Tyler had been in the hospital to keep up the act of him being shot at the memorial. The hunter came and took some of his werewolf venom.

Now that Klaus didn't have Eira by his side, he turned his attention to his hybrids. So when Tyler came home from the hospital, the rest of Klaus's hybrids were there. They were assigned to be Tyler's bodyguards.

It was a school day and Stefan thought it would be a good idea to do normal things with Eira. Damon went out to try to kill the hunter in town.

Stefan brought out the motorcycle that she loved and when Eira came out the front door in the morning, she squealed.

Stefan got on the motorcycle and Eira hopped on behind him. She wrapped her arms around him and she had a smile on her face. Stefan started the motorcycle and he drove. Eira loved every second of it.

Stefan and Eira got to the high school and he parked the motorcycle. They walked to first period together. It was history, the class Alaric used to teach.

Stefan sat down and Eira sat down in front of him. Elena sat next to Stefan. A voice shouted out as the person came into the room,"Morning everyone."

Eira turned her head to see that it was the girl that Stefan said was Rebekah. Klaus's sister. She was passing out flyers to everyone.

"So, I'm throwing a little anti-curfew party at my house. Starts at fifth period and goes 'til whenever. Spread the word," Rebekah said to everyone.

Rebekah came up to Eira and handed her a flyer,"You're, of course, welcome to come, Eira."

Rebekah handed her an envelope,"Nik requested I give this to you."

Eira took it and asked,"Nik?"

Rebekah rolled her eyes,"Niklaus. Klaus. My brother. The one who's in love with you."

"Right," Eira nodded, slowly.

Rebekah turned to Elena and handed her a flyer,"You're welcome to join, Elena, if you'd like to bury the hatchet."

"No thanks," Elena shook her head.

"Of course, you wouldn't," Rebekah stated. "You know, aren't you the least bit mad that the reason you're vampire is because of Eira? Yet, you take out your anger on me."

Elena glared and threw a pencil at Rebekah but she caught it and threw it back Elena, stabbing her in the shoulder. Elena got up and left the classroom in anger and Stefan went after her to make sure she didn't do anything stupid.

Eira was confused, though. She didn't understand why she was responsible for Elena's vampirism. But Eira didn't say anything. She opened the letter and pulled out a piece of sketch paper. It was folded in half and she opened it. It was the drawing of a rose with writing at the bottom:

A rose is beautiful, like you.

Eira bit her lip and let out a small smile. Her heart swelled at the fact that he knew her favorite flower. She took the drawing and carefully put it back in the envelope.

During school, Stefan had to leave to help Damon. He was caught in a trap by the hunter and needed help. Elena was in a rage because of Rebekah and she planned to go the party Rebekah was having.

Eira wanted to go as well but for a completely different reason. She just felt like she was being called to go there by some unseen force inside her.

So when Stefan picked her up after school, she requested that she be brought to Rebekah's party. Stefan was hesitant about it but he drove them there, anyway.

They showed up in front of Klaus's mansion. Teenagers were outside and some were inside. Eira walked quickly towards the house, going inside. One half of the house was off limits. The upstairs was off limits as well.

Eira looked around and everything felt so familiar. Eira looked at the stairs that were off limits and she started walking towards them in a trance.

She called back to Stefan,"I need to go upstairs."

Stefan just let her go, already knowing what she was doing. She was somehow finding her way to Klaus. Stefan felt like one part of his sister was lost to him forever. That part belonged to Klaus.

Stefan watched her walk up the stairs and then he walked away in sadness, realizing that she'd always be closer to Klaus than anybody else.

Eira walked through the empty hallways upstairs, her memory loss mind seeming to know where to go even though she didn't. She walked to a room and pushed open the door to reveal a room filled with art.

His art room.

Eira walked slowly in and even though her mind had seen it already, she turned in a circle looking around at everything. She went to a table filled with drawings and looked at them.

"What are you doing up here, love?" someone questioned and she jumped.

