Movarth is a vampire. He has lived since the second era. Skyrim is in the fourth era, so this guy is OLD. When he was turned, he was a great vampire hunter. So when he was turned into a vampire, he knew all the weaknesses. You charge in there, and you can kill him. He's a little tough, but you kill him without a scratch. You'd think he'd be a major boss, but nope.
