RG6: The Offender Man
Well, Splendo went ahead and paraded me around the mansion to meet the other people that lived here. Wasn't thrilled about that at all, but I managed to survive it anyways. Most of my greetings were short and brief, and I wasn't really trying to sound hyped to see them all either.
The most awkward poker face had to have been present on me the whole time SplendorMan was showing me off. The Creepypastas that lived here were SplendorMan and his siblings, Jeff The Killer, Smile Dog, a car named Grinny, a girl named Sally Williams, a clown named Laughing Jack, an eyeless cannibal named Eyeless Jack, Jeff's hugest rival Jane The Killer, this group of killers who are called "Proxies", some trickster named Kagekao, a blue haired poltergeist named Former, an artist named Bloody Painter, an angelic girl Judge Angels, a depressed guy named Puppeteer, and a strange girl named Nina The Killer.
Even though I had just met them, Splendor was already going all out, trying to get me to make new friends.
"I think you and my friend BEN would get along just wonderfully⁎⁺˳✧༚!" Splendor exclaimed, pushing me towards the evil looking Link from LOZ-lookalike boy, BEN Drowned, who was one of the creeps I had met earlier. "I'm not your friend, Splendoofus," BEN growled, trying to get away from SpendorMan's grasp, "and I already told you I'm busy doing something!"
"Playing video games? That's all you do all day long, just like my (Y/N) here did back at her old home," Splendor shrugged, "maybe... you could show her some of your games⁎⁺˳✧༚!"
"Splendor, knock it off—I mean, maybe later we could play..." I interrupt, gently yanking my arm away from Splendor. I was starting to get anxious and aggravated from being forced to socialize with so many new faces. "Er besides, I'm not used to this place yet. I'd rather hang out with you instead."
"...Very well then," SplendorMan sighed, and he finally let go of BEN. BEN's vibrant red pupils glared at me for a long moment before he displayed a small smirk on his face and allowed himself to float up from off the ground. "Find me later, (Y/N). I'll test you out and see if you're friend material or not. If you're not, I suppose it's not that hard to dispose of a simple little human~."
He then turned and glided off down the hall, letting out a mocking, echoey laugh that sent chills down my spine.
Well. At least he wasn't the first Creepypasta to subtly imply possibly killing me.
Splendor seemed to be processing what BEN had said before giving a nervous chuckle, "Oh don't mind him (Y/N)-y, he's just being silly! Let us just find something else to do. Come along n—"
"Tea party."
I slightly flinched when I heard a rather quiet yet demanding exclamation come from behind us, and we both turn to see the little ghost girl Sally running up to us. "That's what we can do, Uncle Splender. It'll be me, you, and that guy." She pointed at me.
"Why....that is a great idea, Sally dear⁎⁺˳✧༚! What do you say (Y/N), a tea party?"
A tea party....? A gotdamn tea party.
"Yeah fine, sure. Why not"
I instantly thought it would be dumb for me, an eighteen year old to take part in a tea party but then I realized fuck the expectations of society and I may as well get down and try to enjoy myself. Plus, Sally didn't fucking intimidate me like half the other mansion's inhabitants...
"Oh, also, don't underestimate me, either" Sally abruptly stated, casually glancing aside at the little teddy bear in her grasp and brushing its head with her hand, "I can easily remove you if I don't like you. You don't seem like an idiot, Uncle Splender's friend, so that's why I mentioned you joining."
She then looked up at my semi-stunned face and then to Splendor, "I'll go get the supplies. You go make the tea, Uncle. Thank ya!"
I watched as she turned and gracefully waltzed down the hall to go gather the supplies for her little event. I was more stunned by the audacity of this kid. Then again, she wasn't a normal kid—she was a Creepypasta. What was I supposed to expect, honestly.
Splendor looked at me with a wide grin, "Isn't... she... such a cutie-patootie⁎⁺˳✧༚!? Let's go and take care of the tea, shall we?"
"Splendor, I love ya and all, but don't call anyone that word in front of me again."
SplendorMan shrugged and grabbed my hand, skipping ahead as he lead me down the great stairs of the mansion and towards the big downstairs kitchen area.
We enter in together and Splendor immediately grabs a kettle and some tea supplies, already busying himself with putting everything together. I shuffle off to some random corner and watch him, trying to ignore the blue masked cannibal at the side that was devouring something that looked very worryingly like some kind of human internal organ while watching me.
"Tell you what, (Y/N)! Feel free to look around some more while I take care of the tea. I'll call you back when it's ready!" Splendor sang, throwing the kettle onto the stove. "Uh okay. Try not to be too long..." I mutter, slowly starting to head for the exit of the kitchen. I only agreed to leaving because the cannibal, Eyeless Jack was starting to creep me out slightly.
Just as I passed him on my way out, he flashed his hands out at me like he was trying to frighten me and barred his sharp teeth at me, "Scared, human~?"
My accidental instant impulse was to gut-punch him in the stomach, causing him to drop the gross thing he was eating and lurch over in pain. "ACKJ—"
I kinda just watched him stand there grabbing his stomach in pain for a few moments before hurrying out of the kitchen. I would've said sorry but I don't know what kind of...creature...he is, so I was more worried about my safety and the consequences of my actions at the moment.
