She wakes up. Her head is pounding.

She is in a random boy's bed.

She doesn't know him. She met him at the party last night.

She ignores the pain in her head and admires him.

He is very handsome. And was really sweet last night.

She'll wait for him to wake up. Maybe they will go to breakfast, and he'll ask for her number.

Maybe they will start seeing each other. Maybe he'll make her feel like a princess.

Now she can't wait for him to wake up. Oh, she hopes it is soon.

She patiently waits beside him, making sure her upper body is on full display.

She wants him to remember last night. Maybe it will help his reaction when he sees her.

Finally, he wakes up. He narrows his eyes in confusion.

Her heart quickly drops at his words.

"What are you still doing here? Shouldn't you know not to stay for the morning?"

She tries to protest. What about all the things he said last night?

"Oh, you thought I meant those? Your kind should be immune to that. You should know it's only a tatic to get girls into bed."

She tries again. Couldn't he at least buy her breakfast?

"You should know not to stick around. You're never going to get a long term guy. You're just too easy."

She stands up. She doesn't care that her body is on full display. He's already seen it all.

She blinks the tears out of her eyes.
She ignores him, as he rolls back over to sleep.

She throws on her clothes in shame. Of course she'd be treated this way.

She hurries out of the house,and into her car.

She breaks down into tears. All she'll ever be is an object. An easy lay.

Why can't she be you?
