After the earthquake stopped, Eira went to see Davina. She saw Kol exit Davina's room as Eira went to enter. Eira found Davina laying on her bed, looking like she had some sort of illness. Eira saw a bunch of dirt on blankets next to Davina.

Eira smiled at Davina, "I didn't think you'd use all that power of yours to bring down the whole city."

"I didn't do it. Not on purpose. I-- I don't know what's wrong with me," Davina said, weakly.

Eira put a hand on Davina's arm in comfort, "We'll figure out what's wrong and you'll be perfectly fine, Vina."

"Vina?" Davina asked.

"I thought I'd give you a nickname," Eira smiled.

Davina gave a real smile, "I like it."

Davina's smile turned into a frown, "Kol says it might be the Harvest. That all the power, it's gonna kill me."

"You're not dying, Vina. I won't let that happen... unless that was your wish which would be sad," Eira thought out loud.

Davina shook her head as tears filled her eyes, "I don't want to die. The Harvest might not work. The witches could be lying!"

The ground started to shake again as Davina got worked up with her feelings. Eira pulled Davina into a hug to calm her down and she patted the young girl's back which seemed to work. The ground stopped shaking and Eira pulled away from comforting the girl.

Davina wiped her tear stained cheeks, "I can't even control it."

"It's your emotions, Vina. That's how it works for me, too," Eira stated.

"I'm going to figure out what's wrong with you, okay? In the mean time, try to stay calm and don't be scared, Vina. There's nothing to be scared about," Eira stated softly and Davina nodded, being influenced by a person she admired greatly.

Only after Davina nodded, did Eira leave the room. She went downstairs and she found the Mikaelson siblings gathered in the living room along with her two brothers and Sophie who stood in the middle of the room.

"You've met Davina, you know her story. For a year now, she's been holding all the power of the three girls sacrificed in the Harvest ritual. A force that was meant to flow through her and back into the earth. One person was never meant to hold that much power, the exception being Eira. It's tearing her apart, and it will take us down with it," Sophie said.

"It's exactly as I told all of you," Kol spoke.

"Why do you even believe her?" Rebekah questioned Kol.

"I know what a Harvest is. I would rather Davina die and have a chance of coming back than to die and never come back at all," Kol answered.

Sophie explained to all of them the four stages that Davina would cycle through. Klaus left the compound after, requesting Eira stay there with her two brothers as it was safer inside for her. She decided to agree with his request and not put any worries in his head.

So, Eira stayed with her two brothers and she went to see Davina again to inform her of what was happening. She smiled sadly at Davina as she walked into her room.

"Vina, it seems Kol is right. It is the Harvest. There's going to be four stages: earth, wind, water, and then fire. All the power you hold, it's tearing you apart, according to Sophie," Eira stated.

"She's lying! She just wants to do the Harvest. She wants to kill me," Davina started to hyperventilate and outside, harsh winds whipped against the building.

"Vina, just calm down. You're not dying, I wouldn't let that happen," Eira put a hand on Davina's arm in comfort and she slowly calmed. "No one is going to make you do the Harvest unless it was your wish. I'll make sure of it."

Eira had stayed with Davina for hours, and Davina was calm and at ease. Although, there would be the occasional earthquake and harsh winds started. She couldn't control any of it, and Eira felt bad for the girl.

In the process of keeping Davina calm, Eira rambled on about her life growing up which Davina listened intently to. Davina seemed to like learning about her, which Eira couldn't quite understand, but she nevertheless rambled. Davina would occasionally speak, comparing her life to Eira's.

"I wish I was like you: completely fearless," Davina wished.

"No one is completely fearless, Vina. I have fears. Like the people I love dying, that's a fear," Eira said.

"Yeah, but your fearless in the way that you protect them. You'd do anything, even give your life. That's fearlessness," Davina stated.

"Maybe so, Vina. Maybe so."

It had been another hour and Davina started coughing up water. Eira held the poor girl up, so she didn't choke. She finally stopped coughing up water, but outside, rain pounded the earth outside.

"I don't want to die," Davina started to cry.

"I know, I know. I know what it's like to die, Vina. It's peaceful and boring. It's nothing you should be afraid of, especially since you're not dying," Eira smiled softly, sitting down and pulling the girl into a hug.