She looked next to her to find Klaus a few feet away from her. She clutched her heart as it slowed down. She looked back up at him.

"I-I don't really know," Eira answered.

Klaus looked at her curiously and she looked into his stormy blue eyes. She found them familiar and alluring. Klaus took a step towards her.

"I got your drawing," Eira breathed out.

"Did you like it?" Klaus asked.

"Yes," Eira smiled and Klaus was hypnotized. "You called me beautiful."

"You are beautiful," Klaus took another step towards her.

Klaus was right in front of her now and her heart was pounding wildly. She held her breath. Klaus's eyes inspected every inch of her, missing seeing her.

He saw her necklace around her neck,"I'm surprised you're wearing that."

Eira let out a breath after Klaus's eyes lost its intensity,"Stefan gave it to me. Why wouldn't I wear that?"

"Then you're aware that both your brothers betrayed you," Klaus revealed.

"What?" Eira asked.

"You were in love with me. Yet your brothers were going to take that all away from you," Klaus started. "They desiccated me and then you died, killing Alaric and Elena."

Eira was at a loss for words because her brothers hadn't told her that. She was confused and she didn't really know who to trust.

Eira felt a pain in her head and she clutched it. She was brought into a vision, a memory:

They had desiccated Klaus like they did Mikael.

Eira's heart broke at the news and tears fell down her cheeks automatically. She felt that gaping hole again in her heart but it was much worse. She went to leave the Gilbert house and when she exited she came face to face with her brothers and Elena.

Stefan and Damon looked at her as they saw the clear heartbreak on her face. Tears were falling down her face in slow waves. It started drizzling rain outside.

"Eira...," Stefan went to explain.

"How could you?" Eira shouted. "All he wanted was me. All you had to do was let me go with him."

"He was going to turn you into a vampire, Eira," Stefan shouted.

"And I would've been fine doing that for him," Eira explained.

It started pouring rain outside now and tears fell down Eira's cheeks at a faster rate. She yelled at Stefan,"I told you that I loved him and you said you wouldn't take that away from me. But you did it, anyway."

"Eira...," Stefan's heart broke and he was cut off.

Eira ripped the necklace from around her neck and threw it at him,"I'll never forgive you. Either of you."

Eira was pulled out of the memory and she had tears running down her face. Klaus had his hands on the side of her face and he was looking at her in worry.

"I had a memory," Eira revealed. "The one you were talking about."

"How could they lie to me?" Eira cried and Klaus pulled her to him.

He had his arms wrapped around her and Eira had her head buried in his chest as she cried. Klaus had his chin resting a top Eira's head.

Eira felt so betrayed and Klaus just held her and whispered,"I got you, love. I got you."

Eira felt safe, content in his arms. She didn't know why she did. She assumed it was because of whatever she forgot. Eira stopped crying and she pulled away from him.

Klaus frowned, not wanting her to leave his arms. Eira wiped her cheeks and she looked up at him,"I, um, thank you."

"I'd do anything for you," Klaus stated.

Eira gave him a small smile and then she looked away from him,"I have to go."

Eira started walking away and it was Klaus's greatest displeasure. Eira turned around, though and looked at him.

"Will I see you again?" Eira asked, hoping.

"Are you sure you want to?" Klaus asked.

"Yes," Eira answered automatically, not even sure what she was doing.

"There's no possible way I wouldn't see you again then," Klaus replied and Eira smiled.

Eira walked away and left. Klaus was left with a smile thinking that he might actually get her back. Eira just felt free, happy in his presence.

Eira found Stefan in the party, he was trying to stop Elena from killing Rebekah and he did. Elena went home and then Stefan took Eira home.

Eira was distant from him and when they got home and inside the house, Eira confronted him about his lie and his betrayal.

"You lied to me," Eira started.

"What? Did Klaus talk to you?" Stefan questioned.

