Her name's Nanami Ki or just "Ki" 

She's a Japanese ghost who stands at the other end of the crosswalk from you. She's the sort of "if u see her it's already too late" kinda ghost. Once you take notice of her you can't really take your attention off her. She'll begin humming the "Toryanse" cross walk chyme, and it's like you're in a sudden trance. It's 100% safe for your to cross the road. You begin to walk but it feels like there's weights strapped to your feet, but your blank mind is determined to cross the road.

Her background is ofc grim (still a WIP) 

She's was a 14 year old Japanese girl walks home from school late every night
