Eira went with Stefan and Damon to the tomb to ask Katherine for the moonstone. She waited outside the tomb as she already knew what Katherine would say. She would ask to be released from being in the tomb. Stefan and Damon got the tomb door open and were waiting for Katherine to come out.

"Please...come on in. There's plenty of room for all of us," Katherine came around the corner dressed in new clothes and she looked completely fine.

Damon and Stefan were taken aback, clearly confused about her appearance. Katherine just smirked.

"How did you...," Stefan gestured to her appearance.

"I couldn't possibly stay in the same outfit the whole time," Katherine teased. "I got a little greeting from Eira."

"Of course she did," Damon muttered while Stefan sighed.

"We're here for the moonstone," Stefan explained.

"Feel like tossing it over?" Damon asked.

"Tell you what, you get your little witch to hocus pocus me out of here, you can have whatever you want," Katherine said. "I'm bored. At least running from Klaus wasn't boring - so here's the deal: you get me out of here, you get the moonstone and I'll disappear from Mystic Falls forever."

"Let me know what you decide," Katherine held up the moonstone and then walked back into the recesses of the tomb.

Damon and Stefan walked out of the tomb where Eira was waiting for them. She walked closer to them.

"You went to see Katherine? Really?" Damon questioned.

"Yes," Eira bit her lip. "She's my friend."

Damon groaned and Stefan just shook his head. After that, they went to see Elena to tell her that they found a way to stop the sacrifice from happening.

They were standing around Elena's kitchen discussing how they went to see Katherine and informing her of their plan to save her.

"According to Rose's friend Slater, there's a way to destroy the spell that Klaus wants to break," Stefan explained.

"No spell, no doppelgänger sacrifice. Ergo, you live," Damon said.

"How do you destroy it?" Elena asked.

"By releasing it from the moonstone," Stefan explained and Eira laughed.

They all looked at her and she stopped laughing,"Sorry it's just.... that sounds so not real. How do you know this is going to work?"

"We don't but we have a crafty witch on our side," Damon explained.

"You discussed it with Bonnie," Elena stated.

"She agreed to do anything she could to help us," Stefan responded.

"It's Katherine who has the moonstone. She's not gonna give it to you," Elena said.

"We're going to get it from her," Stefan assured.

"Well, what he means to say is, we will pry it from her cold, dead hand if we have to," Damon clarified.

"You're not killing her," Eira said to Damon and he just rolled his eyes.

"Bonnie just needs to find a way to release the seal long enough for us to get in, get the moonstone, and get out in time for her to return it," Stefan explained.

"Wow. I mean, it sounds like you guys already have it all planned out," Elena stated.

"Yep. We're awesome," Damon smirked.

"Except for one thing. I don't want you to do it," Elena said.

Eira thought Elena had gone insane. She had people lining up to save her and she was just going to refuse. Eira didn't understand her, at all.

"What are you talking about? Elena, we don't have a choice," Stefan said.

"What about Klaus?" Elena questioned.

"We'll find him and kill him right after we get the moonstone," Damon said.

"Is that before or after he kills everyone that I care about, including the three of you," Elena said.

Eira was kind of shocked that Elena even cared about her. It's not like they were close at all.

"Elena, if we can de-spell the moonstone, we can save your life," Stefan said.

"I know. Everybody keeps saying that," Elena said and then walked away, leaving.

Damon texted Bonnie telling her to meet them at the Salvatore boarding house so they could discuss the plan of getting the moonstone from Katherine.

"I might be able to lower the tomb spell long enough for you to get in there and grab the moonstone from Katherine," Bonnie explained.

"How? It took both you and your Grams last time, and look what happened to her," Jeremy questioned.

"I'm well aware of what happened. I've learned a few new things," Bonnie said.

"Bonnie...," Jeremy was concerned.

Bonnie deflected Jeremy's concerns for her well-being,"How will you get it?"

"Well, she's been feeding thanks to certain someone," Damon looked at Eira. "There's two of us and one of her. It'll work."

"Maybe I can help better the plan. Do you have anything that belongs to Katherine?" Bonnie asked and Damon looked at Stefan.

Stefan brought down a picture that belonged to Katherine. Bonnie put it in a bowl and put drops of water on it, then set it on fire with her mind. Bonnie started speaking in Latin indicating she was doing a spell.

"What will this do?" Damon questioned.

"I can turn the metal into ash. Blow the ashes on her, and it'll incapacitate her for a minute or two. Long enough for you to get the stone and get out," Bonnie explained.

Bonnie turned the picture to ash and Damon and Stefan got all the supplies for facing Katherine.

Stefan, Damon, and Eira were at the tomb and waiting for Bonnie to show up. She came walking through the woods quickly.

