With exams finally over, everyone was burnt out and ready to have some fun. In typical Slytherin fashion, a party was fully planned only 5 hours after the official end of exams.
"It'll be perfect. All the professors will be held up in their offices busy grading exams, we've already correlated with the Hufflepuffs to bring snacks, the Gryffindors are unfortunately coming but they're bringing the drinks so we'll give them a pass this time and the Ravenclaws are busy downstairs casting silencing charms in the common room as we speak. Y/n all we need to do is look hot" pansy said searching through her wardrobe that separated her bed and yours. You sighed slightly before burying your head into your pillow, wanting nothing more than to nap for anywhere from 1-24 hours.
"Pans, do I gotta? I'm tiireeed" you whined
"It's cute you think you have a choice hun yes you gotta go. The boys will drag you out of bed themselves if they see you're not there. so you can either get hot and come on your own free will or be forced downstairs in a sweatshirt and pj pants while the boys have body guards posted at every single exit to make sure you cannot leave.plus Mattheo is going. We all know how much you Loovvveee him"Pansy said pulling out a little black dress from her closet.
"Shut it pans I told you that in confidence you are not to breathe a word. But you have a point" you say forcing yourself to get out of bed.
You head to your own wardrobe pulling out your favorite green bodycon dress and heels that match in color. While you are gathering your makeup from your bedside table drawer your door bursts open.
"Y/N Y/L/N GET YOUR ASS UP-oh hi" Enzo screamed walking through the door stopping mid sentence to see you already sat in front of the mirror starting your makeup "did you already threaten her with us coming in and carrying her down?" He asks turning to Pansy.
"Yup" pansy replies not looking up from her closet where she was looking for shoes to match.
"Brilliant I knew she was scared of us" Enzo said with a lot of pride in himself.
"Not scared Enz, avoiding embarrassment. I don't believe you boys will trust me to go on my own and you certainly will not wait for me to finish my hair and makeup as well as get dressed therefore I am getting hot now and will attempt to escape later." You say ending with a slight laugh as you see Enzo's face turn from happy to a pout with your words.
"Alright I will see you both at the party. I need to go downstairs and meet the Gryffindors with the alcohol, because if it was Draco, Theo or Mattheo it'd end in detention, no alcohol and black eyes and bruised lips so if you will excuse me. Oh also Y/N, Mattheo will love that dress good choice" he said slipping out shutting the door behind him. You look at Pansy in disbelief.
"PANS!" You yell at her.
"I did not say I word I promise. But do you know what that mean?" She said raising an eyebrow and her mouth turning into a smirk.
"My feelings for Mattheo are painfully obvious to everyone and now I need to go into hiding to avoid any torment coming my way?" You say with a fake smile.
"I was gonna say Mattheo has been talking about you to the boys and he likes you too but let's call yours plan B" Pansy says laughing. 

Just as you finished your hair you hear the blaring music coming downstairs.
"Come on Y/N hurry up we gotta go Mattheo is waiting for you" Pansy said tauntingly putting on her earrings.
"He is not he probably has someone on his lap downstairs right this minute " you say. Your heels clicked as you grabbed the earrings at the side of the sink and put them on before coming out of the bathroom.
"We look good" you and Pansy said at the same time as you look in the mirror together.

You make your way downstairs and you can hear the music getting louder.
"THERE THEY ARE"
"AYYEEE"
"LOOK WHOS FINALLY HERE"
You both laugh as the boys yell at you over the music.
"You're just in time we're about to play never have I ever come on" Theo summons you both over to a circle of people with shot glasses and a large bottle of vodka in the center of the table. You give Mattheo a small smile as you sit next to him. He moves his arm to rest behind your head on the back of the couch.
"Alright I'll start" Enzo says as you and Pansy take a seat on the couch. " never have I ever gotten detention more than once in a week"
you look around and see Mattheo, Theo, Tom, George and Fred take a shot. You laugh slightly nodding before you say "ok my turn. Never have I ever told a first year a fake rule or given them fake directions to a class" to which George and Fred take another shot.
"My turn" Pansy says sitting up slightly. "Never have I ever liked someone in the friend group" she says with a slight smirk. You give her a death glare, not breaking eye contact while you take the full shot glass and bring it to your lips. You take a quick glance around the group. Your eyes stall on Mattheo with his shot glass at his lips. You quickly look away and shoot the vodka down your throat, quickly grabbing your soda for a chaser. You shyly look over at Mattheo once more to see him setting his glass down slowly.
"Well well well what do we have here. I believe you both have some explaining to do" Enzo smirks while him and Pansy share a look.
"I think I'm gonna go dance" you say grabbing the full shot glass in front of Pansy and taking it before getting up and heading to the dance floor.

*Mattheos POV*
I was watching Y/N get up from the corner of my eye. I guess the boys could see my disappointment.
"Mate you've got to talk to her" Theo said as he remained laid back in the armchair across from me.
"Tell her what might I ask" Pansy asked staring me down. Before I could say anything Enzo butts in.
"That he's in love with her" he said grabbing a chip from the bowl on the table.
"You're dead Berkshire" I muttered
"You're stalling riddle" Enzo strikes back.
" yeah cause she seemed real interested in me when she walked away" I said rolling my eyes getting up and making my way to the bar where a Ravenclaw boy has volunteered to make drinks.

