Lucy

"We're here." Jellal said. we stood in front of a bar. We had walked through the town, Jellal leading us, until we arrived here. "There is someone in there that can help you. If you show him this," Jellal pulled a medallion out of his coat, and handed it to me. 'Then he will know I sent you." He smiled. "Now, I have other business to complete. I will meet you back here in awhile." With that he turned, walking into the crowd of people in the street.

Will

We entered, looking around. I noticed a figure in a dark cloak sitting at a table in the back. I saw another man, dressed in old clothes, who beckoned us over. lucy and Natsu went towards him, but stopped when I did not follow.

"What's wrong WIll?" Lucy asked.

"Nothing, go ahead you two. I'm going to mingle." They shrugged, and left. I walked over to the bar and ordered a drink. After paying the bartender, with drink in hand, I walked up to the dark figure's table.

"This seat taken?" I asked. I got no response, so I sat down opposite the guy.

"Go away." Said the figure. It's voice was higher than Luce's. So, a woman then.

"And why would I do that, when I have such nice company." I said, sarcastically. I downed my drink.

"Trust me, you don't want anything to do with me, buddy."

"I can take care of myself." At that moment, a trio of mages came into the bar. They started scanning the crowd.

This is trouble. I thought.

"Shit.." The Woman said quietly.

"Friends of yours?" I asked.

"You could say that." She said. "It really is time for you to leave."

"I don't think so." In a flash she had moved, rushing out a back door.

"Damn it!" I started after her, yelling over my shoulder. "Luce, take down the thugs!" With that, I left through the door.

"Damn, you... run... fast." I said, panting. I had chased her halfway across town at this point, and had only caught her due to her taking a wrong turn down a dead end.

"Why are you still following me?" She asked. I looked at her. At some point, her hood had come off, revealing her short, bright blue hair. she was still facing away from me, hiding her face.

"You owe me some answers, like who the hell is chasing you!" I yelled, I then noticed the symbol on the back of her neck. It was a black circle, with a line through it. This makes this complicated.

Lucy

"And that's the last of them." I looked at the three mages. They were all unconscious and burned, either by Natsu's fire, or my starlight. We ran outside, to find Jellal running towards us.

"What happened?" He asked. I pointed inside to the mages.

"Those three showed up in the middle of our discussion. When they got here, someone in the back of the bar ran out the back, and Will followed him."

"We need to find him now. This could be a trap set by dark moon." Jellal said. Natsu sniffed the air.

"This way!" He pointed down a nearby alley, and we all started running.

Will

"And what, exactly, are you doing with that mark?" I asked.

"Trust me, it wasn't my choice."

"And what does that mean?" I asked. I was getting impatient. The girl sighed.

"I was forced to serve the guild dark moon since I was young. I just recently escaped. Those mages were thugs hired by them to track me down." This is perfect! I thought. Someone who has information from the inside!

"Listen.." I started, but she interrupted.

"For all I know," She turned to face me. "You are another thug sent to capture me!" Her cloak fell. She had a rounder face than lucy, but not by much. She had a tattoo almost exactly like Jellal's on her face. She was well muscled, and could easily be mistaken for a man, except for the voice. She wore a simple vest and undershirt, both blue, and golden shorts.

"I'm not your enemy!" I yelled. "I'm trying to help you!"

"I can't take that chance." She said, shaking her head. "I'm sorry, but I can't go back." With that, she charged. Shit, she's fast. She was upon me in seconds.

"Spatial Dragon's Gravity Hammer!" Her fist started distorting the light around it, as gravity altered around it.

"Gem Dragon's Invincible Will!" I shouted. My arms were instantly covered in crystals, forming two shields. I held them up, blocking her attack, but shattering my shields. We both backed off. Her scent isn't right for being a dragonslayer. She almost smells like Lucy. I gasped, as the realization hit me. She's a dragonborn!

Lucy

"We need to split up." We were standing in an alley that had two alleys coming off of it. Neither me nor Natsu could determine which side Will's smell came from.

"Natsu, with me. I'll need your sense of smell." With that, Jellal ran to the right. He certainly doesn't waste time. I thought.

"Go!" I told Natsu, who was just standing there. He nodded, and ran after Jellal. I then ran left. Hold on Will, the cavalry's coming.

Will

"Stop this!" I yelled. We were both panting. For each attack one of used, the other countered it. We were getting nowhere. "Do you really think another dragonslayer would work for Dark Moon!"

"I don't see why not." She said. She charged again. I was set to block her attack, when an explosion of dark energy exploded between us. We both flew back, landing on our feet. There was a man standing between us now. He was tall, and seemed almost like a skeleton. He wore a long, black robe, and smelled of death.

"There you are dear." I noticed a Dark Moon guild mark on his arm, as he waved at the girl. The girl's eyes were full of hate as he spoke. "Now Ceres dear, please, let's go back to the guild."

"Never!" She screamed. "You'll have to kill me first!" The man sighed.

"Now, dear Ceres, that was rather rude." He lunged at her. She flinched waiting for the impact.

"Adamant Barrier!" I yelled. A wall of diamond rose from the ground, stopping the man from reaching her.

"I don't care about what you want from her!" I yelled. "You are my enemy, and if you want to hurt her, you'll have to go through me!"
