The Qualifying Round is fairly simple, and is as follows:

In no more than 500 words, you must write a sci-fi story called "MadMike's Revenge," where this heroic chap rises from some kind of near-death experience and bests his foes once and for all.

When it's done, email it to [email protected] or PM it to MadMikeMarsbergen. The entries will be posted in this book. Feel free to also post them on your own page.

Your entry tale will not be judged.
