So in this AU Ron used to be a shy little blueberry who worked for Tinky but then Dipsy got caught by Tinky and became his contractor and Ron kinda fell for the lettuce and decided to help him out on his missions so he would survive. That was illegal however his boss had a rule "no helping contractors" so when Dipsy failed the Vanessa manor mission and Tinky found out that Ron had helped Dipsy escape from Vanessa killing him Ron paid the price with his limbs.

Dipsy was that contractor who had his head popped off. But Dipsy knowing Ron and having a crush on ron helped the blueberry sew back on his limbs and the blueberry sewed on his head. After that the blueberry was never shy and innocent ever again more like a warrior for a while but he was kinda depressed. Thankfully the lettuce (his BF now) helped him out of his depression and got rid of insecurities and they were a happy couple. How ever due to Tinky being an ass they never get to have any lovey moments together and are stuck working. He never allows them to be lovey on missions either sooo. 

Tinky also made it so ron had to cover his eyes, the only reason Dipsy doesn't is because he has to wear it around his neck. Ron is still slightly insecure about the color of his eyes.
