The only thing those dudes are high on is being a rich prick. I've never met a nice and considerate High Elf. Even in the Thalmor Embassy, once we escaped, I automatically shot Malborn. Whenever I was talking to Elenwen, it was hard not to exit out of the conversation and use Fus-Ro-Dah. I've actually saved my game and reloaded it quite a few times just so I could do that.
