Everything was going well for the couple as they were waiting for the baby to be born, zalgo made occasional visits along with their brothers but one day while slender and trender were cuddling and watching tv Trender felt the baby kicking but more painfully and his felt some wild discomfort, he groaned slightly and put a hand on his stomach, slender noticed this and asked "are you alright trender? Trender nodded and replied "y-yeah just the baby kicking is all" but another rush of pain shot through trender and he groaned loudly and he rose gold himself up from the couch slightly, "i-i think the babies are c-coming slendy!" Trender yelled and Slender instantly freaked out but tried to remain calm for trenders sake, they couldn't go to a hospital because of multiple reasons but just in time zalgo came! Slender sighed in relief while trender was groaning in pain, zalgo looked at Trender and his eyes widened "t-the baby!" Trender managed to get out while still in pain zalgo understood and nodded and picked up trender an carried him upstairs to the spare bedroom and Slender followed behind, zalgo set trender on the bed and took off trenders sweater and shirt and lowered his pants slightly and Slender came in behind zalgo "Slender I need you to bring me some towels and warm water!" Slender nodded and quickly teleported downstairs and grabbed the items and came back "How are we gonna do this?!" Slender asked and zalgo looked at Trender and then to Slender and said "I'll have to do a C-section" Slender most definitely freaked out "But what if he bleeds out?!" Slender asked before zalgo could respond trender shouted "Could you both just do something! Ugh this hurts!!" (Well it gonna feel nice either -3-) zalgo nodded and used some magic so that trender could be numb to the pain for a while and he went to work while slender watched nervously, zalgo slowly made a cut through the multiple layers of skin and muscles with his sharp nails which were very clean, until he reached where the baby was and he took both of his hands and reached in and for some reason he felt 2 heads instead of one, his eyes widened and trender saw and started getting worried and so did Slender "What's wrong?!" Slender asked and zalgo turned and said "it's twins!" Slenders eyes widened as well and zalgo pulled out both, one boy, one girl....

Time skip because I'm lazy

Zalgo washed and wrapped them in the towels and handed then to trender and quickly healed him and trenders skin restored to normal blood and everything gone, Slender made his way over and stood next to Trender, zalgo quickly washed his hands and walked up to the 2 and asked "what will you name them?" Trender smiled and said "well for the girl roxia and for the boy he'll be Ray" Slender smiled at the choices for names and zalgo put the children in 2 cribs he summoned instantly and cleaned up the room and they left trender to rest
