The Risk

//Your POV//

A large bang emerged from the metal door, causing us to swivel our heads to the door.

Another one rang out..

And another...

Until the door went flying from the hinges, having the man with purple hair have to duck out of the way.

In the door way, stood Black Hat, Flug, Demencia, and 505.

"Release her, now." Black Hat growled, his visible eye black with his pupil red.

"Guys!" I smiled, hope gleaming in my eyes.

"Uh, Uh, uhhhhh! We still have to talk, Black Hat!" The Dude in scrubs, who I decided to call Dr.Purple until found out his name, wagged his finger.

Black Hat started walking towards us, specifically Dr. Purple, until-

"GAHHH!!" Black Hat belted out a scream.

His body shook like he was having a seizure.

Sparks of electricity courses across his body until he dropped to his knees.

"BLACK HAT!" I called out to him, then turned my head to Dr. Purple, "What the fuck did you do to him?!"

"Invisible forcefield, electric to the touch," The man smiled wildly.

"Damn..you..." Black Hat caught his breath, "Let her go..she has nothing to do with any of this.."

"Awww, he cares about you!" Dr. Purple turned to me, the grimaced, "How sweet.."

"Fucking psycho," I hissed at him.

The man held up the syringe to my throat, "If you want her back alive, Black Hat, you better start bargaining."

"What's even in that?" Tyler asked.

"I'm glad you asked, doctor! This needle contains highly toxic and fatal chemicals, it's green from food dye, I just wanted to make it look more menacing..."

I rolled my eyes at his stupid remark, though still frightened at the mention of chemicals.

"Anyways! If I inject this into her, she'll be dead in mere seconds."

"You can't!" Demencia yelled.

"Oh, but I can," Dr. Purple, smiled, holding the syringe up to me.

Black Hat screamed again, getting surged without even touching the barrier.

"What the hell?! He didnt even touch the barrier!" I screamed at the man.

"He must've tried to teleport. I'm not stupid, I knew he would try that."

"Y/n...I'll get you out of there..I promise.."

"Black Hat.." I mumbled.

"What do you want, bastard?"

"I want you to simply surrender."

"...what? " Black Hat raised an eyebrow.

"Give me the business and your title as true best villain there is and ever was."

Then, I was a flicker in Black Hat's eye.

"And what if I say no?"

I wave of fear struck my soul.

Was Dr. Purple...right?

"Well, that should be obvious," He held the syringe to my throat, "Your precious, little, Y/n gets it!"

"Do it, I dare you."

"S-Sir!" Tyler yelped.

"Boss, please!" Demencia did the same.

I froze, all feelings of fear being split into betrayal.

Dr. Purple turned to me, "I'm sorry it has to be this way, Y/n..But really, I told you so."

I began to cry, "No..no, no, please.."

"He

Dr. Purple held the syringe up to my throat.

Could never

I heard Black Hat do a loud grunt.

Love

Tears spilled down my cheeks as I clenched my eyes shut, preparing for the worst.

You."

And just before he began to inject it, Black Hat (somehow on the other side of the barrier) slammed him against the wall with his magic, knocking out Dr. Purple.

"..Black Hat??"

He began to untie me from the chair, "I'm sorry I scared you. I figured he would monologue so I thought it would buy me some time to get to you."

"You...didn't l-leave me.." I began to cry more.

"Of course I wouldn't. It may have been risky but I would never let that happen to you."

I noticed Black Hat had burns on his body and little speaks on his arms, "You..walked through the barrier...just to save me.."

"I would do it again, and again."

"..Black Hat..I love you so much," I cried as he finished untying me, letting me basically jump in his arms.

He wrapped his arms around me, giving me little "shh.."'s while I gripped the back of his overcoat.

"I'm sorry Y/n..I'm so sorry."

I found myself slowing falling asleep in Black Hat's arms.

The last thing I heard was Black Hats related apologies and a last.

"I love you, dear."