I wander into the living room only because I see Smiley Dog hanging around in there chasing his own tail. "Looks like fun, Smile-o," I exclaim, passing by and ruffling his fur. He barked happily at my touch and continued to chase his tail.
I mindlessly waltz in and throw myself back on the couch, heaving a heavy sigh and training my tired eyes on the TV. I was about to get ready to sit back and process everything that I had happened to me in this one single day when I notice that someone else had been sitting on the same couch the whole time, and I was just too numb to even notice.
I turn and glare at the Creepypasta. Well, whaddya know. It's another faceless fiend like SlenderMan, except this slender has got a mouth. He wore a fancy black fedora on his head and a long black trench coat. Unlike Splendo and Slender, his tendril thingies were white.
So far, I felt more chill with Splendor-kind than other humanoid looking Creepypastas, so I decided to act laid-back with this one.
I smirk and turn, folding my arms behind my back while kicking up my legs on this new slender's lap, causing them to turn to me in utter confusion. "Don'tcha just hate life and everything in it~?"
The slender—it didn't have eyes or anything—but I could tell it was glaring at me for a long moment, probably thinking who the hell I was throwing my legs up on them like they were some foot-rest. However, to my surprise, they only scoffed, turned away, and responded casually, "I suppose every now and then, yes."
I tilt my head at how calm they were being and continue, "Yeah, really hate those moments when your whole house burns down and kills your whole entire family with it, heh."
"Truly the most miserable of times."
I wasn't sure if this slender was mocking me or was actually just straight up bored, because that's how it sounded. I sit up and examine his face before poking at his fedora thing, "So slender thing, are you another Splendor-brother or what? What's your name, BlenderMan? Hahah."
He pushed my hand away from his hat and stood up from the couch, dusting himself off, "...Very funny, you little pest. If it really concerns you, I'm called The OffenderMan."
'Oh no. A slender that gets easily offended by things, fun. Or maybe he offends people? I dunno.'
I hopped up from the couch as well and tried to not actually annoy it, "Okkkk Offend-o, so Splendor is the over optimist HappyPasta, and Slender is the rigid business man that's also apparently the leader of the killers, I guess. What's your thing."
"...My thing?" I noticed he'd turned and 'glanced' at me again before his unamused expression had suddenly formed into a rather wide and unsettling smirk, revealing sharp pointy teeth.
Everyone in this fucking mansion needs a dentist, man. All these killers with sharp, crooked pointy teeth? Seriously, what's he looking at me goofy for?
"My thing..." He states again, "Well..."
He doesn't continue; instead he slowly sits back down on the couch, but this time he pulls me down with him, by my arm. I begin feeling alarmingly uncomfortable when he pulls me close to him, and wrapped his arm tightly around me as if trying to keep me from escaping.
"Oh, I wouldn't say I have a thing. I'm just another innocent slender-being like Splendor, trying to live his life," He murmured, trailing a finger underneath my chin and giving me that weird smirk again. "Ay. AY. Personal space, Offender, personal space," I snap at him, smacking his hand away and fighting to actually get away from him, but he kept this weird, unnatural grip around me.
'Oh shit. This is what happens when I actually try to be nice to people and socialize.'
He smiles wider at the fact I seemed pissed off and pulls me close to his face; I then feel his tendrils wrapping around me tightly so that I couldn't move. "Don't you know it's bad to talk to strangers? Who knows what could happen to you if you do~..."
"Ok cool. Do you also know what happens to fuckin' creeps that piss off a person who has anger issues and values personal space!?"
I don't really think about it—because boy was this a very uncomfortable situation—but I rear back my head and smash my head forwards into his with all my might. Surprisingly, the pain didn't bother me that much because I was furious by the fact someone was hugging and touching my face and it was uncomfortable as fuck. The bad vibes stared to appear as soon as he'd started smirking.
OffenderMan let's go of me and grabs his face while I dart away from the couch and jump behind Smiley Dog, pointing at Offender. "Don't try me Offend-o. I've got a demon husky and I'm not afraid to use it."
Smile Dog barked at my comment and got into an defensive stance before me, causing me to grin.
OffenderMan seemed like he really was in pain from that headbut—heck I was too—but to my surprise he instead looked up with half his face covered by his hand and wore a grin larger than what I saw before.
"None of 'em ever hit me like that before," He shuttered, slowly standing up from the couch, "you have no idea how much I've yearned for that feeling..."
He suddenly stalks like a drunkard towards me and Smile, laughing crazily while reaching out his other hand, "Come human! Give me that feeling again! This time I promise I won't let you go~!"
Yeah so, I noped the living fuck outta there. What a miserable wretch, that slender was. Weirdo. Last time I'm ever bothering to actually relax and try to be chill with someone again. I'm never trusting another slender look-alike.
Well I ran back to the kitchen and that masochistic creep was still following me, trying to coax me to come back to him. I trip over myself to get to Splendor and start shaking his arm like a madman, "Splendo. Help. Splendo. Help."
