I woke up in the morning. I turned onto my side glancing at my phone, being blinded by the brightness of the screen. It was still somewhat dark. What time is it? Once my eyes adjusted to the brightness, I saw it was only 6:36am. I yawned and went to sit up stopping with a small whimper feeling my back was sore from sleeping on the cheap blow up mattress I bought last night. I groaned and forced myself up hearing a crack and sat still for a bit, wide-eyed. As soon as I found out I didn't harm my back I stood up and decided to take a walk like I promised myself last night. I put on the proper clothes and headed out of my apartment. I walked along the sidewalk until I came across the woods. I didn't notice my slowed pace until I came to a complete stop. Staring into the darkness of the woods, I felt that same longing desire to wander in aimlessly.

I found myself walking to the tree line and examined around the base of a tree. The bark mildly interested me, but I just couldn't shake the feeling that there was something... else... further in. I noticed a somewhat narrow path to my left and decided to take it. Upon further investigation, the path seemed to go very deep into the forest. So deep, in fact, I couldn't see the end of it. It was so incredibly weird. As if I wasn't in control of my own body. All of my instincts wanted me to venture in further. My mind told me to turn back and never come here again, but alas my feet carried me into the dense forest. I collected myself and decided to spend the day exploring what I could of the forest. I looked around seeing the morning was lightening up some more I smiled and sighed contently wondering what I was so afraid of then my thoughts were interrupted by the faint sound a fallen tree branch snapping causing me to look around frantically. I whimpered to myself singing a song to calm myself. I needed to get over this unnecessary fear. It just the woods.

Slender Man

My latest victim has sealed his doom. He somehow managed to wonder too far away from the safety of society. I decided to slowly approach him, and toy with him for a bit. He ran into an abandoned restroom building. I slowly approached him from behind, as he ran into one of the stalls. I knew which stall he was hiding in, but to toy with him, I slammed each door open, one at a time, leaving his stall last. When it was just his stall, I made one of my tentacles slowly rise up and over the door, then another, then another, stifling a chuckle. One grabbed his arm, another grabbed his other arm, and the third wrapped around his neck. They slowly rose up and brought him back over the door. I brought him to my face-level, and slowly opened my mouth wide, revealing to him my torn, yet bare, face, making a mouth so that my long tendril of a tongue could show. My tongue started towards his neck, and slowly continued to go around his entire face, leaving him covered in my saliva. A fourth tentacle sprang out and wrapped itself around his torso, bringing him even closer to me. That was when I decided that I have had enough recess. Just as he started to scream, I silenced him with another tentacle wrapping tightly around his mouth. He was able to let out a very loud and short scream before I could do so. I held him high in the air and had the tentacle wrapped around the torso go back into my body violently fast. What was left of the man was his limp upper body suspended in the air, and the rest of him sprawling on the stone-cold tile floor.

Y/N

I had been walking through the increasingly dark forest for nearly an hour, or maybe it was two. Time was a hard thing to keep track of in here. It was just getting lighter but now these trees are blocking out the sun...I had been contemplating just exactly where I was when I stumbled across a clearing, and in it, what appeared to be an abandoned restroom building. I looked up at the sky, and it appeared that I was WAY off. The stars in the night sky above me shone and twinkled brilliantly. What the hell?? Am I seeing things? It was just morning! That was when I heard it: a blood-curling scream so wretched and pain-filled, I could've sworn it caused me to feel that pain they were feeling. My brain tried telling my feet to run away and to run away fast but it was like I was a puppet I couldn't control myself. My curiosity got the better of me as I decided to investigate the cause of the scream.

I walked closer and closer to this building in front of me and I felt the presence of what had caused that scream earlier. I tried to swallow the nervous lump in my throat as I mustered up my courage and stepped inside.

"H-hello? A-are you okay?" I called out to the owner of the scream.

I hear my footsteps echo softly as I journeyed in further. As I searched deeper in this abandoned building, the air soon smelt metallic. Very metallic. This isn't normal. It was dark. I pulled out my phone seeing something was wrong with the screen. It glitched and twitched. I spend sometime trying to get my phone to work but when I got my flashlight app working and looked around more. Hearing I stepped in something liquid. I shined my flashlight to the ground seeing I did step in a liquid. It wasn't water like I was expecting... like I was hoping. Instead, it was a fairly large puddle of blood coming from another part of the bathroom. I gasped covering my mouth attempting to silence it. I stood there in shock. Knowing someone or something else was in the bathroom with me. That's when my body started acting logical and darted out of the bathroom; not wasting any time.

Slender Man

I heard a female voice call out into the bathroom.

"H-hello? A-are you okay?" I grinned widely. Aw...She was scared. My next victim...? Well she did see my crime scene. When I went to appear in front of her, I heard her quick departing footsteps and smirked. I love a good chase. Teleporting, and dropped the limp lifeless body of my last kill. I stalked this woman, surprised by how fast this human was, but I could tell she was getting tired. She had stopped running about half way out of the woods. She was panting and crying wondering what did she just see. Right when I was about to strike I saw her start to walk, running her fingertips along the tree bark. It seemed to calm her a bit, as it did for me. She started telling herself it was just a forest killing. "Maybe a wolf or something got to a deer." She said wiping her tears and taking a big breath. I teleported closer to see her face but kept my distance. She was rather attractive. H/C hair. E/C eyes. That beautiful S/C skin. I soon felt my face heat up. W-was I... blushing? Hah--no... I couldn't be.

Shit! Slender, do not do this again...Wouldn't want it ending like last time.

I found this human rather intriguing. I looked closely at her hair, that seemed to fit her face so well. Her [E/C] orbs stare down at the ground still having fright in them. I must've scared her too much. I seemed to gasp softly as I paid attention to the hoodie she was wearing. My symbol was stitched into the hoodie pocket. "Who is this woman?" I asked myself quietly.

Y/N

"Maybe a wolf or something got to a deer." I told myself wiping away the tears and took a calming big breath. I stared at the ground not sure how to feel about what I saw. Maybe all of this was just a dream. A really... twisted... dream. I ran my fingers along the bark of the trees I walked passed. It would calm me sometimes. I always had a soft spot for nature and it's peacefulness. I walked along the narrow path I had taken once before, and found myself near the treeline, seeing the apartment building and felt a smile creep upon my lips. It soon went away as I felt I was being watched... studied... observed, and quickened my pace until I was out of the woods. I went to my building and went inside the elevator to my floor, and sighed deeply, feeling relieved.

Bing!

I heard the elevator knowing I had got to my floor and stepped out and reached into my pocket pulling out the key to my apartment. Walking down the hallway I found my apartment door and opened it. I shut the door, pulling off my Proxy hoodie I made a few years back and looked out of my window, looking into the woods. I felt something was staring back at me, getting frightened I quickly shut my blinds, having the urge to go back. That same unknown desire.

I looked where I threw my hoodie and stared at it. Maybe I found where Slender Man kills his victims? I quickly shook my head and sighed. That's ridiculous. It was probably just a slaughtered deer. The woods are actually quite tranquil. I need to get over this.

"Maybe...one more walk...Just to get over it, of course" I told myself, sighing and walked into my bathroom getting undressed to shower.

Slender Man

I watched this woman all the way until she walked into the apartments and sighed to myself wondering what was my fascination with this being. I then saw her look out into the woods from her window... at me. I stared back knowing she wouldn't see me due to the heavily wooded area. She then shut her blinds rather quickly. I have a feeling I'll be seeing you tomorrow morning. See you then.