Tears went down Davina's face, "But I am. Kol is right, Sophie is right. I am going to die. It's only a matter of if I take everyone down with me. It would be selfish of me to do so."

"I want to be fearless today. I want to complete the Harvest," Davina requested.

Tears started to fall down Eira's face and frantically wiped them away even though it was never ending stream, "There's another way, Vina. There's always another way."

"But there's not. And it's okay because I've had a lot. I had Monique, I have Kol and even Marcel. I have you, who's fighting for me like my mother should have. I have people who fought for me from the moment they met me. Most people don't get that even if they live to be a hundred. I'm ready," Davina said with conviction.

Eira nodded with tears streaming down her face, "I'll go tell them."

Eira went downstairs wiping at her tears and trying to compose herself. She went into the living room to find everyone in one room. The Mikaelson siblings, Marcel, Sophie, and her two brothers.

She went to speak but Klaus beat her to it, "We know. We heard the whole thing."

Eira just nodded with tears threatening to fall down her already tear-stained face. Marcel left the room, being upset, and went to see Davina. Klaus vamp sped in front of Eira and he pulled her to him, holding her. He didn't quite understand why she grew an attachment to the young witch, but he nonetheless held her.

To complete the Harvest, they needed a witch elder. While Eira was with Davina, Elijah found out that Celeste's remains, which Sophie still found without Eira's help, had no power somehow when Sophie tried to consecrate them. So, to make Sophie an elder, the next plan was to consecrate the Mikaelson mother's remains, Esther.

The Mikaelson siblings agreed and Eira had to be involved, considering they had to bury Esther on New Orleans property that was owned by a descendant of Esther. Descendant being her two babies.

So, now the Mikaelson siblings along with Eira and her two brothers were standing on the property of the plantation house, that was now owned by her, as rain poured down. They were standing under umbrellas in front of a hole dug in the ground with Esther's coffin inside it.

Father Kieran stood on the other side of the grave dug with an umbrella and a cross, "Are you ready to do this?"

Klaus pulled a dagger and he looked at his siblings, "Always and forever."

Klaus sliced the dagger along his palm, and then he handed the dagger to Eira who stood next to him. Eira sliced her palm open as well, letting the blood flow over Esther's grave. The rest of the Mikaelson siblings did the same.

Once they all slid open their palms, Father Kieran walked over and grabbed the dagger, throwing it into the open grave, "It's done."

After being at the plantation house, they (except Father Kieran) all went to the Lafayette Cemetery where Davina would be sacrificed. They all waited for Marcel to bring Davina.

Eira stopped using an umbrella because she just made the rain droplets separate, making it not shower over her. Eira waited in sadness, not wanting Davina to be sacrificed. Klaus stood next to her with a rain jacket on. He entwined his hand with hers as they waited, sensing her discomfort.

Fire rose up in the rain as Marcel walked into the cemetery carrying Davina. The fire followed Davina as Marcel carried her. Marcel placed Davina on the sacrifice altar where she stood up weakly.

Sophie held the dagger for the sacrifice in fire before standing in front of Davina, "Do you believe in the Harvest?"

   "I believe," Davina nodded.

Sophie took the dagger and slit Davina's throat, making tears fall down Eira's face. Davina fell down, dead, and Marcel caught her. The rain stopped and the fire sizzled down until it was gone. A bright, golden pink light traveled down Davina's arm and disappeared as it left the tips of her fingers.

Davina was placed with the three other Harvest girls. Sophie stood next to them and she spoke, "After the Harvest comes the Reaping. Their sacrifices made and accepted. We call upon our Elders to resurrect the chosen ones."

Nothing happened and a bad feeling rose in Eira. She shook her head and she let go of Klaus's hand, making him confused. He called her name but she kept walking away, out of the cemetery. Rain started to fall down again, but this time because of Eira, because she was crying. Davina died and she felt like it was all her fault.

Author's Note: This was such a depressing chapter. Yeah, I was thinking about saving Davina but her death was necessary. It's not like she doesn't come back.

Yeah, I like completely changed this episode. But I like it like this.
