(Cynder's point of view)
When the ship landed, Spyro eagerly went to the core and let the earth source join the machine. "The eternal earth source," Eon began, "the very foundation of everything in our world!" The earth source was absorbed by the stone circle itself, causing the complex machinery within the stone column to reveal itself.

"Now we need to find the crystal eye," explained Hugo, "that way we can harness the eternal light source." "Where is it?" Cynder asked. Hugo went to the telescope and turned the dial on the telescope to the yellow gem. "I've got good news and bad news," Hugo said after looking through the telescope, "the good news is that the crystal eye is safe inside the Castle of the crystal eye, the Cyclopes are the ones who originally crafted it for the ancients." "What's the bad news?" Asked Spyro. "The bad news is that the Cyclopes are having a hard time defending the castle from the Biclopes," awnsered Hugo, " the Biclopes had always wanted to steal the crystal eye for themselves from the beginning!" "Then we better hurry to the castle!" Said Flameslinger. "The castle is in the middle of the dirt sea, you can't miss it!" Said Hugo as they ran with Flynn and Cali to the Dread Yacht.

The dirt sea was a vast ocean made intirrely out of dust and sand, the huge stone castle really stood out from the sand horizon. The castle was surrounded by Biclopes warships, the cannons fired at the strong stone walls, they didn't break, but they wouldn't hold up for much longer.

In order to avoid the ship taking any damage, Spyro and Cynder carried their elven friends across to the castle, where they were stopped by Cyclopes guards. "Hold it, with with the Skylanders!" Spyro tried to reason. "Did you say you're all Skylanders?" A voice spoke, the king of the Cyclopes walked passed his men to come inspect the strange visitors. After looking them in the eyes, he could see they weren't lying, so he had his men go back to fight off the real enemies.

"We are aware that the crystal eye needs to return the the core as soon as possible," said the king, "but until we defeat the Biclopes and their leader Noodles, I'm afraid the crystal eye won't be going anywhere." "Seems reasonable," replied Spyro, "let's take them out!"

The dragons flew out with the elves to take on the ships, Spyro and Flameslinger went as one team while Cynder and Stealth elf teamed up against the others.
As Cynder carried Stealth elf past the ships, Stealth elf pulled out one of her blades and cut through the blimp that carried the ship. The ship slowly began to sink, until it ran out of enough air to just plumit into the sea of dirt below. The teams continued to take out ships until all of them had sunk below the dirt, now it was just a matter of taking out the troops that had jumped the wall.

More Biclopes troops had made it into the fortress than anticipated, so it wasn't as easy as they were hoping for. Especially since they still had their delusional leader Noodles trying to escape with the crystal eye. The team landed and chased after him until he was cornered in the center of the courtyard. "Just give back the crystal eye, Noodles!" The king ordered, "the fate of both our species and all other creatures in Skylands depends on it returning to the Ancient core!"

"Foolish Cyclops!" Noodles yelled, "the eye can speak to me! It belongs with the Biclopes!" The crazy biclops then began to laugh hysterically. "There's no reasoning with him," said Cynder, "we're going to have to fight him". She swooped towards him, but he just knocked he back with a swing of his heavy fist. However Cynder was determined and flew right back up to him and shocked him in his top eye. "Argh!" Noodles yelled in pain he fell backwards into a huge pile of stone bricks, Flameslinger then used his super speed to trap Noodles with a triple layered stone box built from surrounding bricks, the battle was over, seeing their leader couldn't get too far the remaining Biclopes surrendered.

"Thank you very much, Skylanders," said the king, "as promised, you can safely bring the crystal eye back to it's rightful place within the core." One of the big Cyclops soldiers tried to hand the eye to the team, but seeing that it was much too heavy for one person, Cynder and Stealth elf made the guys carry it, much to their dismay. With the crystal eye on board, the group flew back to the academy so they could rejoin it with the core.