*External POV*
As Mattheo leaves the group looks at each other.
"I've never seen two people so dumb before" Draco pipes up taking a sip of his Jack and coke.
"How on earth did they basically confess their feelings for each other and get mad about it?" Blaise said laughing soon joined by the rest of the group. George and Fred has left when the game stopped and were now dancing with two Ravenclaw girls so it is up to the Slytherin group to devise a plan.
"I think it is time we intervened Don't you agree boys? At this point it's getting sad" Pansy said.
"What do you have in mind pans?" Draco asked.
"I recall a certain hug between y/n and one of you that ended in a black eye due to Mattheo being slightly a little bit way too overprotective and jealous" Pansy said looking at Theo.
"Her grandmother died she was sad I did nothing wrong" Theo automatically started to defend himself.
"None the less I believe it's time to take it up a notch, say one of you having a little dance with y/n" Pansy said glancing over at you dancing with a couple of girls from Hufflepuff.
"NOSE GOES!" Enzo yells quickly bringing his finger to his nose. Theo and Blaise followed soon after.
"Enzo seriously? You wimp" Pansy laughs.
"Tryna avoid a punch here pans" Enzo says completely serious.
"You all are complete pussies. I'll do it" Draco pipes up. Downing the rest of his drink and stands up. "If this does not work and they are not together by the end of this there will be hell to pay also Pansy you're doing my homework for a week" he says
"Yes fine whatever I cannot hear her talking about how beautiful his eyes are or how he laughed at her jokes any longer. Go" Pansy says taking a drink of her own.
Draco makes his way over to you. He glanced over at Mattheo and sees him watching you like a hawk. Draco takes a deep breath before making his way over to you, grabbing your hand and spinning you around to face him. You give him a relieved smile. You start dancing with him, Draco making sure to keep his distance because a jealous Mattheo will land him in the hospital wing. Draco glanced over at Mattheo once more to see a disgusted look on his face before he placed his drink down and stalk over to the two of you. Before you knew it your dance was cut short as Mattheo punched Draco causing him to fall on the floor. You scream in surprise as Mattheo bends down, landing a few more punches on Draco's face.
"MATTHEO! MATTHEO STOP!!" You scream as you grab his arm making him stand up. He wipes his nose before looking at you.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU RIDDLE?!" You scream at him. He stares at you for a second with his tongue pressed to the inside of his mouth before storming off up the stairs to the boys dormitories.
"Draco my lord are you alright?" You ask bending down to help him up. To your surprised  Draco had a slight smirk on his face. He planted his palm firmly on the ground as he helped himself up.
"Go y/n I refuse to have gotten hit for nothing" Draco says wiping his sleeve across his lip.
You looked at the dorm stairs and back at Draco with a confused look.
"Off you go" Draco said smiling, shooing you away. You let out a small laugh heading for the stairs.

you didn't even bother knocking on Mattheo's door, opening it with no hesitation.
"What the hell is your problem riddle?!" You ask him angrily, making your way over to where he stood at the window. You hear a slight scoff come from him. He swings around to look at you.
"I have no problem, no problem at all so why don't you just go back to your boyfriend and leave me the hell alone" Mattheo growled.
"Boyfriend? What boyfriend?" You asked taken aback and very confused.
"Malfoy, you too looked very cozy down there" Mattheo hissed at you.
" you mean the same malfoy who is dating Astoria? Mattheo what was that about. Seriously, what's wrong?" You ask softly walking towards him. He turns his head to avoid your eyes but you weren't having it.
"Mattheo riddle tell me right this instant why you are so upset" you say again placing your hands on his face and turning it so he is looking you in the eyes.
"I can't do this. Y/n I can't stand seeing you with any of them or anyone else for that matter. I know you fancy one of them and I can't watch it when I am so madly in love with you. I want to be the one you love not one of those gits" he says not breaking eye contact with you. He was so sweet and gentle with his words.
"Oh you complete dimwit" you let out a small laugh. He shifted his eyes sadly but your hands held his head firmly in place.
"I have been in love with you since I met you mattheo. Just ask Pansy she's been dying for me to grow a pair and ask you out for the longest. Hell even Enzo knew, he commented on my choice of dress telling me that you'd love it. I thought you knew when he said that." You said with the biggest smile on your face.
"No I did not know that... I'm an idiot" he said laughing slightly.
"Yes you are" you said. You had a smile plastered on your face and it didn't take long for him to smash his lips onto yours. The kiss was long, passionate yet loving. It was perfect.
"WOOOOOOO"
"THANK GOD"
"ABOUT DAMN TIME YOU BLOODY IDIOTS"
You hear cheers from behind you. You both break away with smiles from ear to ear. You bury your head into mattheos chest in embarrassment as your friends entered the room. His arms automatically wrap around you.
"Thank god but you'll pay for this riddle" Draco said laughing pointing to his face.
"Sorry about that malfoy" Mattheo apologized though it was hard to feel guilt when he was over the moon happy.
"We'll meet you downstairs lovebirds but I don't wanna see a hair out of place that's just gross" Enzo said laughing, leading your friends out of the room.
"Can we stay like this for a while" you asked Mattheo, still engulfed in his arms.looking up at him
"Of course baby there's no place I'd rather be" he smiled and kissed your forehead.
