Another mission. You and the other Nobles were working hard as usual to try and protect settlements from covenant. Emile assassinated Elites from the back while you ran into battle chucking grenades. Carter shook his head watching you two as he took out some Jackal Snipers. 

"Love Birds...." He murmured. Kat laughed.

"Vhat? Are you Jealous you didn't get to tell (Y/N) your feelings?" Kat teased causing Carter to scoff.

"Yeah whatever...." Carter murmured.

"COVENANT DROP SHIPS!" Jorge yelled as Jun got his Sniper ready to kill off the remaining troops. You ducked behind a tree as Emile ducked behind a wall. Carter prepared other defenses and Kat chose her weapons carefully and Jorge prepared for the Drop ship to empty it's troops, holding his Machine gun.

You breathed in and out...Praying the fight would go well. Two drop ships came drifting through the sky and hovered near the ground, Their turrets releasing torrents of liquid metal known an plasma at the ground, causing it to sizzle. You grimaced, you had gotten a plasma burn before and the smell and pain was unforgettable.

The drop ships finally emptied their troops and Jackel, Grunt and Elite units hopped onto the dying grass. Jun took a shot at an Elite Ranger, Bulls-eye, It fell to the ground with a distressed roar causing Grunts to panic. Jorge peppered the troops in an all out spray of bullets while Kat shotgunned some Jackals. Carter looked over at you and made a signal over to a Bubble shield and then over to the field.

You nodded, knowing what he wanted to do and dashed, Emile prayed you would be alright. You went by Jorge and Kat and deployed a Bubble shield around them. They thanked you and you made a signal for Carter and Emile to move up. You guys had this battle under control.

At least the other did. One minute everything is fine until you get hit by some plasma grenades and slam against the ground. You grunted, Energy shield down and vulnerable. Emile saw and panicked a bit. He made a signal to Carter and ran to help you. Elites surrounded you, trying to figure out either to kill you or take you into custody. Emile silenced their thinking by assassinating one, Kicking the other away, And shooting another with a shotgun.

Emile picked you up and ran you to cover, searching frantically for a Med-Kit. The other Nobles were fighting strong and Emile prayed that the battle would be over soon. It's amazing how one little mistake can danger someone so greatly. Emile looked for punctures in your armor, then sprayed bio foam in them. He hid you then went to complete the battle.

After the battle was over, Help had to be called and a pelican had to pick you up to fix your armor and wounds. Sadly, Emile knew he couldn't come. He had to fight with the rest of Noble team and go help get the special cargo to Keyes. He sighed and tried to get himself to smile under his mask. You were his brave little angel. And he hoped he would meet you again sometime soon.
