"Don't go daddy." Olive screamed as her father got into his car. "I will be back Olive Oil." Olive crossed her arms.

"You always say that." "I know, but I have to go sweet heart." He started up the car and drove off. She was only 7, and didn't know that her father was cheating, but they tried to be together for Olive.

Olive began to cry as the dust of the sand road fluttered. She stormed off inside, her mother drunk, sprawled out on the couch. "Lets play hide and seek mom!" Olive said as she pounced on her mother.

Her mother turned over. Olive ran up to her room, and began to scream. "Why does mommy sleep all the time and daddy leave me?" She said to the bug on the floor.

The house was undescribably disgusting, and bugs scattered everywhere. She had no toys, therefore she would talk to the bugs.

Sometimes a nicely dressed woman would come and ask her a lot of questions that were hard to answer.

She would never understand why, but she always got a chocolate chip cookie after.

One day, the lady and more people came and took Olive. After that she had many mommies and daddies until she had her mommy back again when she was 12.

The drinking never ceased, and she realized why. Her father. That was the last day she ever saw her father when she was pleading for him to stay. But that wasn't the only reason why.
