The next couple of weeks went by as if nothing happened. Your mothing cooked and cleaned, while your father worked and you staired out at the  woods in a daze thinking about that night.
"(Y/N)?" your mother called your name and you turned from the window and looked at her.
"hmm?" you replyes not reslly intrested in whatever she had to say.
"are you ok? you seem to be in a daze for the past couple weeks." your mom set down a plate of some apple slices infrount of you with some peanut butter on the side.
"ya im fine, just thinking" you take an apple slice and dip it in the peanut butter then begin to eat it.
"anything i should know about?" your mom pulled up a chair and sat next to you.
"no" you kept eating the apples.
"(Y/N) i know you snuck out into the woods at night. What happened?"
"i got lost for a little" you ate the apples spitting out the seeds on the side of the plate.

"is that all" your mom leaned back im her chair.
"yes, nothing else happened, i got lost for a little" you finshed up the apple slices.
"alright" your mom stood and took the plate walking away, and you went back into a daze stairing blankly out the window.

Things remaned like this for the next couple of days. Your mom constiantly checking in, making sure you were ok. While you just staired blankly out at the woods.

One night, you had trouble sleeping, you werent tired so you ended up tossing and turrning in bed for a few hours befor you gave and went back to the wondow. You say the thin, faceless creature you saw the night.
You ran down stairs grabbing a flashlight out of your room while attempting to put on a hoodie. You got by the door, and slide on your shoes, then ran out the door.
You turned the flashlight on but it disnt help much, there was thick fog tonight, and you were running, the light was shining everywhere but the ground.

When you got to the edge of the forest, you stoped running and stood there stairing at the woods panting heavily out of breath. you took a gulp and foucesed the flashlight infrount of you and began walking into the woods.
The woods was silent, all except for the sound of your footsteps. You kept walking for a few miles befor you sat down on a fallen tree, feeling silly, and defeated.
"why have you come back.." a voice echod though out the woods.
You jumped up looking in all directions for where the voice was coming from but you found nothing.
"i wanted to see you.." you spoke assuming it was the same creature.
"nobody is welcome in my forest...now leave" chills ran down your spine as you heard the words.
"why did you take me home?"
"i did no such thing"
"you showed me the way out of here"
"but i did not take you home."
you looked around turning in circles, "where are you...?"
"hideing, humans are not exactly kind to my race.."
"then way show me the way out.?" 
silence echied though the woods once more, befor you heard tree branches snapping, and large footsteps. You felt a tapping on your shoulder, so you turned around and faced the tall, thin, and faceless creature from that very night.