"Ah—(Y/N)-y? What's wrong?"
I turn and point to OffenderMan who was just stumbling into the kitchen, still grinning like an idiot.
"Why am I not surprised you ran all the way to Splendor just to evade me? Heh, that doesn't bother me...I'll forgive you if you try to hurt me again~"
I glare at Spendor as I hold out my hand at the thing that was bothering me. Splendor seemed to get the idea, and he turned around with a different expression on his face—he appeared less cheerful and more serious than usual.
"Offendy-Brother! What do you want...?"
"Nothing from you brother, if you don't mind minding your own business. My business is with this human here..."
He strode up to me and clamped his hand on top of my head, forcing me to look up at him, "Won't you be a dear and come keep me company again~?"
"No."
"Offender! Unhand her at once! )8<"
"This doesn't concern you Splendor. Let us have this moment—"
"No! No 'moments' with (Y/N)! EVER! You got that?"
"Since when did you get to make decisions for others? Mood-dampener..."
Splendor suddenly grabbed me and flung me aside, then stepped up to Offender and leaned in until they were both face to face; the tension was practically visible as they glared at each other—well Splendor glared—in frustration.
No words came from either of them, which confused me ultimately, but then I figured they just might be having some sort of mental telepathic conversation.
Welp, while they were busy having their silent argument or whatever, I took the chance to scoot out of there and head back to the living room. I swear that I never knew OffenderMan would be like that. Splendor never told me about him—he'd mentioned having a troublesome sibling once, but I never thought that much on it. I didn't think the 'troublesome sibling' would be a literal creep.
God, Splendor's gotta stop babying me. This could've been avoided if some one at least told me about OffenderMan!
I cringe, remembering how close he was and his tendrils all around me. I hope I never have to run into that guy again, but let's be real, that's probably not gonna happen because I now live under the same roof as him.
Guess I'll just have to avoid the heck outta him.
I decide that this would be my best option; avoiding Offender at all costs so there wouldn't be anymore weird encounters. I nod at my simple plan and turn to walk back from the living room, only to see him now walking straight up to me.
"Beep beep motherfucker," I snapped, reaching and grabbing one of the game controllers that were laid on the coffee table in front the couch and holding it out in front of me defensively. I know this shit wouldn't really do much but it was the closest thing nearby that I could grab and when I'm mad enough I could make a fucking stick feel like a whole knife stabbing.
OffenderMan looked as if he were about to say something when SplendorMan suddenly quickly stepped in beside him and held up his hands to me.
"Now there my child, it's alright⁎⁺˳✧༚. Offendy-Brother and I have spoken! He promises to help you get used to being here rather than harass you! And Offendy knows better than to go back on a promise with Splendy, doesn't he?"
SplendorMan turns to look at OffenderMan with a large smile and OffenderMan nods quickly, smirking. "Yes, of course Brother. I do promise that I won't bother (Y/N), but instead help her adjust to her new home."
"Good! Now you two shake hands as friends⁎⁺˳✧༚!" Splendor beamed.
I tensed as Offender walked up to me, and stretched out his hand for me to shake. I just glared at his hand. Why on earth did Splendor expect me to touch this creep again??? I didn't trust this set-up, but apparently Splendor did and he was waiting eagerly for us to shake hands.
I hesitate before I slowly reach and grab Offender's hand and we shake...for what seemed to me to be a bit too long. "Yes! Now we're all friends here⁎⁺˳✧༚! All is forgiven. Now excuse us Offendy-Brother, but me and (Y/N) have a party to attend to," Splendor said, and he pulls out of no where a tray with a pitcher of tea that was ready to be served.
"Oh but of course! Don't let me stop you from attending such an en event. I'll just go off on my own," OffenderMan replied in such an overdramatic tone, nodding to Splendor. He then turned away from him and looked down to me, a suspicious, freak smirk on his face.
"And you, (Y/N). Maybe later I can tell you everything I know about being a resident here," He said, patting my head. He then suddenly grabbed my head, lowered his voice to a whisper and hissed, "but just know that I'm still not done with you yet. Our fun had only just begun before well...you ran away. Oh I swear to you my dear, that next time I won't let you leave~...."
He quickly let go and moved away from me, leaving the living room before I could even react to what he said. I glance at Splendor with the darkest expression I could muster up, yet Splendor is oblivious and buffoonish as usual and simply walks to me with an optimistic smile. "Let's head to that tea party now, shall we (Y/N)? We don't want to keep Sally waiting⁎⁺˳✧༚! Seriously, you do NOT want to keep Sally waiting. Like, ever! Heheh...⁎⁺˳✧༚! ...Please hurry..." He said, starting to sound desperate at the last part.
".....Yeah okay." Was all I managed to mutter as a response, and he beamed, gently taking my other hand and leading me towards Sally's room for the tea party.
Meanwhile in my head, I was going over which Creepypastas I had met and what their weapons were again so I could maybe snatch one. You know, just in case I have to deal with this new little problem I have now...
