Sasuke Pov

"S-Sasuke..?" I heard a timid weak voice. I looked over to Naruto. He looked so pale... And weak...

"Y-yes..?"

"Call Konohamaru and Shikamaru..." His voice sounded so different than what it used to be... I picked up my phone and dialed Shikamaru's number.

Hello?

"Shikamaru... You and Konohamaru... Hospital... Please..." I gave out small hiccups as i talked.

But im busy right no-

Its Naruto... Hes-

I'll be there in a minute...

Beep

"Thank you, Sasuke." He coughed. I nodded. I sat down onto the bed and held him as close as i could to my body.

~Timeskip Five Minutes~

Shikamaru and Konohamaru burst through the door.

"What happened!" Konohamaru shouted rather loudly. His face dropped as he saw me and Naruto.

"Konohamaru, c-come here..." Narutos voice quivered. Konohamaru bit his lip and walked over.

"I have request... I want you t-to grow uo to be a fine man... Take care of the people you love, keep a stable life for me, ok..? I love you Konohamaru, like as if you were really my brother..."

"N-nii-San... I love you, too..." Konohamaru gave him a tight hug. I heard the heart beat moniter start getting slower...

"K-Konohamaru, back away now..." Shikamaru sobbed. He wouldnt budge... Shikamaru picked him up and held on to him.

"No! Naruto please dont die!" Konohamaru yelled. He was sobbing loudly. Narutos heart moniter was getter slower by the second...

"I love you so so much Sasuke, im so sorry i have to leave so soon..." Naruto said.

"N-no need to apologize, i love you very very much..." I was choking on my own tears. I put my thumb on his cheek.

"S-smile... For me..." Naruto whispered. I gave out a weak smile, i leaned down and laid my lips onto his amd kissed him, for the very last time...

"I love you..." Naruto whispered onto my lips...

Beeeeeeeeeeeee-

His body went limp in my arms.

"No, please Naruto, w-wake up... Please please please...." I cried. My eyes felt like they were a waterfalls. I heard Shikamaru's and Konohamaru's sobbing. I hugged Narutos lifeless body and cried into his lifeless chest.

He was dead... Gone forever, away from me...