"Yes, he did. He's the only one who told me the truth," Eira shouted. "I loved him and you desiccated him. I had a memory, you can't deny it."

"Eira, you weren't going to forgive us," Stefan tried to explain.

"Oh, I know," Eira said and she took off the necklace that Stefan gave her. She put it in his hand. "I don't want that anymore. I'm done."

"Eira...," Stefan's voice trembled as he pleaded. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I lied. I'm sorry."

"And I can't forgive you right now," Eira said and walked away from him. She went upstairs to her room. She shut the door and she sat against the door.

She cried because she was hurt and betrayed. Her brothers lied to her and she thought they'd never do that. She felt like she could only trust Klaus.

Eira got up off the floor and she grabbed her phone. She looked through her contacts and found his number. She called it.

He answered on the first ring,"What's wrong, love?"

"I don't... I don't want to stay at home," Eira started. "I trust you and I..."

Eira didn't get to finish because he cut her off,"I'll come get you. Just as soon as I take care of something."

"Okay," Eira agreed and Klaus hung up the phone.

Klaus was with the vampire hunter after the hospital room had exploded when he answered his phone. He couldn't ignore Eira's call. He'd come running to her at any time.

Klaus knocked the hunter unconscious and he brought him to his mansion. He locked him up in a room and he had his hybrids keep watch.

Damon had come home with Elena. She had called him, saying something was wrong with her. She had gotten werewolf venom in her system from the party.

Eira was requested to heal her and out of the goodness of Eira's heart, she did. She was mad at her brothers but she figured she owed Elena because it was Eira's death that turned Elena into a vampire.

Elena bit into Eira's wrist and Elena kept drinking. Eira's blood was too euphoric. Eira tried to make her let go but she wouldn't.

Stefan vamp sped over and ripped Eira's arm away from Elena. Damon went and held Elena back from lunging at Eira.

Eira just left the room and she went to her room. When she got in there, Klaus was waiting for her. He was sitting on her bed.

Eira smiled and Klaus stood up. Eira spoke,"You came."

"Did you doubt me?" Klaus questioned.

Eira thought for a moment before she answered,"No."

Eira grabbed her bag full of clothes and Klaus asked,"You are sure you want to leave?"

Eira looked around and then she looked at Klaus. She answered with conviction,"Yes."

Eira came closer to Klaus and he pulled her to him. Then he vamp sped them both away to his mansion. He led her inside and up the stairs. He took her to a guest room. The one next to his.

Eira set her bag down on the bed and Klaus leaned against the doorframe. Eira turned around and looked at him,"Thank you, again."

"You need to stop thanking me," Klaus said. "I do things for you because I can't resist you."

"Um, okay," Eira bit her lip.

Klaus looked at her for a moment before saying,"Goodnight, Eira. If you need me, I'm in the next room."

He left the doorway before she could say anything. She went and closed the bedroom door and she got clothes to change into for sleeping.

She went into the bathroom and changed into them. She came out and crawled into the bed. She kept tossing and turning as she tried to sleep.

She gave up on it and she got up out of the bed. She exited the bedroom and she walked down the hallway until she came to the next door. She opened it and walked in.

Klaus smirked once he heard her walk in. Eira walked until she came to the side of the bed. It felt familiar to her, but she stayed at the side of the bed.

"I couldn't sleep," Eira stated.

"Come here," Klaus said to her.

Eira crawled into the bed next to him and Klaus pulled her into his arms. She didn't fight him. She liked being in his arms.

She laid her head on his chest and she said, softly,"Goodnight, Klaus."

He just kissed the top of her head. She easily fell asleep and her sleeping form reached out and grabbed the hand that wasn't wrapped around her. Her hand entwined with his and he smiled. He happily fell asleep soon after, loving the fact that he got to hold her.

Author's Note: Wow, I was not planning this at all but I like it so I'm going with it.

By the way, Rebekah and Klaus aren't on bad terms. So that's why the party was at Klaus's house.
