but I was cut because someone tapped me on the shoulder. So I turned to that person and saw that it was the elf that I had seen in the garden.
"Yes, sir?" I looked at him inquisitively.
"We will choose who will take the Ring to Mordor. Are you coming?" He asked.
"Depends on what young Frodo chooses. I've promised to help him with the powers of the ring." I said as I smiled at the thought of helping a new friend.
"Okay, be careful then. The ring is what you said about it." He said and returned to his seat.