"Sorry I'm late. I had to grab the grimoire from home," Bonnie explained.

"Jeremy couldn't take the pressure, huh?" Damon asked.

"He said he'd be here," Bonnie stated.

They went down underneath the church ruins where the tomb was except Damon because he got a phone call.

Stefan found the moonstone on the ground and picked it up. "What the hell?"

"Is that the moonstone?" Bonnie questioned.

"I hate to interrupt," Katherine had blood around her mouth."But today has just been full of surprises."

Katherine pulled Jeremy into view and he had a bite mark on his neck. Eira was shocked. Stefan rushed to the entrance of the tomb and Bonnie wore a look of horror.

"I'm sorry. I took some powder," Jeremy mustered out.

"Don't worry, I know that he's wearing his ring, so no matter how many times I kill him, he'll just keep coming back for more. So, I'm going to be in the back playing with my new little toy," Katherine shoves Jeremy into the back of the tomb. "And you guys just give me a holler when you've got the tomb open."

Bonnie lit the torches so she could do the spell and Stefan was pacing.

"Where is Damon?" Stefan questioned to himself.

"We can't wait, we have to get him out of there," Bonnie stated.

"She has more strength than I do," Stefan said.

"We still have what's left of the ash," Bonnie said and handed Stefan the envelope with the ash. "Do you think you can get close enough?"

"I don't have a choice," Stefan said.

"It's gonna take me some time," Bonnie stated.

"How long?" Stefan questioned.

"I don't know, a while," Bonnie answered.

"Just get me in there as soon as you can," Stefan walked to the entrance of the tomb.

Bonnie held the grimoire and started the spell, speaking in Latin. The flames on the torches grew higher as Bonnie continued the spell.

"Ohh, something's happening," Katherine walked to the entrance of the tomb.

"Bonnie, no!" Jeremy shouted.

"You have to stop her, she's not strong enough!" Jeremy shouted to Stefan.

The flames grew even higher. "Maybe she is," Katherine said.

Bonnie's nose starts to bleed and Stefan walks to her,"Bonnie... Bonnie."

"You gotta stop her," Jeremy shouted and Katherine elbowed him in the face, knocking him down.

"Bonnie, you need to stop," Stefan said to her but Bonnie continued.

Eira walked up to Bonnie,"Bonnie, stop."

Eira grabbed Bonnie's arm and when she did the flames on the torches exploded up to the ceiling of the tomb. Eira clutched her heart as she felt like she was being drained of power. Her nose didn't bleed like Bonnie's but she felt the tremendous effort it took to do the spell and it put strain on Eira.

Eira let go of Bonnie and she fell to her knees next to Bonnie who fell unconscious. Stefan made sure Eira was alright before kneeling next to Bonnie and getting her awake.

Bonnie awoke and she got up with the help of Stefan. "It didn't work," Bonnie started. "I'm not strong enough. Even with help, I can't do it."

"That's too bad," Katherine said and bit into Jeremy's neck.

Stefan vamp sped to Katherine and pushed her away from Jeremy before pushing Jeremy past the entrance of the tomb. Eira's eyes widened and she stumbled over to the entrance of the tomb.

"Stefan...," Eira started.

"Just go, Eira," Stefan said.

At the thought of Stefan being locked in the tomb forever brought tears to Eira's eyes. She didn't know what she would do without Stefan.

She walked into the tomb and threw her arms around him in a hug, holding onto him for dear life, like he was her lifeline.

"I'm going to get you out of here, Stefan. I promise. I'll do whatever it takes," Eira swore.

Stefan pushed Eira away from him. "Just go, Eira."

Eira hesitated before leaving the tomb feeling like she lost her other half. Her twin. But she was determined to get him out of there no matter what.

Once Damon brought Elena home, they found out that Stefan was stuck in the tomb. Elena was worried about him but she didn't do anything. Damon went to the tomb to visit Stefan.

"Of all the idiot plans, Stefan," Damon called out into the tomb.

Stefan walked to the entrance but he couldn't go any further. He was trapped inside.

"I'll find a way to get you out," Damon continued.

"Ah, it's all right. I'll handle myself. Bonnie has the moonstone. Work with her. Try to figure out how to de-spell it," Stefan said.

"You martyr yourself in a tomb and I get partnered with a semi-competent witch. Wonderful," Damon stated sarcastically.

"Try to keep Eira away from here. I know she'll try to spend all her time here," Stefan said.

"Yeah. 'Cause that'll be easy," Damon replied.

"Just....look after her. She'll worry non-stop," Stefan requested.

"I'll look after her. She'll be fine," Damon promised.

Author's Note: Okay, Stefan and Eira are literally sibling goals. They care so much about each other. As you can see, Stefan doesn't worry as much about Elena anymore, Eira is his main priority.
